Research on the Kinematics Simulation of Out-Moving Jaw Crusher Based on Nastran

In this paper, out-moving jaw crusher machine is regarded as the research object and we established the simulation model of virtual prototype based on Nastran. Through the simulation analysis of the movement process, trajectories of moving jaw side plate and a movable jaw toggle plate and related parameters were obtained and compared and verify the simulation model and theory model. The results show that: the simulation model reflects the motion characteristics of the theoretical model well. So it provides theoretical reference for improvement of dynamic performance analysis and structure design of jaw crusher and has important application value in engineering.

In order to analyze the motion characteristics of turn-milling center, it’s prototype is modeled and spiral motion is simulated and analyzed to get curves of displacement and velocity in forward kinematics and inverse kinematics. The rationality and applicability of mechanism design is verificated to provide the basis of fast optimized design of turn-milling center. So the method can forecast and improve before physical prototype manufacturing to ensure design feasibility and save development time.

Established the precise model and completed the virtual assembly of CVT with diclinic cam plate synchronous revolution and internal power shunt application of Pro/E software basing on the transmission principle. Obtained the displacement, velocity and acceleration time-dependent curves of nine plungers centroid through the simulation of transmission operation, based on the simulation analysis gaining that the transmission does not exist in dynamic and static interference, and the structure design of CVT is reasonable. Completed the processing of CVT manufacturing, experiments are carried out to verify the simulation analysis of the transmission of real.

In this paper, the transmission process of the heald frame driven by the dobby is analyzed. The equivalent motion model of the dobby modulator, the eccentric mechanism, and the motion transmission unit are constructed. Then, based on the given movement characteristics of the heald frame, the mathematical model is built to achieve the cam pitch curve and the cam profile of the modulator. The numerical solution method for this is developed. The preparation of a mathematical model for the new concept of the solving cam profile based on the motion characteristics of heald frames is explained in this study. By setting a 11th polynomial motion law of the heald frame, due to the inconsistency between the outward and return motion laws of the crank-rocker mechanism, an asymmetrical cam profile is obtained under the premise of ensuring that the heald frame’s ascending and descending motions are consistent. Through the kinematics simulation analysis, the correctness of the reverse process is verified.

A model of PEMFC is developed that captures dynamic behavior for control purposes. It analyzes in detail the influence factor of voltage of PEMFC. The model is mathematically simple, and accounts for the essential phenomena that influence the PEMFC performance. The partial pressure of hydrogen and oxygen can be found using the laplace transform and differential form of ideal gas state equation. It is assumed that the mixture ratio of hydrogen and oxygen in the reaction are constant, the dynamic lumped model of PEMFC is proposed. The model is verified by comparing the experiment data with simulation result of model. On the basis of the dynamic model, the partial pressure and voltage are analyzed when when the load current suddenly changes.The research about lumped model has important significance to the research of the distributed generation network in various performances and has guiding meaning to the structure design of fuel cell.

Abstract. Based on the redefined flow rate and flow pressure, the forward and backward state equations of long-stroke valve-controlled asymmetrical cylinder system are set up, in which the general mistakes in building up the flow rate equation are avoided. Then the simulation model in MATLAB/Simulink is established. Adopting the conditional-executive subsystem blocks, joint simulation with different models at two directions is realized by taking into account the continuity problems in positioning reversal. The subsystem of introduced equivalent volume function helps to show the effects of piston working position to valve-controlled cylinder system. Furthermore, with this simulation model, dynamic performance analysis of long-stroke valve-controlled asymmetrical cylinder system including some nonlinear factors becomes convenient.

Finger seal is an advanced compliant seal and can be utilized to separate high (HP) and low pressure (LP) zones in high speed rotating shaft environment. The work to be presented concerns the dynamic behavior of a repetitive section of a two-layer finger seal with high-and padded low-pressure laminates. The dynamic performance of the finger seal are analyzed by the coupled fluid-solid-interaction (FSI) simulations. By using the commercial software ANSYS-CFX, the numerical simulation results of interactions between the gas flow and fingers structural deformation are described when the radial periodic excitation from the shaft applies to the finger seal. And the gas film loading capacity, gas film stiffness and leakage varied with time are put forward in different working conditions. Compared with the dynamic performance analysis results based on equivalent dynamic method, the FSI dynamic analysis shows some different characteristics which are more accordance with actual circumstance. Moreover, it is shown that under low pressure differential and high rotation speed the non-contacting finger seal with advance features both in sealing effectiveness and potential unlimited life span can be obtained by rational structure design. But for the non-contacting finger seal with circumferential convergent pad working in high pressure and low rotating speed conditions, it is difficult to improve the sealing performance by the way of changing the structure parameters of finger seal. It is because the high pressure plays a major role on this sealing situation.

The residues cutting and ridge cleaning equipments of Ridge-tillage planter are important working parts which can prevent no-tillage planter from clogging and ensure good quality of seeding. For this, How to use ADAMS software to establish the simulation model of residues cutting and cleaning equipment is introduced, and the simulation analysis of its cutting residues and cleaning the ridge is done in this paper. Simulation results show that running results are in line with the theoretical analysis, which improved the design of residues cutting and ridge cleaning equipment of No-tillage planter.

In this paper, kinematics analysis software ADAMS/Car was used to establish the FSAE car racing double wishbone independent front suspension simulation model, kinematics simulation analysis has been used to get the wheel beats of each parameters variation. For the simulation results, part of the suspension of the hard points position have been optimized by ADAMS/Insight module, to improve the characteristics of the suspension movement.
