Taking the power distribution network situation in China into consideration, this paper proposes a communication circuit applied in street lamp control system. It first summarizes the overall design scheme of the control system. And then it demonstrates the high reliability of outbound Two Way Automatic Communication System (TWACS) within one transformer area and the low-cost characteristics of corresponding circuit. Finally, it proposes the design scheme of the communication circuit which can process Power Line Carrier communication (PLC) signals and outbound TWACS signals simultaneously, and it is based on single MCU. This design scheme is conducive to improving the communication efficiency and success rate of the street lamp control system to a great extent.

IC- (Integrated circuits) sorting machine is a kind of special equipment used for testing, classifying and grading IC chips, which is of significances in IC industry. Traditionally, IC- sorting machine is controlled by industry personal computer (IPC), which bears disadvantages such as large size and high cost. By contrast, the control system for IC-sorting machines presented in this paper is based on micro control unit (MCU), which is of relatively high reliability as well as high stability but low cost. First, we gave an outline of the configuration and operation principle of the sorting machine. Second, the input and output (I/O) signals that should be controlled were classified. Last but not least, the control strategy was presented both from the hardware side and the software side. In terms of the hardware design, touch screen was adopted as the human interface device (HID) for the sake of convenience, and isolated power module as well as optical isolated module were applied to improve the anti- electro magnetic interference (EMI) performance; In terms of software design, mechanisms such as multi-task by-turn and timer interrupt delay were adopted to improve the operation efficiency.

The reliability of power distribution network is important. For high reliability, it is necessary for some nodes to have backup connections to other feeders in the network. The substation operator wants to expand the network such that some nodes have k redundant connection lines (i.e., k redundancy) in case the current feeder line does not work. The corporation is given this task to design the expansion planning to construct new connection lines. The substation operator will choose the minimum charged k redundant connection lines based on both of the existing network and the expansion network, which is designed by the corporation. The existing network has the cost for the redundant connection due to the operational expense. The corporation proposes the design with its own price, which may include the operational expense and the construction expense. Thus, for the corporation, how to assign the low price on the connection lines while maximizing the revenue becomes a Stackelberg minimum weight k-star game for the power distribution network expansion. A heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve this Stackelberg minimum weight k-star game for the power distribution network expansion, using three heuristic rules for price setting in a scenario by scenario fashion. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm always outperforms the greedy algorithm which is natural to k-star game in terms of corporation revenue. Compared to the greedy algorithm, the proposed algorithm improves up to 60.7% in the corporation revenue in the chosen minimum weight k-star, which is the minimum charged k connection lines. The average improvement is 7.5%. This effectively handles k redundancy in the power distribution network expansion while maximizing the corporation revenue.

Stepper motor is a common electromagnetic device, the corresponding circuit of control and driver, effective algorithm of acceleration and deceleration play a very important role in improving overall performance. Many advantages were achieved using the control system based on ATMEGA128, such as higher simplicity, low cost, high reliability, high torque at low speeds, and high motion accuracy. At the same time, by using algorithm of acceleration and deceleration, the efficiency of stepper motor is further enhanced, and the actual effect of control of stepper motor is smooth and has good results.

To implement intelligent lighting, a control system based on power line carrier (PLC) communication was proposed, which has wide application prospects compared with traditional lighting control system for not needing special serial communication line and wireless network. This paper designed a lighting control system with including an upper computer and lower computers, PLC modules, relays and etc. A PC is used as the upper computer which can control lower computers and a friendly interactive interface is designed. The lower computers are designed to control power on or off by relays. By working and testing, the proposed system works stabily and operates conveniently, which can satisfy requests of applications.

Nowadays, as a result of the serious shortage of parking spaces in major city all over China, people often feel it’s difficult to park their cars. Building mechanical parking garage has become an important way to solve this problem. Lifting and sliding mechanical parking garage is the most widely used mechanical parking garage. At present, lifting and sliding mechanical parking garage widely adopts centralized control system based on PLC. But there are several disadvantages in this kind of control system, suck as structural complexity, weak expansibility, and high cost. With the advantages of simple structure, strong expansibility, low cost and high reliability, CAN bus control system is widely used in the mechanical parking garage. The major mission of this paper is to study the control system of lifting and sliding mechanical parking garage based on CAN bus.

SCM control system requires high reliability and security, the entire control system to operate safely and reliably only when a strong anti-interference capability. In switch input and output, the use of the instruction redundancy methods to achieve the switch signal input and output filtering; in data collection, based on the hardware anti-interference taken arithmetic average filtering method, in order to strengthen its anti-jamming capability. In the system status monitoring, watchdog feature is enabled with the MSP430F449 microcontroller, when the watchdog timer overflows, the system automatically reset, the experiment proved that this method can save hardware resources, flexible design, low cost, single-chip control, it can guarantee the smooth operation of the system.

The communication by power line carrier has been became the mainstream of the communication technology. With the development of science and technology, this technology is no longer limited to communications. Remote control system research based on the technology has been developed into a very hot topic at present. But the remote monitoring system design are not identical, and it caused many remote monitoring system appear to the compatibility problem. The paper firstly established the model of the power line carrier communication technology, and then on the basis of this model, completed remote monitoring system design research. This paper mainly took the current very hot intelligent household as a case study, and then spread the monitoring system according to the practical, and it have a description of the design about remote control system of power line carrier communication technology. The paper makes important theoretical basis for the other USES of remote monitoring system design based on this technology.
