This paper according to the actual situation of the Liaohe river basin, and from its physical characteristics , impact on social economy, natural environment, ecological environment build the evaluation database including fourteen evaluation indexes,and then combine with the Fuzzy-AHP algorithm build the comprehensive evaluation modelin. For different scheduling scenarios, and give a set of scheduling scheme and realize the evaluation system which can protect the water feature, improve and regulate the water environmental capacity.

According to the characteristics of power emergencies and integrating the realities of grid emergency management, the paper established grid emergency management capability evaluation indexes system, which is consist of 1 first grade indexe,15 second grade indexes. First, the paper determined the weight of each index with AHP and then evaluated the indexes system by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in two levels. In numerical example, the paper took a provincial grid company emergency management capability assessment as an example, obtained scientific analysis results, proved the usefulness of the evaluation system, and pointed a clear direction for the grid companies’ emergency management construction in the future.

Product evaluation is very important for product improvement and development, and subjective product evaluation determines customer’s evaluation of products to some extent, so the purpose of this study is to establish a reasonable subjective product evaluation system. In this study, we comprehensively determine the evaluation indexes based on Kansei engineering (KE), establish an overall product evaluation system by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and establish the subjective product evaluation system by classifying the evaluation indexes in the overall product evaluation system into “objective evaluation index” and “subjective evaluation index”, removing the objective evaluation indexes, and retaining the subjective evaluation indexes. Additionally, we select some modern chairs as experimental samples to verify the reliability and validity of this subjective product evaluation system by means of questionnaires. The experimental results show that, in this subjective product evaluation system, the subjective evaluation of the product is positively correlated with the “favorite” level of the product in comprehensive evaluation, and negatively correlated with the “least favorite” level of the product in comprehensive evaluation, indicating that this subjective product evaluation system realizes a symmetry between subjective product evaluation and comprehensive product evaluation. Therefore, it can be concluded that this subjective product evaluation system based on KE and AHP proposed in this study has reliability and validity, and can be used for product evaluation to judge the popularity of products and enhance the competitiveness of products.

For a more scientifically evaluate of home appliance product design, on basis of determining the evaluation index, Fuzzy AHP (Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process) comprehensive evaluation method is used to converse qualitative index to quantitative index, establish a home appliance product design evaluation model, overcome subjectivity and arbitrariness of evaluation, and scientifically realize the evaluation of home appliance product design. Research shows that the evaluation system can easily actualize the evaluation of home appliance product design conveniently and effectively.

To save manufacturing resources in cloud manufacturing environment, a manufacturing resource deployment evaluation system in construction machinery was designed and applied. At first evaluation indexes of manufacturing resource deployment were analyzed. Then the architecture and function structure were designed, and the database were analyzed. And some technologies adopted in the system were introduced to ensure security, stability, and interoperability of the information. Feasibility and effectiveness of the system were verified by a enterprise application case.

In order to provide a scientific basis for the development of the Yunnan wetland ecosystem, we construct a wetland ecosystem health evaluation system with 15 evaluation indexes selected from three aspects including pressure, status and response based on PSR mathematical model. Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was used to determine the weight of indicators and the Yunnan wetland ecosystem was divided into “the five health status” of “health, sub-health, fragility, illness, and scurviness”, which are used to analyze and evaluate the health status of it through a comprehensive evaluation index. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation index of ecosystem health status of Yunnan wetland is 0.5524 in 2017, locating in the grade of “fragility” and is close to the status of “sub-healthy”; Among the 3 levels of pressure, state, and response, the pressure and state are locating in the grade of “fragility” and the response is close to the status of “health”. Among the 15 evaluation indexes, the rate of change of wetland area, the area of water body, the hydrological regulation and the wetland management level are the most important factors affecting the ecosystem health of Yunnan wetland.

AbstractAutonomous vehicles must pass effective standard tests to verify their reliability and safety. Accordingly, it is very important to establish a complete scientific test and evaluation system for autonomous vehicles. A comprehensive framework incorporating the design of test scenarios, selection of evaluation indexes, and establishment of an evaluation system is proposed in this paper. The aims of the system are to obtain an objective and quantitative score regarding the intelligence of autonomous vehicles, and to form an automated process in the future development. The proposed framework is built on a simulation platform to ensure the feasibility of the design and implementation of the test scenarios. The design principle for the test scenarios is also presented. To reduce subjective influences, the proposed framework selects objective indexes from four aspects: safety, comfort, driving performance, and standard regulations. The order relation analysis method is adopted to formulate the index weights, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to quantify the scores. Finally, a numerical example is provided to visually demonstrate the evaluation results for the autonomous vehicles scored by the proposed framework.

Purpose City investment companies (CICs) in China, set up and funded by the government, are playing an important role in the construction of urban infrastructure in China. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the structural risk of diversified project financing of CICs and explore its key influencing factors. Design/methodology/approach The best worst method (BWM) is used in this study to empirically analyze and quantitatively study the optimization of the structural risk of diversified financing of CICs. Findings In this study, the structural risk of diversified financing of CICs has been clearly defined, and its key evaluation indexes, including the structure of projects, the structure of financing, asset-liability ratio, earnings before interest and tax margin, the rate of return on capital and the ratio of long-term debt and short-term debt, have been determined. What is more, a comprehensive evaluation system of the structural risk of diversified financing has been established. Originality/value This study has established a comprehensive evaluation system of the structural risk of diversified financing. Based on the validated systematic evaluation, comparison and ranking of the structural risk of diversified financing of CICs by using the BWM, the ranking results can help investors to select the CICs with small structural risk of diversified financing to invest.

This dissertation studies the comprehensive evaluation system of freeway and the system includes the evaluation indexes of freeway network and economy. At the same time, on the base of introducing the development of freeway, this dissertation conducts a case study of the freeway to make a preliminary evaluation of development speed, scale and layout of the freeway, and also analyzes the space layout, efficiency of time and space of the traffic flow and saturation degree of sections of freeway. Given that above, this dissertation puts forward initiative measures.

Water resources is an important basic energy. The determination of weights is one of the important indexes in water resources evaluation system and reasonable allocation of weights is the key to quantitative evaluation. In order to establish a scientific evaluation index system of the influence of mining disturbance on water resources for purpose of a more reliable and effective evaluation result and realizing the protection of water resources system, a comprehensive evaluation system of water resources based on PSO-AHP model is proposed in the paper. Combined with the specific geological environment characteristics of mines, this paper establishes a four-level evaluation index system after identifying the factors affecting water resources and ecological environment. By applying the particle swarm optimization (PSO) to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a PSO-AHP model and then a fitness function are constructed to solve and optimize the weight values in the evaluation index system, and the calculated weight values are checked by consistency checking method. The evaluation results suggest that the index system can accurately reflect the impact of mining on water resources and water ecological environment and etc., providing certain reference value for sewage resourcing and reducing the harmful effect on environment by sewage discharge.

According to engineering fuzzy set theory and system coordination degree model proposed by professor Chen Shouyu and Yu Xuefeng, this paper established social economy-ecological environment-water resources comprehensive evaluation index system, combined with social and economic development situation, ecological environment and water resources utilization status in 9 areas of Jilin province, 2011. The paper made an evaluation of the existing water resources coordinated development of Jilin province, and analyses relative coordinated development level among regions.
