At present, the human society is undertaking the sustainable development strategy of globalization. In the process of development of electromechanical products, manufacturing mode is undergoing profound changes with the progress of human society Green manufacturing is essentially an embodiment sustainable development strategy of human society in modern manufacturing industry. Green manufacturing mode is widely accepted by governments and various circles of society, it is showing the trend of internationalization and legislation. Electromechanical products green manufacturing is a modern manufacturing mode which is comprehensive consideration of environmental impact and resource efficiency. It is the goal of product design, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, use and disposal of the product life cycle, minimum impact on the environment, resource use efficiency highest, and makes the enterprise economic benefit and social benefit coordination optimization. Electromechanical products green manufacturing as the mode of sustainable development has become an inevitable choice for enterprise product upgrades.

Green Manufacturing and Recycling Economy is the basis for the sustainable development of human society, is also the direction for the future development of manufacturing industry. This article describes the concept of Green Manufacturing and Recycling Economy, analyses the work of Green Manufacturing processes, from product design, production, recycling-oriented three-pronged explained, and presents three suggestions of Green Manufacturing for circular economy, including extending the product life cycle, establishing enterprise's return goods processing center and strengthening cooperation with relevant manufacturers. Through these methods can enable enterprises to achieve the recycling of materials and energy, and enable enterprises to reduce production costs, improve core competitiveness.

And then analyzed the green manufacturing strategy implementation process exists some barriers such as the market, the organization and the technologies. And secondly corresponding researched the influence mechanism of the implementation of green manufacturing of the market barriers, the organizational barriers and the technical barriers. Finally detailed studied the key technologies of the green manufacturing, such as the entire life cycle of products from design, material selection, production, packaging, use to scrap process.

The article is devoted to education of future green engineers for achieving sustainable development in green manufacturing industry. It outlines that green engineering is an important industry which aim is to reduce consumption, to save resources, and to achieve sustainable development in manufacturing. Green manufacturing puts forward new requirements for the training future green engineers. The article reveals the concepts of educating future green engineers. Specifical attention is paid to the improvement of the teaching system training of future green engineers, strengthening the teaching staff, changing the teaching mode, strengthening teaching practice and practical training for achieving teaching goals. The authors conclude that it is necessary to clarify the goals of training of future green engineers, and to establish reform the teaching content of green engineering course.

The powerful advanced manufacturing industry is the most powerful driving force for economic development and growth, and it is also the main source of environmental pollution. Artificial intelligence and blockchain technology are recognized as a breakthrough technology that can be widely used, changing the way the entire society and economy operate. The main constraints affecting the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry are ecological deterioration and resource shortage, but the development of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology provides new ideas for solving manufacturing problems. Based on this, this paper proposes a research on the sustainable development performance of green manufacturing technology innovation based on artificial intelligence and blockchain technology. This paper deeply grasps the essence and connotation of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, analyzes its specific application form and research background, searches for the effective effect of manufacturing technology innovation and green manufacturing performance path, and clarifies the mechanism between the two. All measurement items in the questionnaire used in this article use Likert5 scale and use 1–5 options to indicate the degree of conformity with the actual situation of the enterprise. The results show that the average green manufacturing capacity of each measurement item is between 3.18∼3.97, indicating that the company's green manufacturing capacity is relatively high. Among them, the ability of green technology innovation is relatively high, indicating that most companies have noticed that the improvement of the ability of green technology innovation plays a vital role in the future sustainable development of enterprises. Moreover, more and more companies are paying attention to the latest applications of blockchain technology, which can effectively promote the development of enterprises.

Abstract Since the introduction of Made in China 2025 and its focus on sustainable development and manufacturing industry transformation, appropriate evaluation methods to accurately assess the development of China’s manufacturing industry have become essential. Therefore, this research constructed an innovative evaluation index system for manufacturing development based on seven dimensions: innovation, structural optimization, economic benefits, efficiency enhancements, green development, international competition, and social benefits. An objective combination weighted-gray correlation-TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) evaluation model was applied to the Sichuan Province manufacturing industry data from 2009 to 2018 to create a representative sample, in which the overall development level from 2009 to 2016 took on an inverted U-shaped curve that reached its maximum in 2013, fell to its lowest point in 2016, and then began a steady upward trend marked by innovation and efficiency improvements; however, sustainability fell. Based on these results, this research provides a scientific reference for policy-makers with recommendations for innovation-driven development strategies, green development promotion, and social benefit improvements with the aim of promoting more sustainable development of China's manufacturing industry.
