It is still not clear how supply chain management can be applied to enhance and improve the performance of the supply chain. Consequently, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of five different factors in supply chain on its performance. This research studies the relationship between the selected variables (i.e. quality, time, information, flexibility, and integration) and supply chain management performance. This research takes a step forward to better understand the relationship between supply chain management factors and supply chain performance by incorporating these variables into the industrial landscape of electronics manufacturing in Malaysia. Specifically by using a combination model of a unified framework combining SCOR Model (Supply Chain Council, 1997) and system approach model (Min &Mentzer, 2004). As such, the analysis in this study contributes to the empirical literature of supply chain management, policy progress, as well as managerial implications. The outcome of this study also signifies the contribution it has given towards a new shift in upgrading the manufacturing best practices in developing countries through effective supply chain management practices.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between two major constructs (supply chain management practices (SCMP) and supply chain performance measures), which determines the efficiency and efficacy of retail-supply chain management, using a rigorous empirical method to validate the instrument scale for measuring the validity and reliability of the identified constructs. Additionally, the paper further tests the relationship between SCMP and supply chain performance measures using structural equation modeling (SEM). Design/methodology/approach Data were compiled and collected from 213 operations and supply chain (SC) heads from leading retail stores in India. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the validity of the proposed measurement scale and the relationship is tested using SEM. Findings The results of the research will help the decision makers in the SC/procurement field to understand the importance of the association between SCMP and supply chain performance measures. Statistical tests show that the implementation of SCMP are associated with supply chain performance measures, which leads to overall improvements; moreover, there is a statistically significant association between the five SCMP and eight SCPM. Research limitations/implications This research is also needed to provide more understanding about the SCMP along with the supply chain performance measures and the positive association among them. Overall, this research provides an additional insight into the growing field of the relationships between SCMP and SCPM. Clearly, the field has ample space to grow in terms of research and practice. Originality/value This research paper contributes to the literature on supply chain performance measurement.

Supply Chain Management is a concept or mechanism to increase the total productivity of companiesin the supply chain through optimization of the time, location and quantity of material flow from rawmaterials into semi-finished products and finished products. Supply Chain Management is not onlyabout the relationship with the supplier but also the link between the company and consumers. Tofind out the value of the company supply chain performance within a certain time, we need a draftmodel of supply chain performance measurement in which the design will be implemented at thecompany. By knowing the value of supply kunerja chainnya the company can improve theeffectiveness and productivity of the organization to achieve organizational goals is to win thecompetition, and increase corporate profits. Abstract To circumvent the possibility of business failure, small to medium enterprises in emerging economies face mounting pressure to increase the satisfaction of their customers. The adoption of supply chain management practices is critical to the provision of quality products and services as well as the satisfaction of customers by small to medium enterprises. This paper investigated the relationship between customer satisfaction, supply chain management practices and three input factors; namely, product quality, flexibility and product variety in small to medium enterprises. The study adopted a quantitative approach in which a four section questionnaire was distributed to 131 managers in small to medium enterprises based in Gauteng Province, South Africa. Hypotheses were tested using regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that product quality and flexibility predicted supply chain management practices. Supply chain management practices were also statistically significant, and mediated the relationship between customer satisfaction and product quality and flexibility. Based on these results, conclusions were drawn and appropriate recommendations were made.

Purpose of the study: This study aims to examine the influence of supply chain management practices on the performance of the supply chain in oil and gas companies in Iran. Methodology: This is quantitative survey-based research and sampling is a simple random in which data are collected through a standard questionnaire. The questionnaires are distributed among 170 respondents in west oil and gas companies in Iran. The sample consists of 78% male and 22% female, who are mostly from the age range of 35-45. For hypotheses testing, descriptive statistics and structural modeling systems are used through SPSS and AMOS software to investigate the relationships between variables. Main Findings: The finding reveals that all supply chain management practices, namely supply chain unity, information sharing, and partner relationship management, have a significant positive impact on supply chain performance. Applications of this study: The findings of the study can be implemented in the oil and gas industry to enhance supply chain performance. Besides, chain managers will understand the effects of implementing effective and high-quality supply chain unity, information sharing, and partner relationship management in performing of the supply chain in their companies. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study contributes to the literature by utilizing the social exchange theory in the relationship between supply chain management practices and supply chain performance in oil and gas companies.

This research aims to analyse the impact of the COVID‑19 Pandemic on Supply Chain Performance of the Auto Parts Industries of Thailand. The primary data collected from an online questionnaire sent to 400 samples obtained by a stratified sampling method selected from tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 auto parts manufacturers. The structural equation model applied for analysis. The results showed that the COVID‑19 Pandemic, Environment performance, Negative performance, and operation performance affected supply chain performance. For suggestions from this research, first of all, the company's knowledge of internal management. And government involvement has a direct impact on the performance of the auto parts supply chain. The government's participation as factors of external influence also has an immediate effect on supply chain management. Company practices show that governments have played an essential role in promoting the auto parts industry's survival since its upstream. Midstream and downstream pressure has an indirect effect on corporate and consumer of supply chain management practices.

Abstract This research is proposed to determine the impact of management on supply chain performance. A description analysis on each indicator’s constituent variables also carried out. Data obtained from farmer groups (Poktan), combined farmer groups (Gapoktan), organic rice farmer associations, distributors and retailers consisting of modern markets, supermarkets, and minimarkets were selected using snowball sampling method. A questionnaire was utilized to determine the perceptions of respondents. The limitation of the study was the involvement of only one area of certified organic rice producer, and several distributors and retailers who engaged in the organic sector following the supply chain flow. The analysis using partial least squares structural equation modelling obtained that the integration of suppliers has a positive significance on efficiency, responsiveness, flexibility, quality, and economic satisfaction, but it does not affect social satisfaction. Internal integration only significantly influences to quality. The integration of customer has a positive importance on efficiency, responsiveness, flexibility, and social satisfaction, but it does not affect the quality and economic satisfaction. Meanwhile, information sharing has a positive effect on economic and social satisfaction, but it does not affect efficiency, responsiveness, flexibility, and quality. Supplier integration was found to be a significant factor in supply chain management practices in influencing supply chains performance. This study authenticity is the use of measurement constructs that are adapted to conditions in the field to produce new empirical data about the relationship of management practices with supply chain performance in the certified organic rice products.
