According to the problem of multi-UCAV air-combat task allocation in uncertain environment, first consider the uncertainty elementsin the air-combat, the model of air-combat situation based on interval information is built, and combinat air combat situation predominance and attack gains, Finally, the model for task allocation of Multi-UCAV cooperative combat is built. Then Analysy to solve the problem used SMAA, the results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

For UAV air combat task assignment problem, this paper presents an analysis method. Firstly, we analyzes the unmanned combat situation, establish the UAV air combat situation advantage function and interval information combat task allocation model. And then put forward multi-UAV air combat decision method of the discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm based on interval number sequence. Finally, we carry on the simulation, the simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively and reasonably solve the problem of multi-UAV air combat decision.

To select an optimal investment enterprise is the key to effectively reduce the investment risk for an investment company. In this paper, the author studies the problem of optimal investment enterprise selection decision under uncertain information environment (fuzzy information and grey information coexist), and present a fuzzy grey multi-attribute group decision making model to select the optimal investment enterprise. In this model, the author defines the concept and operations of fuzzy grey number, and present a ranking method based on fuzzy grey deviation degree to rank the alternative investment enterprises. The author also gives an application example of selecting optimal investment enterprise to highlight the implementation, availability, and feasibility of the proposed decision making model.

Uncertain information exists in each procedure of an air combat situation assessment. To address this issue, this paper proposes an improved method to address the uncertain information fusion of air combat situation assessment in the Dempster–Shafer evidence theory (DST) framework. A better fusion result regarding the prediction of military intention can be helpful for decision-making in an air combat situation. To obtain a more accurate fusion result of situation assessment, an improved belief entropy (IBE) is applied to preprocess the uncertainty of situation assessment information. Data fusion of assessment information after preprocessing will be based on the classical Dempster’s rule of combination. The illustrative example result validates the rationality and the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The recently proposed basic uncertain information can directly present numerical uncertainties for given real values, but it cannot handle given interval values which themselves also have uncertainties. Against this background, this work proposes the concept of interval basic uncertain information which serves as a generalization of basic uncertain information and involves two types of uncertainties. We analyze some basic operations, weighted arithmetic mean and preference transformation for interval basic uncertain information. The Rule-based decisions and the comprehensive certainty of interval basic uncertain information are also discussed. An illustrative example of multi-source multi-criteria evaluation under interval basic uncertain information environment is presented.

ABSTRACT This study examines the effect of mandatory XBRL disclosure across various aspects of the financial information environment. Our findings show an increase in information efficiency, a decrease in event return volatility, and a reduction of change in stock returns volatility for 428 firms (1,536 10-K and 10-Q filings) post-XBRL disclosure. In addition, this study shows that XBRL mitigates information risk in the market, especially when there is increased uncertainty in the information environment. Our results are robust to various alternative specifications and research modifications, such as a matched-pair control (326 XBRL versus 326 non-XBRL firms), current stock market condition, potential earnings releases, and corporate governance. This study contributes to the literature by systematically documenting evidence of how mandatory XBRL disclosure decreases information risk and information asymmetry in both general and uncertain information environments. Our evidence could potentially assist the SEC in their effort to expeditiously assess the benefits of XBRL. Data Availability: The list of firms used in the study is available from Professor Lim upon request. All other data are available from sources identified in the body of the paper.

As the most important part of supply chain management, supplier selection has always received a great deal of attention from practitioners and researchers. However, the nature of supplier selection is a complex multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problem including many factors which may be in conflict. VIKOR is an efficient method to solve this kind of MCDM problem. But in reality, there usually exists incomplete and uncertain information, and the decision makers cannot easily express their judgments on the alternatives with exact and crisp values. Therefore, a new extended VIKOR method with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIF-VIKOR) is proposed in this paper. Then a hybrid MCDM method based on FAHP and the proposed IVIF-VIKOR are used to select supplier under incomplete and uncertain information environment. The feasibility and practicability of FAHP-IVIF-VIKOR method are further manifested through an empirical example.
