Objectives: In recent years, science and technology financial support industries are actively supporting the innovation and development of high-tech industries. In order to test the actual effect of S&T financial support industry support plan, a GARCH (Generalized AutoRegressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity) model is designed by using K-means (K-means clustering) algorithm and GM (1,1) (grey prediction) algorithm, which can quantitatively display the development of S&T financial industry to promote high-tech. The GARCH model is used to quantify the degree of innovation and development of science and technology finance industry in the Internet of Things (loT) technology. Finally, according to the quantitative data obtained by GARCH (Generalized AutoRegressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity) model, the actual effect of science and technology finance industry promoting innovation and development of high-tech is evaluated by FAHP (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) model. The results show that science and technology finance industry plays a positive role in promoting the innovation and development of loT technology.

Clark & Starr (1986) found in a study that the amount of memory of students varies depending on the situation: 10% of people can remember the information or knowledge “read”; 20% can remember the “heard” Information; 30% of people can remember what they “see”; 50% of people can remember what they “hear and see”; 70% of people can remember information “said”; 90% can Remember the “said and done” things. Therefore, if the learner only uses reading or listening or seeing methods when studying, the amount of memory of information is limited, but if the learner can do it by hand, it can deepen the impression and increase the memory capacity of information. Although traditional textbooks can assist learners to record external information in words, they still have certain limitations on abstract mathematical knowledge or scientific learning, and the rapid development of computers can make up for this deficiency. Computers can present dynamic images and provide learners with a powerful learning and perceptual experience, enabling learners to be more perceptive to abstract concepts (Fan, 2014).

Abstract Study question Are embryo quality and day of vitrification (Day 5, 6 or 7) associated with live birth rates (LBR) following single blastocyst transfer (SBT) in frozen embryo transfer cycle (FET)? Summary answer Both blastocyst quality and day of vitrification are significantly associated with LBRs, with very low LBR when poor quality embryos are frozen on day 6. What is known already Evidence suggests that chromosomal status (ploidy) is strongly associated with blastocyst morphology and good quality embryos are more likely to be euploid. Furthermore, previous studies have shown a relationship between the time that embryos need to reach blastocyst stage and their euploidy rate with slowly developing blastocysts showing higher rate of aneuploidy. Nonetheless, despite all this evidence little is known about the actual effect of the combination of blastocyst quality and day of its vitrification. The scope of this study was to quantify the actual effect of the embryo quality and day of vitrification on live birth rates following FET. Study design, size, duration Retrospective analysis of 1546 FET cycles with SBT conducted between 2017 and 2019 in the university-affiliated private clinic. The embryos used for FET were obtained from IVF/ICSI: with PGT (FET-PGT) or without PGT (FET0) or from donated oocytes (FET-DON). Participants/materials, setting, methods FET with natural, natural-modified and completely medicated cycles to prepare endometrial lining were included. Blastocysts were classified according to Spanish Association for the Study of Reproductive Biology (ASEBIR) classification, ranging from A (the highest) to D (the lowest). The impact on LBR of different subgroups, formed within FET-PGT, FET0, FET-DON groups due to different day of vitrification and blastocyst quality, was assessed, using logistic regression after adjusting for age, day of vitrification and embryo quality. Main results and the role of chance We included 1546 FET cycles. Of those, 543 (35%) corresponded to FET-PGT; 648 (42%) to FET0 and 355 (23%) to FET-DON cycles. Overall, 1051 (68%) embryos were frozen on day 5(D5), 472 (30.5%) on day 6(D6) and 23 (1.5%) on day 7(D7). As far as embryo quality was concerned, 215 (13.9%) grade A; 957 (61.9%) B; 371(24%) C and 3(0.2%) D blastocysts were transferred. LBRs were significantly different between different embryos frozen on D5 44.3%; on D6 28.8% and on D7 8.7%, p < 0.001. When blastocyst quality was considered, LBR were 48.4% for grade A; 42.5% for B; 25.1% for C and 0% for D, p < 0.001. After applying logistic regression analysis, the odds ratio (OR) for transferring D6-blastocyst was 1.08, 95% CI[0.45; 2.62] and blastocyst with grade B and C; 0.71, 95% CI[0.51; 1.00]; 0.57,95% CI[0.36; 0.88] respectively. However, after transferring D6-blastocyst graded as C, the OR was 0.33, 95% CI[0.12; 0.90]. Our predictive model showed that the impact of the embryo quality on LBR was sustained across three groups. Transfer of D5/D6 grade A blastocyst resulted in the highest, while D6-C in the lowest LBR in all the groups. In the latter case vitrification on D6 impaired additionally the outcome. Limitations, reasons for caution The study should be interpreted with caution due to its retrospective character and the assessment of blastocyst quality on the day of vitrification and not on the day its transfer. Wider implications of the findings: Our robust findings could be considered a useful tool for counselling couples who seek advice regarding their expected success rates in the setting of FET with SBT. The very low livebirth rates in low quality (C) slow developing (D6) embryos should be communicated to patients prior to planning a FET. Trial registration number Not applicable

Carrying out theme education practice is an important measure of Ideological and political work. The goal and content of theme education activities are generally overlapped with other activities, which makes the school unable to bear the burden of carrying out multiple activities at the same time, thus affecting the actual effect of theme education practice activities. In this paper, by improving the method of theme education, and with a positive attitude and innovative spirit to continue to innovate the working mode of theme education practice, the way of using new media technology in the process of theme education is analyzed, and its characteristics and laws are analyzed, so as to improve the effective working path of theme education.

This paper presents a new SPMT vehicle structure. In order to simulate the actual effect of the new SPMT vehicle structure, based on the calculation assumption of plane truss, this study uses two kinds of plane truss forms to model the reinforced concrete truss and steel-concrete composite truss with different sections, and utilizes Midas software to simulate and analyze. It compares the internal force of different trusses when uses SPMT with steel brackets and ordinary SPMT to jack trusses from joints of lower flange which are not at either end of the truss respectively. Based on the internal force of the trusses, the advantages of using SPMT with steel brackets for jacking and the reliability of the steel brackets are analyzed.

This chapter canvasses the impact on the administrative law of Bulgaria of the pan-European principles of good administration developed by the Council of Europe (CoE) in the aftermath of socialism and in the shadow of EU integration. It zeroes in on each of the three channels of CoE influence—the direct effects of the CoE conventions ratified by Bulgaria, the indirect introduction of pan-European principles by the national legislator, and through application of the European Convention on Human Rights. It finds that the influence of all these channels has been limited although some progress has been made. Finally, it places the quest for pan-European principles and good administration in the context of Bulgarian legal culture and argues that the formalist character of the latter is a serious impediment to the actual effect that any legal principles (as opposed to rules) may have in the country.

AbstractLabor informality and poverty are at high levels in Latin America. In developing countries, poverty and the labor market are related not through unemployment but through employment. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the link between labor informality and poverty in Colombia. To do so, earnings gaps associated with labor informality are estimated; then, the effect of formalization on poverty is calculated, as the influence of changes in labor informality on Colombia’s poverty reduction from 2002 to 2013. The findings show that the earnings gap between formal and informal workers is 37–44%, and if informality were eliminated, poverty would decrease by approximately 40%. However, even though informality has great potential to reduce poverty, its actual effect on Colombia’s poverty reduction in the years analyzed was low.

Test-Driven Development (TDD) derives an evolutionary approach which needs unit test cases to be made before implementation of the code. The goal of this paper is to examine product code quality and programmer productivity using test-driven development approach. This paper establishes regression analysis and quartile & inter-quartile range deviation to evaluate the process effect on external code quality and developer productivity. The results of this paper are that if developer productivity is the actual effect, external code quality will be fewer decreased and external code quality is the actual effect if developer productivity will be fewer reduced. Test-Driven Development can produce the clear of code, simple and bug-release. Defect numbers decreased when automated unit tests are written iteration related to test-driven development. If necessary, the code refactoring is acted TDD. This proposed system evaluates regression analysis and quartile & inter-quartile range deviation based on a fixed time-frame.
