To study printing technology used in the RFID field, just want to make the cost of tags much lower. Since printing technology has widely used in RFID field, there are many problems. Through analysis of influence factors of antenna printing technology, three solutions to solve the difficultys of RFID tag antenna manufacturing use of printing technology. In order to improve the printing quality of the printed ink film of the RFID tag antenna, many factors should be considered. Finally, agrees that the future of conductive ink screen printing manufacturing RFID tag antenna technology is splendid with our effective work.

This paper presents the study results regarding the analysis of the screen printing quality on different types of materials. The quality of the screen printing is determined by several particularities of the screen printing process such as: the type of mesh, screen ruling, ink viscosity, raster spacing, etc. The material which is supposed to be printed is as important as the particularities of the screen printing process itself. The composition, structure and features of the printed items as well as the composition, viscosity and other ink properties, all together determine the quality of the screen printed matter.

Abstract Tag ownership transfer is an important process for RFID system. Besides the user needs to obtain the information concerning the quality of products in some scenarios, which are attached by tags. In this paper, we proposed an ownership transfer protocol with retrospective ability and analyzed its security level by using GNY logic. The results indicate that the ownership transfer protocol provides high-quality security to RFID systems. It provides an authentication between the tag and owners and location privacy of the tag. The protocol enables to resist a replay attack, man-in-the-middle attack and desynchronization attack. It also protects forward security and backward security. Moreover, it provides the information concerning the quality of the product attached by tags. We analyzed the performance of the protocol and implemented it. The results of the empirical study show that the cost time of a tag is less than some other protocols and suitable for low-cost tags.

The author reveals the economic essence of the compensation package and its structure on the basis of the cost approach, which underlies the justification of the cost and the price of the created product. Costs associated with labor are its integral part. The article analyzes the definitions of such concepts as "compensation" and "compensation package" given by the authors of different scientific schools and directions. It also features the principles of formation of compensation package and its functions. When examining the essence of the compensation package, most scientists focus only on its volume component, which does not reveal the economic nature of this category. The compensation package from the position of the cost approach is defined as the converted form of cost (price) of all expenses of the employee incurred by him or her in the course of performance of functional duties according to the employment contract. The possibility of establishing the dependence of the volume and structure of the compensation package on the quality of human capital and the labor results of a specific employee allows the employer to use it as a powerful tool for motivating the personnel of the organization. The compensation package, as a complex multifunctional incentive, makes it possible for the employer to form the structure of the organization's personnel based on its strategic goals and the current tasks arising from them, to attract and retain valuable employees, as well as to increase the loyalty of the staff and motivate them to highly effective work.

Abstract Printing electronic components by screen printing with its excellent printing quality, high efficiency, and green environmental protection have broad application prospects in additive manufacturing. However, efficiency and quality of printing were decreased as conductive-ink blocking screen in the actual process of printing. Thus, it is pivotal that exploring factors of adhesion from the interaction of conductive-ink and screen. Herein, the functional relationship between adhesion and factors of adhesion and influence trend of adhesion on ink residue was obtained via the establishment of liquid-bridge adhesion model between two plates according to screen printing ink transfer process, solid-liquid wetting theory, and adhesion mechanism, which was verified by software Fluent. In order to justify the accuracy of the model and simulation, the adhesion and ink residue were tested on the surface-modified glass sheet as the result that the model and simulation were consistent with the experimental record. It was demonstrated that solid-liquid contact angle, tensile distance, and liquid volume are the main factors affecting the change of solid-liquid adhesion. With the increase of tensile distance and contact angle, the adhesion force decreases, which causes the decline of the residual amount of liquid on the solid surface. By means of screen modification, the adhesion between conductive-ink and screen can be reduced, as meanwhile the efficiency and quality of printed products can be improved.

Abstract For mass production, multiple color halftoning screen printing (MCHSP) can be considered as the alternative textile printing technology when vivid color gradation is needed and the cost of digital printing is a concern. Essentially, MCHSP utilizes the same equipment as traditional screen printing to print overlapping multiple color gradation under halftoning patterns by applying dedicated treatments on color separation and calibration. To ensure color quality, equipment calibration and tone curve compensation are required to compensate for the variables arising from equipment setup and heterogeneous fabrics. In this research, the authors present a procedure of tone curve compensation to eliminate the discrepancy from heterogeneous fabrics. The experimental results based on 55 samples of 44 different fabrics show the effectiveness of compensation and reveal the distribution of average compensation percentage across fabrics.

The primary goal of this paper is to identify the influence factors of public transportation (PT) competitiveness as related to potential passengers through an analysis of travel intentions. The logistic regression model is utilized to analyze PT travel intentions of people who commute daily by car in Shanghai, China. Through comparing the service quality of PT and of car from five aspects (i.e., comfort, timeliness, reliability, economics, and safety), the significant influence factors are identified. The results reveal that the difference in service quality between PT travel and car travel is insignificant for safety and convenience, while comfort, reliability, and economics matter most to the willingness to travel via PT. In addition, increasing the cost of car travel and improving the service quality of PT are both helpful in attracting car users to switch travel mode and enhancing PT competitiveness. The findings and suggestions will provide support to decisions in PT development policy making.

The application status and existing problems of liquid wallpaper paint screen printing in wall decoration were analyzed, and through the analysis original production, screen plate-making, the effects of printing process on the quality of liquid wallpaper paint printing on the wall were discussed. Experiments find that when screen mesh was in the range of 150 to 300 mesh per inch, scumming can be effectively avoided, the thickness of the film can be guaranteed, and can making printing stereoscopic; Limiting the exposure time from 45 to 65 seconds can get high quality screen plate. To take manual scraping with the blade angle of about 45 degrees, can guarantee the best printing quality and film thickness etc.
