It is study about crack diseases on tunnel lining of BEI JING metro, which is build by mining method. To begin with, the design information, the neighboring environment and the base characteristic of the tunnel is investigated. Meanwhile, the nondestructive test is working on the tunnel lining. On the basis of understanding all the disease forms, the reinforcing measure on tunnel lining is specifically formulated. This article mainly introduce the advantages and technical indicators of carbon fiber cloth, and the detailed construction technology of carbon fiber cloth in reinforcement of metro tunnel disease, that caused by local lining structure strength is not sufficient. This introduced reinforcement measures, which uses carbon fiber cloth in metro diseases could guide in the same engineering.

Abstract Design of a tunnel lining is complex task. The tunnel lining structure works in close interaction with the surrounding rock mass. The value of the load depends on geotechnical circumstances, primary lining, shape and size of opening, construction technology and as well on the temperature distribution in a lining that is determined by climatic conditions. The article deals with the temperatures in the tunnel lining that are brought about by air temperature changes in tunnel space and a constant temperature inside the rock mass. This problem is solved making use of temperature records in tunnel, on the inner and outer surface of the tunnel lining and in rock mass measured at a motorway Tunnel Klimkovice. These records are analyzed and submit to FE model of the tunnel lining so that the lining temperature state is converted for a lining stress state.

This study is using the multiple relaxation time Lattice Boltzmann method to calculate the permeability of carbon fiber paper and carbon fiber cloth gas diffusion layers (GDL). The 3D gas diffusion layers are generated by X-ray computed tomography, This method involve generation of 3D digital model of gas diffusion layers acquired through X-ray micro-tomography at resolution of a few micros. The reconstructed 3D images were then read into the LBM model to calculate the anisotropic permeability of carbon fiber paper and carbon fiber cloth GDL. We investigated the relationships between the anisotropic permeability and porosity and compare the difference between the two different kinds of GDLs when they have the similar porosity. We also calculate the permeability with different viscosity and compare the two results from the carbon fiber paper and carbon fiber cloth. It is useful for selection of materials for high performance gas diffusion media and can improve the performance of the fuel cells.
