Purpose of the study: This study aims to examine the influence of supply chain management practices on the performance of the supply chain in oil and gas companies in Iran. Methodology: This is quantitative survey-based research and sampling is a simple random in which data are collected through a standard questionnaire. The questionnaires are distributed among 170 respondents in west oil and gas companies in Iran. The sample consists of 78% male and 22% female, who are mostly from the age range of 35-45. For hypotheses testing, descriptive statistics and structural modeling systems are used through SPSS and AMOS software to investigate the relationships between variables. Main Findings: The finding reveals that all supply chain management practices, namely supply chain unity, information sharing, and partner relationship management, have a significant positive impact on supply chain performance. Applications of this study: The findings of the study can be implemented in the oil and gas industry to enhance supply chain performance. Besides, chain managers will understand the effects of implementing effective and high-quality supply chain unity, information sharing, and partner relationship management in performing of the supply chain in their companies. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study contributes to the literature by utilizing the social exchange theory in the relationship between supply chain management practices and supply chain performance in oil and gas companies.

Purpose: The paper aims to examine the association between supply chain management practices (SCMP) and supply chain performance (SCP) in the manufacturing industries of Bangladesh. SCMP was classified as strategic supplier partnership (SSP), customer relationship (CR), information sharing level (IS), information quality level (IQ), and postponement (POS). Methods: It is a quantitative research based on a survey questionnaire. Supply chain management practices were measured by items adapted from Li, Nathan, and Rao (2006), while supply chain performance was measured by using key supply chain performance indicators suggested by Ambe (2013). Using convenience sampling technique, data were collected from 203 executives involved in supply chain activities working in different manufacturing organizations in two major cities of Bangladesh (Dhaka and Chittagong). Descriptive statistics, bivariate correlation, and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results: Results demonstrated a positive correlation between supply chain management practices and supply chain performance (r=0.67**). However, strategic supplier partnership, customer relationship, and postponement are more strongly related to improving supply chain performance than information sharing level and information quality level. Implications: A significant implication of the study is that manufacturing organizations should develop supply chain management capabilities to improve supply chain performance and they should begin with developing their level of information sharing and level of information quality. Limitations: The use of the convenience sampling technique limits the generalizability of the findings. The small sample size (n=203) also warrant caution in interpreting the results.

This research aims to analyse the impact of the COVID‑19 Pandemic on Supply Chain Performance of the Auto Parts Industries of Thailand. The primary data collected from an online questionnaire sent to 400 samples obtained by a stratified sampling method selected from tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 auto parts manufacturers. The structural equation model applied for analysis. The results showed that the COVID‑19 Pandemic, Environment performance, Negative performance, and operation performance affected supply chain performance. For suggestions from this research, first of all, the company's knowledge of internal management. And government involvement has a direct impact on the performance of the auto parts supply chain. The government's participation as factors of external influence also has an immediate effect on supply chain management. Company practices show that governments have played an essential role in promoting the auto parts industry's survival since its upstream. Midstream and downstream pressure has an indirect effect on corporate and consumer of supply chain management practices.

Abstract This research is proposed to determine the impact of management on supply chain performance. A description analysis on each indicator’s constituent variables also carried out. Data obtained from farmer groups (Poktan), combined farmer groups (Gapoktan), organic rice farmer associations, distributors and retailers consisting of modern markets, supermarkets, and minimarkets were selected using snowball sampling method. A questionnaire was utilized to determine the perceptions of respondents. The limitation of the study was the involvement of only one area of certified organic rice producer, and several distributors and retailers who engaged in the organic sector following the supply chain flow. The analysis using partial least squares structural equation modelling obtained that the integration of suppliers has a positive significance on efficiency, responsiveness, flexibility, quality, and economic satisfaction, but it does not affect social satisfaction. Internal integration only significantly influences to quality. The integration of customer has a positive importance on efficiency, responsiveness, flexibility, and social satisfaction, but it does not affect the quality and economic satisfaction. Meanwhile, information sharing has a positive effect on economic and social satisfaction, but it does not affect efficiency, responsiveness, flexibility, and quality. Supplier integration was found to be a significant factor in supply chain management practices in influencing supply chains performance. This study authenticity is the use of measurement constructs that are adapted to conditions in the field to produce new empirical data about the relationship of management practices with supply chain performance in the certified organic rice products.

common supply chain management practices (supplier partnership, customer relationship, information sharing, and lean system), net trade cycle, and financial performance. It consists of nine hypotheses concerning the relationships of the aforementioned factors that have been verified throughout reviewed literature and examined via employing the structural equation modelling technique. This research used data taken from floated questionnaires at three manufacturing companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain. An inclusive review of the literature to retrieve the four most common supply chain management practices has been undertaken and has identified limitations in the research techniques applied. This research has discovered the significant influences of the supplier partnership, the information sharing, and the lean system of the three most common supply chain management practices and the net trade cycle on the financial performance. Although this is the first research that combines the critical relationships among those four most common supply chain management practices, the net trade cycle, and the financial performance in one model, it is important to note that this study was unsuccessful in demonstrating whether there is a significant influence between customer relationship of the most common supply chain management practices and the net trade cycle on the financial performance. Researchers can employ the outcomes of this research to discover several related hypotheses in more details and increase the accuracy of forthcoming empirical relationships among those factors. This research offers particular suggestions for such further research. The outcomes of this research can be utilized by managers to highlight the execution of those four most common supply chain management practices and the net trade cycle in their respective ventures. Moreover, almost all of those relationships are found to have significant influences on the financial performance. Furthermore, the outcomes can be recommended to production managers who may well assign resources to enhance these practices to achieve the greatest outcomes.

It is still not clear how supply chain management can be applied to enhance and improve the performance of the supply chain. Consequently, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of five different factors in supply chain on its performance. This research studies the relationship between the selected variables (i.e. quality, time, information, flexibility, and integration) and supply chain management performance. This research takes a step forward to better understand the relationship between supply chain management factors and supply chain performance by incorporating these variables into the industrial landscape of electronics manufacturing in Malaysia. Specifically by using a combination model of a unified framework combining SCOR Model (Supply Chain Council, 1997) and system approach model (Min &Mentzer, 2004). As such, the analysis in this study contributes to the empirical literature of supply chain management, policy progress, as well as managerial implications. The outcome of this study also signifies the contribution it has given towards a new shift in upgrading the manufacturing best practices in developing countries through effective supply chain management practices.
