This article take CNC grooving machine as the study project, take the design of open control system based on PC+motion control card as study method, take use of the powerful motion control function and abundant DLL function library of MPC08SP motion control card, apply Visual C++ 6.0 to the development of the underlying process, gives the design of open CNC system of grooving machine, which satisfies the real-time performance and accuracy of control system.

Abstract. PC-based open CNC system can fully take advantage of the computer's hardware and software resources, which can use a common high-level language: Visual C++ or Visual Basic to program. User can mix and use the standardized peripherals, application software flexibly, we use the self-developed five-axis CNC machine is experimental platform, which can develop open CNC system based on PC and motion control card. Using of five-axis machine motion control design based on "PC + motion control card" on Visual C++ platform.

Design the mechanical structure of automatic CNC grooving and bending machine based on the modular design method, and the three-dimensional mechanical structure model is created out using Pro/E; design the control system of automatic CNC grooving and bending machine based on the open CNC system theory, the control structure takes PC and motion control card method, and the control software is developed by Visual C++ 6.0. Finally the automatic equipment has been developed which has advantages of automatically processing, high precision and low price.

The inconsistent requirement of surface and core section can be solved through system construction of open CNC quenching machine based on PC + motion control card, to realize surface quenching of mechanical parts. The establishment of mathematical model and algorithm researching of the hardening methods is studied in this paper, especially for the outer edge of the non-circular discoid parts, so as to guarantee the consistence of quenching. The result of the experiments shows that the workpiece such as gear, crankshaft, cam and etc. can obtain higher strength, hardness, wear resistance on the surface, while maintaining original good toughness in the core section.

As an important branch in the field of servo control, multi-motor coordination motion control applications are increasingly widespread. For open CNC system requirement, taking DSP as master core, combing with specific integrated stepper motor driver chip LMD18201T, this designed a serial communication-based new collaborative multi-motor control system, which has characters of highly integrated, good stability, real-time, convenient man-machine interface. The test results show that the system fully meet performance requirements and achieved the motion control functions.

A control system based on GE-300-SV-PCI-G motion control card is designed and developed. The hardware of the control system is achieved with the division of functional modules with the analysis of this biochemical testing device. Then the software realizing corresponding detection process is programmed with the method of open and independent programming. In this paper, the multi-threaded programming method is used to solve the problem of software compatibility. Also the movement accuracy of the biochemical testing device is verified with a motion accuracy detection experiment.

An open architecture NC system of flame cutting machine applied in auto white-body welding line manufacturing is developed in this paper. The general planning and the composition of the NC system is presented based on IPC and Trio MC206 motion card, the hardware and software of the control system are designed detailedly. IPC management software developed by using C# language in Visual Studio 2008 and rock-bottom control program of Trio control card developed in Motion Perfect2 are realized. The application results show that the NC system of flame cutting machine is reliable and stable which can meet the requirements of auto white-body manufacturing perfectly.

Then according to the control precision and the developing cost into consideration, determine the "PC+ motion control card" as a form of structure of control system for polishing machine. In this paper, through the analysis of the polishing machine model, established the polishing machine control functions and tasks of each part, formulated the overall hardware frame of polishing machine control system. Then accrod of the polishing function in the program, using vc++6.0 development of form a complete set of application software. In the process of software development, The polishing machine control system operation platform for Windows xp, Using the object-oriented and modularized programming technique, designed and developed Man-machine interface , the initialization module, status display module, parameters setting module, operation module, fault diagnosis module and so on, each part is independent and interrelated, and through calling the dynamic link library. to control the GT400SV motion control card directly.

In view of the mask projection stereolithography of rapid prototyping technology, the hardware system of the mask exposal forming machine is constructed of a carriage, a resin tank, stepping motor, ball screw and other components. And its working principle is introduced. Based on googol motion control card, software control system is developed in VC6.0 environment, provides a human-computer interactive platform for operators. And the experiments show that the system can run reliably.
