Ubiquitous health (u-Health) system is focused on the concept of providing medical service and assistance to the patients “anywhere and anytime” regardless of their locations. Existing mobile u-Healthcare systems have problems in lacking one or the other S.C.A.L.E. (Scalability, Connectivity, Adaptability, Liability, and Ease-of-use) criterion that any ubiquitous system must support. They become expensive during set up, reconfiguration, and modification as no proper and efficient solution is available. Also, they lack security, privacy, and wireless accessibility features so all these problems can prevent the system from being expanded widely. The objective of this paper is to implement a u-Healthcare system based on wireless mobile technology using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Applying Service Governance of Service Oriented Architecture helps make all services more secure, reusable, interoperable, available, and imposes all the features a ubiquitous system should have. A prototype system uSG-Health was developed using the approach for demonstrating the functionality and ability of the proposed u-Healthcare system.

Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Service Oriented Architecture, SOA, Kylix, SMS GatewayABSTRACTThe Short Message Services (SMS) service is one of the mobile phone network services used to deliver short messages. Ease of use makes SMS as one of the most widely used message senders. According to Jamie Tolentino in his article entitled "Why are people still using SMS in 2015?" Published on page thenextweb.com said that SMS is the most effective way to reach users, with a 90 percent read rate in minutes. SMS is a one- size- fits- all solution which makes anybody (with a mobile number) reachable. The technology for sending and receiving SMS is not reliant on high speed internet, essentially making anyone in modern society reachable.Laboratory Damage Reporting System is a system used to record various problems that occur include the location of the laboratory, computer number and details of the problem. This information system is web based in the hope that this system can be accessed from any computer and anytime. By using the system it can be viewed in detail all the problems that occur in the laboratory so that the laboratory manager can prepare the steps to handle it. But in practice many problems are not resolved because the problem information is not up to the technicians. This is because to access the information the technician must log on through the computer so that it takes time.By way of notification of problems that occur in the laboratory through sms then any existing problems report into the Laboratory Damage Reporting System will be directly forwarded to the technician directly through sms messages without having to access the system. This can speed up the process of getting the information of laboratory problems to the technician so that problem handling can be done quickly. To integrate Laboratory Hazard Reporting System with SMS notification can be done with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach so that the integration process does not need to change the existing system. Keywords : Information Systems, Service Oriented Architecture, SOA, Kylix, SMS Gateway

Recently, the situatedness of learning has come to the center of attention in both research and practice, also a result of the insight that traditional learning methods in the form of large decontextualized courses lead to inert knowledge; i.e., knowledge that can be reproduced, but not applied to real-world problem solving. In order to avoid the inertness, pedagogy tries to set up authentic learning settings, an approach increasingly shared in e-learning domain. If we consider professional training, it is the immediacy of purpose and context that makes it largely different to learning in schools or academic education. This immediacy has the benefit that we actually have an authentic context that we need to preserve. The majority of current e-learning approaches, however, ignores this context and provides decontextualized forms of learning as a multimedia copy of traditional presence seminars. We show how making learning solutions aware of the context actually affects their architecture and present a showcase solution in the form of the Learning in Process service-oriented architecture.

Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) has gained considerable popularity for the development of large-scale distributed software systems. The SOA paradigm promotes the reusability and integrability of software in heterogeneous environments by means of open standards. The existing problem is that every service-oriented software development project often requires a customized development process that provides specific service-oriented software in support of requirements unique to that project. To resolve this problem, this study proposes universal service-oriented software (USOS). USOS focuses on the general simulation technology and integrates many features, which are necessary to build a correct and efficient simulation system. It is aimed at providing a professional environment to reduce the cost of modeling as well as the execution time of the simulation for multi-type models. USOS supports many advanced features such as dynamic model template generation, multi-formalism model debugging, flexible model-driven application, etc. Developers may use USOS as an open framework to build, store, and verify models very efficiently. Based on USOS, we have developed a large-scale parallel simulation platform called SIM, which is oriented to test parallel and distributed architectures, and applications in the aerospace domain. This study introduces the distinctive features of USOS for practical implementation of SIM and validates the performance by a prototype system simulation.

Flooding caused serious losses in China in the past two decades; therefore, responding to and mitigating the impact of flooding is a task of critical importance. The traditional flood response process is usually very time-consuming and labor-intensive. The Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)-based flood response is a method with low efficiency due to the large volume of geospatial data transfer, and this method cannot meet the real-time requirement of a rapid response to flooding. This paper presents an Agent- and Cloud-supported geospatial service aggregation to obtain a more efficient geospatial service system for the response to flooding. The architecture of this method is designed and deployed on the Cloud environment, and the flooding response prototype system is built on the Amazon AWS Cloud to demonstrate that the proposed method can avoid transferring large volumes of geospatial data or Big Spatial Data. Consequently, this method is able to achieve better performance than that of the SOA-based method.

This paper investigates current advances towards Smart Injection Molding, and presents the idea of Smart Molds or Molds 4.0. The tendency of future communication network is to set up an environment supporting network convergence as well as dynamic service collaboration. The recent Internet of Things (IoT) visions makes provision of User-Centric and active service to common users an important aim. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) based on Web service technology works well for provision of request/response style passive service. However, services and devices in IoT or mobile environment may dynamically interact and cause a considerable amount of states changes, which calls for an active and more flexible framework to enable interactive service provision. In this paper we propose an Event-driven SOA based service integration framework (EDSIF) for provision of active service. Compared with traditional SOA based service provision method, this approach will facilitate real-time event processing as well as intelligent service coordination. We present the concept model of Event-driven SOA and the key components of EDSIF. We also illustrate the ECA4IoS rules for active service execution and the enhancement work of WSN broker towards an effective EDSIF.
