This paper analyses the potential of using Enterprise Modelling (EM) in agile information system development projects on the basis of a number of empirical findings. We outline the current issues and challenges that projects using agile development approaches are facing. To address these challenges we analyse what are the objectives of using EM in agile development projects and give recommendations concerning the modelling process and tool support.

Quality Assurance Information System Development is required to accellerate accreditation achievement. This Information System application is an integrated model of quality assurance information systems based on the integration of BAN-PT accreditation and ISO 9001: 2008. The purpose of this research is to develop a quality assurance information system by implementing the Scrum Framework. Scrum is one of the popular frameworks in Agile Development Methodology. In this way, the development of productivity increases significantly. In this Applied Research the Action Research approach is used. This Multi-Year Applied Research is the final research of previous studies. The results of this study presented the quality assurance information system that was produced using the complete Scrum framework. This information system is expected to contribute significantly to ISO-certified higher education in increasing the BAN-PT Accreditation assessment for their study programs.

<em>Abstract</em>—A residence permit is permission given to foreigners by Immigration Officials or foreign-service officer to be in the region of Indonesia in a certain period of time. Foreign students studying in Indonesia must have a residence permit in order to continue learning in Indonesia. Residence permit have a time limit and must always be extended before it expires (overstayed). Foreign student information system and a reminder of this residence permit are systems built to help foreign students of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in reminding the residence permit problems. This research uses Agile Development with Scrum model in development. GNU All Mobile Management Utilities (GAMMU) is used for sending SMS (Short Message Service), and Cron program is used for running SMS commands automatically each day. The results of this research are the foreign student information system and reminder that automatically provide reminder in the form of SMS to foreign students whose the validity period of residence permit will run out.

With the presence of Presidential Instruction No. 3/2003 concerning to thr National e-Government Development Policies and Strategies, the President instructed the implementation of E-Government development nationally in accordance with their respective duties, functions and authorities. The concrete step in the implementation of e-government in Probolinggo Regency, especially the Regional Personnel Agency is the establishment of an Online Employee Administration Information System (SIAP Online). This study aims to describe the Collaboration of Regional Personnel Agencies with other Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) as well as Coordination between fields in the Regional Personnel Agency in utilizing SIAP Online. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the collaboration carried out by the Regional Personnel Agency in the framework of presenting staffing data has gone well. This is due to the support in the form of regional regulations and regent regulations that facilitate the cooperation process with other OPDs.

The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based system to facilitate the academic administration of student affairs at the Faculty of Information Communication Technology, Universitas Nasional in providing various student information ranging from information on association activities, scholarships, competitions, achievements achieved by FTKI (SI-TI) students. and helping FTKI students and graduates to find updated information about job vacancies related to information technology. This study will develop an administrative information system for student affairs with the Extreme Programming method, an Agile Development Method. will include FTKI students and graduates as users. One of the characteristics of a community in a big city is the desire to live a healthy life, one of them is exercising by visiting a fitness center that has complete sports facilities and adequate equipment. with the increasing interest of the community to exercise the obstacles faced by fitness center providers are the complexity of handling membership, managing difficult training schedules and the limited information available regarding the management of a fitness center. to overcome these obstacles the author designed a membership administration information system at the fitness center by using the Agile Development methodology so that the system designed to be completed quickly and changes that often occur can be addressed immediately, this study uses a unified modeling language (UML) to design and document the system. As for the software used for system design is PHP web programming so that it can be accessed from anywhere and anytime with database management using MySql. So it is expected that the results of this study are membership fitness administration information system that is expected to help the manager in facilitating membership administration.
