To address the poor Stability of current mode PWM DC / DC converter when duty cycle [5] is greater than 50%, by analyzing the converter, the design.of appropriate slope compensation circuit is given. And by Comparing the experimental waveform through simulation, it can effectively solve the converter poor stability and interference.of noise, if the slope compensation is appropriate.

Abstract Early diagnosis of cancer has become one of the effective ways to prevent and treat cancer. At present, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diagnosis based on nanosized iron oxide with no toxicity and excellent biocompatibility has attracted much attention. But the poor stability of magnetic fluid (MF) is becoming more and more prominent. In view of the poor stability of MF, the dodecanethiol-poly(methacrylic acid) (DDT-PMAA) as an outer shell was prepared for the MFs (Fe3O4@DDT-PMAA MF) to improve the stability. We also compared the amount of reactants, the ratio of reactants, and the reaction temperature, and finally screened out the best reaction conditions, so as to get more stable products. The stability of the system was studied by visual observation, stability index (I), and magnetic weight change. The results demonstrated that Fe3O4@DDT-PMAA can be stable for more than 60 days. The T 1 mapping image showed that the longitudinal relaxivity (r 1) value was 6.9 mM−1 s−1 (1.5 T, room temperature), which was higher than the commercial contrast agent SHU-555 (r 1 = 2.9 mM−1 s−1), but the transverse relaxivity (r 2) value accounted for 64.48% of the commercial contrast agent Feridex (r 2 = 67.8 mM−1 s−1, 1.5 T, room temperature) because the outermost layer was encapsulated by a polymer. In addition, the imaging effect was more vivid and there was almost no background interference of T 1- and T 2-weighted images in vivo, which indicated that the Fe3O4@DDT-PMAA MF exhibited excellent potential in MRI applications.

Numerical simulations reveal that a single-stage differential boost AC module supplied from a PV module under an Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) control at the input DC port and with current synchronization at the AC grid port might exhibit bifurcation phenomena under some weather conditions leading to subharmonic oscillation at the fast-switching scale. This paper will use discrete-time approach to characterize such behavior and to identify the onset of fast-scale instability. Slope compensation is used in the inner current loop to improve the stability of the system. The compensation slope values needed to guarantee stability for the full range of operating duty cycle and leading to an optimal deadbeat response are determined. The validity of the followed procedures is finally validated by a numerical simulations performed on a detailed circuit-level switched model of the AC module.

Abstract. A mid-frequency magnetron sputtering (MFMS) power supply based on TL494 and MCU was introduced. A Buck Chopper and full bridge inverter were applied to the main circuit. The PWM controller TL494 was used in the Buck voltage-regulation control circuit to realize closed loop control. The drive signal of the IGBT in full bridge inverter was based on precise digital pulse width modulator (DPWM) signal produced by the MCU M30290. The DPWM can be set by potentiometer so the power supply can output the square wave with adjustable frequency and duty cycle. The power supply was operated in constant current mode. For micro or strong arcing of the target, different safeguards were adopted by the control circuit. At last, the system test and experimental results show that the stability, reliability and tuning range of the MFMS power supply can meet the requirements of the magnetron sputtering coating.
