Mechanical Safety is very important in safety production. Not only China, but all over the world, the machinery safety issues are still in study. Safety becomes more and more important nowadays. So, to ensure the mechanical safety is not ones responsibility but all society. Measures must be taken jointly by the government, social organizations, enterprises and technical institutes to maintain the machinery safe. Government should develop the safety standards, the same as certification for social organizations. For enterprises, they must ensure that mechanical products meet the safety requirements. Strengthen the safety management in production process is the responsible of technical institutes. Together through a series of measures to make the mechanical safety situation has a good development in China.

AbstractWe present the guideline for use of [211At] sodium astatide (NaAt) for targeted alpha therapy in clinical trials on the basis of radiation safety issues in Japan. This guideline was prepared by a study supported by the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare, and approved by the Japanese Society of Nuclear Medicine on 8th Feb, 2021. The study showed that patients receiving [211At]NaAt do not need to be admitted to a radiotherapy room and outpatient treatment is possible. The radiation exposure from the patient is within the safety standards of the ICRP and IAEA recommendations for the general public and caregivers. Precautions for patients and their families, safety management associated with the use of [211At]NaAt, education and training, and disposal of medical radioactive contaminants are also included in this guideline. Treatment using [211At]NaAt in Japan should be carried out according to this guideline. Although this guideline is applied in Japan, the issues for radiation protection and evaluation methodology shown here are considered internationally useful as well.

Given the long list of defects in markets and governments outlined in this VSI, the world has not fared too badly. ‘What works?’ concludes that a mixed economy — where competitive markets or similar institutions generate information about scarcity and create incentives to alleviate the scarcity in a reasonably efficient manner, where antitrust policies keep the markets open to competition, where the government and other social organizations help overcome the inefficiencies of externalities, and where political competition acts as a corrective mechanism against abuses of power and serious errors of judgement — is the best way of organizing microeconomic activity.

A number of horrific failures of both public and privately owned dams in recent decades has triggered serious concern over the safety of dams throughout the world. However, in Australia, although much Government attention is being devoted to the medium- to large-scale dams, minimal attention is being paid to the serious potential cumulative, catchment-wide problems associated with smaller private dams. The paper determines how to consider addressing hazardous private dam safety issues generally through a comparative analysis of international dam safety policy/law systems. The analysis has identified elements of best and minimum practice that can and do exist successfully to provide deserved assurance to the community of the proper safety management of hazardous private dams at both the individual and cumulative, catchment-wide levels. These elements provide benchmarks that enable ‘appropriate’ legislative arrangements to be determined for different jurisdictional circumstances as illustrated with an Australian policy-deficient case study.

At present, due to the continuous development of China's social economy, urban construction has also been developed by leaps and bounds. At the same time, people on the construction quality and safety requirements are gradually increased. With the concept of people-oriented deepening at all levels will do a good job on safety production, strengthen the safety responsibility on the work, so that the safety responsibility is more important into the corporate culture to ensure the safety of production. However, due to various factors, the construction enterprises in the construction process, safety production and management there are still many shortcomings, not only affect the safety of production, back to the hidden potential security risks of construction, resulting in accidents often be occurred, threatening the safety of life and property of people. Therefore, this article focuses on the construction management of the safety management of the study.

Construction safety is important in the domains of architecture, engineering, and construction. However, studies have rarely discussed safety issues from the perspectives of employers or employees’ ignorance of safety requirements. A novel approach with modeling and reasoning functionalities is applied for semi-automated identification of safety requirements from construction safety standards. The proposed approach is based on ontological modeling and document modeling techniques. These techniques model safety concepts and requirements in semantically-rich, human-readable and computer-interpretable format. These features further enable reasoning about the concepts and requirements needed to identify applicable safety requirements. Test cases are used to validate the approach and illustrate its advantages. Validation results are discussed, and conclusions and directions for future research are given. The proposed approach can benefit construction safety by improving participants’ awareness of safety requirements.

Production safety standards are the foundation of industry safety supervision, the basic requirements and measurement scales for production enterprises to achieve management standardization, onsite standardization, and operation standardization. They are the foundation for the construction and sanitary ceramics industry to consolidate safety management, improve the intrinsic safety of equipment, and strengthen personnel safety awareness, The implementation of the main responsibility of enterprise safety production and the necessary requirements for building a long-term safety production mechanism are also the basic work of safety development. This article mainly studies and analyzes the current situation of production safety in the construction and sanitary ceramics industry and the overall situation of the existing safety production standards in this industry. Summarized the necessity and urgency of implementing the production safety regulations of building and sanitary ceramics enterprises.

Oil and gas industry has higher standard of safety requirements in production unit due to its high-risk nature of products. Production safety management is the most important component of petroleum project management. With the integration of humanistic management, the smoothness of project operations and the safety of personnel, facilities and products are guaranteed. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the production safety policies in the aspects of humanistic management. Implementation of production safety and humanistic management protocols can effectively reduce the risk factors; thereby improve economic efficiency of oil and gas companies.

The work safety standardization of enterprises based on the traditional work safety theory has played a significant role in reducing the number of accidents and improving work safety to some extent in China. However, some problems are coming with the work safety standardization of enterprises developing constantly in China. On the one hand, it is not combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, lacking pertinence and specificity, these defects resulted that it is not integrated with original safety production management system of enterprise and make it difficult to carry out. On the other hand, there is a lack of systematic management methods for the work safety management system of enterprise, most of enterprises only pay attention to the inspection result rather than the process control. This means after the check of the government, many enterprises will relax to carry out the system. This paper puts forward a new method for optimizing the standardization management mode of work safety based on the Viable System Model(VSM), which can solve the defects of work safety standardization of enterprises management system. An optimization model of work safety standardization based on VSM was construct for explaining the process optimization and control of work safety standardization management. It can improve the connectivity between the enterprise and the government. The conclusion of this paper can provide reference for achieving the development and optimization of work safety standardization of enterprises in China.

The guarantee of halal products that meet the quality, hygiene, health and safety standards has become a primary need for every person to protect religion and soul. This study aims to elaborate government policies related to regulations in supporting the development of halal industry and its barriers to implement halal product guarantee. In addition, this study also tries to reveal halal industrial development strategies. This article is qualitative research using library approach. The research findings show that to guarantee halal product in a systematic and comprehensive way for Indonesian society, the government has issued JPH Law which contains maqāṣid sharī`ah values. Besides, it is found difficulties in the process of obtaining halal certification faced by the producers. This study implies that it still needs rules from the government to support the implementation of JPH Law so that it can encourage the development of halal industry, which finally can establish Indonesia as the epicentre of the world sharia economy.
