The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based system to facilitate the academic administration of student affairs at the Faculty of Information Communication Technology, Universitas Nasional in providing various student information ranging from information on association activities, scholarships, competitions, achievements achieved by FTKI (SI-TI) students. and helping FTKI students and graduates to find updated information about job vacancies related to information technology. This study will develop an administrative information system for student affairs with the Extreme Programming method, an Agile Development Method. will include FTKI students and graduates as users. The results of research from the Student and Alumni Administration Information System (Smart Adma) can provide time efficiency in administrative management, make it easier for students to get information from association activities, proposals, requests for funds to submission forms and internship assessments, as well as alternative media during the Covid 19 Pandemic.Keywords:Information Systems, Smart AdMa, Extreme Programming Method (XP).

Abstract—Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta is a private university which is supervised by a Foundation that has implemented various information systems in various fields of work. However, in the payroll process the employees are still done manually and have not utilized a computerized system, such as attendance recap, wage recapitulation in addition to basic salary, as well as the sum of salary received by employees. This makes the payroll process less effective and efficient. This study aims to establish a proposed system that is a web-based employee payroll information system at the Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta with the PHP programming language using Codeigniter Framework and MySQL as its database. The system development method used is the Extreme Programming method. This method was chosen because it promotes intense communication between the client and the system developer so that when there are changes or errors in the system, the developer is always ready to fix it. Extreme Programming also has a simple stage, namely planning, design, coding, and testing. The results of this study are the result of a web-based employee payroll information system that has various actors involved in the management and processing of its data. With this information system, the employee payroll process becomes more effective and efficient, because payroll data is processed and calculated by the system so that it has a high level of data accuracy and does not require a long time in the calculation process.

The Student Field is an important unit for every school in Indonesia, especially for SMKN 8 Padang. The role of student affairs helps schools to deal with various types of violations that students do in the school environment in the teaching and learning process including student absentee management, as well as managing extracurricular activities that interest students. The Student Information System Field of SMKN 8 Padang is based on Android, with this information system users can access anytime and anywhere regarding the rules and regarding extracurricular activities. If students are found committing a violation, they will be directly inputted with the android by the teacher who found the violation committed by the student, and the teacher input the student's attendance. Users who have logged in can enter their own extracurricular interest. All data inputted with Android will be stored on a web server based on Codeigniter framework programming using a MySQL database. The results obtained from the implementation of this student field application are to facilitate the SMK Negeri 8 apparatus, especially in the student field, to record students who commit violations, students who take extracurricular activities and absenteeism that were previously done manually now become digital using mobile phones that can be taken anywhere.Keywords: Information System, Android, Web Programming, CodeIgniter.

<em>Abstract</em>—A residence permit is permission given to foreigners by Immigration Officials or foreign-service officer to be in the region of Indonesia in a certain period of time. Foreign students studying in Indonesia must have a residence permit in order to continue learning in Indonesia. Residence permit have a time limit and must always be extended before it expires (overstayed). Foreign student information system and a reminder of this residence permit are systems built to help foreign students of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in reminding the residence permit problems. This research uses Agile Development with Scrum model in development. GNU All Mobile Management Utilities (GAMMU) is used for sending SMS (Short Message Service), and Cron program is used for running SMS commands automatically each day. The results of this research are the foreign student information system and reminder that automatically provide reminder in the form of SMS to foreign students whose the validity period of residence permit will run out.

Laporan laba rugi merupakan laporan krusial bagi setiap perusahaan yang berorientasi laba. Laporan ini dihasilkan tiap akhir periode akuntansi dengan menjabarkan penjualan atau pendapatan dikurangi dengan biaya atau beban yang ada. Namun pada prakteknya, ada kalanya pimpinan memerlukan laporan ini di tengah periode akuntansi dengan mengabaikan beban atau biaya pada periode tersebut. Laporan laba rugi yang belum dikurangi segala biaya dan beban disebut laba rugi kotor. Walaupun belum sepenuhnya akurat, namun laporan ini sangat berguna untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pencapaian (milestone) laba perusahaan dibandingkan dengan target yang hendak dicapai. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengimplementasikan metode pencatatan Perpetual Inventory System sehingga dapat menghasilkan laporan laba rugi kotor secara instan kapan saja diperlukan, tanpa menunggu akhir periode akuntansi. Perancangan program pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Agile dengan pendekatan Extreme Programming. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black box untuk memastikan fitur yang dibutuhkan sudah sesuai. Dalam hal ini penulis membandingkan hasil perhitungan laporan dengan perhitungan manual yang terbukti benar dan akurat. Dengan adanya laporan laba rugi kotor yang dapat diakses setiap saat, perusahaan dapat lebih fokus pada pencapaian target laba perusahaan.Kata Kunci —Laba rugi kotor, Sistem Informasi Dagang, Perpetual Inventory System.Profit and loss report is crucial report for every profit-oriented companies. This report is generated at the end of every accounting period by calculating the difference between sales or income with costs or liabilities. But in reality, sometimes CEOs may need this report in the middle of accounting period where it excludes costs or liabilities for the period. Profit and loss report which exclude costs or liabilities is called gross profit and loss report. Although it is not fully accurate, this report can be useful to determine how far profit milestones has been reached by the company compare to the desired target. In this research, the writer implements Perpertual Inventory System method to generate gross profit and loss report instantly whenever needed, without the need to wait until the end of accounting period. Software is designed using Agile Development Method with Extreme Programming approach. Blackbox testing is used to ensure all required features are working. In this case, the writer compares results between generated report and manually calculated which proven correct and accurate. With gross profit and loss report which can be accessed anytime, company can focus to achieve company’s profit target.Keywords— Gross Profit and Loss, Trade Information System, Perpetual Inventory System

Correspondence is one activity that can not be separated from an organization, because the mail is one of the important communication media in the organization and communication with other organizations.High-intensity correspondence activities need to have a good management, so that the information conveyed can be delivered properly and safely. This management can also make letters well documented.System development in this research using Extreme Programming method. This method was chosen because the development is still done on a small scale. In addition, this method has a simple process, fast and precise because prioritizing the communication aspects between clients with developers. The built-in information system has features for receiving incoming mail, sending outgoing mail, sending and receiving mail dispositions, and sending and receiving memos. Poverty is one continuing social issue which is hard to solve. Dealing with this problem, Islam has already had the alternative solution that is tithe (Zakat). Zakat is implemented to decrease economy imbalanced appeared in the society. While in fact, not all the Moslem pay Zakat. There are five factors as the reason why Moslem didn’t do that. First, some Muzakki wants to deliver his zakat directly.Seconde, not all Muzakki know how much Zakat must be paid. The other factors are Limited information about Mustahik home, limited time that Muzakki have to deliver his Zakat directly and the easiness to report Mustahik data. Dealing with those factors, it is required to have an information system which can make Muzakki meets Mustahik. In this research, information system application used Extreme Programming (XP) development method. XP method is required to program a system which will be made by accomodating the users’ needs and expectations.

The strategic planning of developing any information system is the key factor of progress any organization. Hence, SWOT (Strength, weakness, opportunities and threats) analysis for the strategic planning of developing information system has proved to be a good analysis tool for further development and progress of the universities/organization. Further, the implementation of computerized student information management system has become an important issue within the university campus to exchange such information between students and staff. Many studies have developed student information system through the converting of paper-based system to computer-based system in order to facilitate the work of staff. However, none of these studies focused on the development of such systems based on the strategic planning using SWOT technique. Therefore, this research focuses on the requirements needed to develop student information system based on the aforementioned strategic planning technique. Some universities located in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq have been tacking to do the investigation. Moreover, SWOT technique was selected to find strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of developing such system. The findings of this research were processed as matching strengths with opportunities and converting weaknesses or threats to strengths or opportunities. Based on the results, it has been found that the need to address student information systems is of utmost importance now more than ever in order to survive and continue in the competition environment.

The development of video games is a complex, multidisciplinary process, which involves different areas as well as a greater number of roles than for traditional software. Serious games face process constraints that concern a number of interactive, educational and psychological factors designed to lead to the fulfillment of educational objectives within a specific context. Based on a case study in the city Cali, Colombia, an iterative and incremental process is proposed, focusing on small and medium development for educational serious games and basing itself on two lines of research: agile development methodology and user-centered design (UCD) for children from 7 to 10 years. The agile methodology eXtreme Programming (XP) offers a useful option for the development of serious games as it establishes a continuous communication with all project stakeholders - including the end user - throughout the project, while UCD allows the user profile to be known and identified so that the game will meet the needs and match the capabilities, expectations and motivations of the child.
