Digital technology has had changed the uncertain nature of the process of new venture idea generation, and it has also brought unprecedented opportunities for the generation of new digital venture ideas. To explore how startups can deal with major challenges brought by digital technology and create new digital venture ideas, this paper focuses on micro level entrepreneurial actions, and constructs a theoretical model of the relationship among networking capabilities, IT capabilities, prior knowledge and new digital venture ideas. Furthermore, through the hierarchical linear regression analysis of 278 sample data, the paper finds that in the context of digitalization, both networking capabilities and IT capabilities have a positive impact on the generation of new digital venture ideas. In addition, prior knowledge plays an moderating role in the relationship between IT capabilities and new digital venture ideas. This paper explore how startups can build new digital venture ideas in the context of digitalization, which guides small enterprises in responding to new challenges.

This article mainly aims to verify the moderating role environmental turbulence plays on the relationship between customer relationship management and business performance. The research was performed based on the survey performed in Ghana telecommunication sector, and the sample included 579 staff from MTN Ghana, VODAFONE Ghana, ALTEL/TIGO Ghana, ESPRESSO Ghana and GLOBACOM Ghana. The statistical analysis of the obtained results was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with STATA and AMOS statistical software package. The obtained results clearly show that all constructs of CRM namely information sharing, customer involvement, joint problem solving, long-term partnership and technology-based CRM have a significantly positive impact on business performance. The moderation analysis indicated that technological turbulence positively moderates the relationship that existed between the various constructs of customer relationship management and business performance indicating that technological turbulence significantly strengthens the relationship between these variables. On the contrary, market turbulence significantly weakens the relationship between the various customer relationship management constructs and business performance. These findings contribute immensely to literature and knowledge by indicating which moderating environmental turbulence significantly strengthens and weakens the existing relationship between customer relationship management and business performance within the Ghanaian telecommunication sector.

Innovation actions represent business efforts to identify adaptive and proactive strategies and actions forward to the complexity of the business environment in order to improve organizational performance. Also, it is necessary to considerate the organizational performance based on the three dimensions of sustainability (economic, social and environmental). This study investigates the relationship between innovativeness and sustainable organizational performance (social, economic and environmental) in processing industries of Rio Grande do Sul. The survey was conducted with the participation of 140 companies. Hypothetical relations were investigated and estimated using correlation analysis and linear regression analysis. Results suggest the existence of a significant and positive impact of innovativeness on the environmental, social and economic performances, with a major impact on the environmental dimension. Also the results suggest that there is a strong interrelationship between the three dimensions of sustainable organizational performance.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between capital structure and stock returns of Jordanian banks listed on the Amman Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2018. The study sample is composed of 13 commercial banks in Jordan. The e-views program is used to conduct the statistical analysis of study variables. Initially, a simple linear regression analysis is conducted to determine the impact of capital structure as measured by financial leverage on stock returns and vice versa. Then, several control variables are added: growth in assets, liquidity, firm size, and profitability. This study has found that growth, capital structure, and profitability have a positive impact on stock returns. By contrast, liquidity and firm size have a negative impact on stock returns. Stock returns and firm size have a positive impact on capital structure, whereas liquidity, growth, and profitability have a negative impact on capital structure.

There are three problems in teaching engineering, especially in the field of electricity, those are: (1) students are unable to read electricity wiring; (2) students do not understand the basic concepts of electricity; (3) students do not understand the basic concept of the relationship between the electrical components. The purpose of this article are: (1) to describe multimedia, especially interactive multimedia engine management systems, prior knowledge, problem-solving; (2) to describe the relationship between interactive multimedia and prior knowledge; (3) to describe the relationship between interactive multimedia and problem solving; and (4) to provide the concept of interactive multimedia engine management system. The collection of information in this article uses a literature review or library research. Problem-solving is an attempt to solve problems through high-level thinking (high order thinking). Prior knowledge is the initial knowledge students have when entering topics with the same background. The existence of interactive multimedia or multimedia has a positive impact on prior knowledge. Some interactive multimedia research has a positive impact on the ability of problem-solving.

AbstractThere is a lot of evidence to suggest that entrepreneurial self-efficacy influences intentions and performance, but little research on ESE and actual activities. In this paper the possible dual impact of ESE on task effort is explored. On the one hand self-efficacy boosts motivation and persistence, but on the other hand high confidence in one's abilities can lead to decision-making shortcuts and reduced effort on key tasks (the overconfidence hypothesis). Propositions about the relationship between self-efficacy and effort on different types of tasks (action and judgment tasks) are developed and tested with a small sample of active entrepreneurs. Results support a positive impact of self-efficacy on effort regardless of the type of task, thereby raising questions about the overconfidence hypothesis. Understanding types of confidence (in one's ability, knowledge, and judgment) and effort (cognitive effort) may explain these results. Further research on these topics, and on entrepreneurial experience and the use of heuristics are suggested.

Organizational citizenship behaviour represents the behaviour of the employees that goes beyond their duties. This type of behaviour from the perspective of employer is very desirable since it produces many positive consequences regarding individual and the overall organizational performances. However, readiness of the employees to exert this type of behaviour is influenced by many factors. One of the most important is fulfilment of employees’ psychological contract. Since that there are two basic forms of contracts, relational and transactional, the aim of this paper is to investigate the relationship between these types of psychological contract and organizational citizenship behaviour. For the purpose of testing proposed hypothesis, t-test, Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression analysis were applied. The results showed that there is a positive relation and positive impact of relational psychological contract on the organizational citizenship behaviour, which was not the case when it was about the transactional contract.
