Using a Novel FCE Model to Evaluate the Industry Competitiveness of Biomass Power Generation

Biomass energy is a kind of clean renewable energy, and the resources are abundant. With the rapid development in recent years, the biomass power generation has become one of the electric power new energy with the large-scale commercialization development prospects. The industry competitiveness evaluation of biomass power generation in China is the basis to explore the biomass power generation industry development strategy, which also can indicate the direction for the rapid and sound development of biomass power generation industry in China. To evaluate the industry competitiveness of biomass power generation scientifically and accurately, we defined the subordinate function and weight proportion and constructed the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) model. The biomass competitiveness evaluation of biomass power generation showed that the results given by this model are reliable and precise.

Due to limited materials and energy, more attention has been paid to the adverse impacts of the global economy’s rapid development on the environment and society. The sustainable and long-term development strategy becomes extremely urgent and important for the enterprises. Manufactures and their supply chain should take measures to implement sustainable development strategy in future production. The concept of sustainability is introduced into the field of supply chain and the structure of sustainable chain is constructed in this paper. And a method of sustainable supply chain performance evaluation is proposed. It evaluates the supply chain performance in four dimensions, namely, operational, financial, social and environmental dimensions. Then a performance evaluation model of sustainable supply chain based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established. This paper gives a case to evaluate the sustainable supply chain performance with the model and implications are given finally.

This paper mainly studies the application of intelligent lighting control system in different sports events in large sports competition venues. We take the Xiantao Stadium, a large­scale sports competition venue in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province as an example, to study its intelligent lighting control system. In this paper, the PID (proportion – integral – derivative) incremental control model and the Karatsuba multiplication model are used, and the intelligent lighting control system is designed and implemented by multi­level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the paper evaluates the actual effect of the intelligent lighting control system. The research shows that the intelligent lighting control system designed in this paper can accurately control the lighting of different sports in large stadiums. The research in this paper has important practical significance for the planning and design of large­scale sports competition venues.

In order to build an environment-friendly society and realize the coordinated allocationand effective utilization of resources and finally achieve China’s energy supply security, it isimperative to vigorously develop new energy sources. This study establishes a four-level newenergy power generation (NEPG) development index system from multiple dimensions. Takingthe installed capacity and generating capacity of China’s NEPG in 2016 and 2017 as samples, weused the improved entropy method, to analyze the development of different types of NEPG among31 provinces from three aspects: absolute value, relative value, and incremental value. Finally, wecomprehensively evaluated the NEPG development in each province. The empirical analysisshows that the spatial distribution of NEPG development in China is uneven, the growth rate isdifferent, the development gap is obvious, and the development efficiency is quite different.

In the rapid economic development today, the sources of energy and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent. At present, out country adopted a series of measures to improve the resources supply capacity, include to vigorously develop renewable energy. With the development and utilization of biomass energy has been paid close attention. This paper establishes three comprehensive evaluation models on biomass energy utilization’s potential applications in the region, using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, hierarchical weight analysis and factor analysis by means of MATLAB, SAS software. According these models we analyze biomass energy utilization’s development prospect and geographical distribution and expound several suggestions on adjustment of biomass energy utilization status in China.

The wind resource is rich relatively in Hebei Province, and the wind energy utilization also has great potential. So it can play an important role to the sustainable development of Hebei Province energy, prompting the coordinated development of social economy and ecological environment. As a kind of renewable clean energy, wind power has the advantage of no pollution, low cost, but the wind power also has the inherent shortcoming of intermittence, random and instability. To evaluate the competitiveness evaluation of wind power industry in Hebei Province scientifically and accurately, this paper constructed the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and defined the subordinate function and weight proportion. The competitiveness evaluation of wind power industry in Hebei province showed that the results given by this model are reliable, and this method to evaluate the industry competitiveness is feasible.

Due to their high inter-temporal variation and intermittence, large-scale integration of the new energies, such as wind power and photovoltaic power, will pose great challenges to the safe and stable operation of power system. Analysis on gird stability and adaptability before integrating the new energy should be made. The paper investigates all kinds of restrictions and assesses each constrained capacity from the perspective of steady-state and transient voltage, frequency stability, cross-section transmission limit and peak load regulating capacity, respectively. Then the comprehensive evaluation on the capability to accommodate new energy for a power grid is accomplished. Take a practical grid for example, its accommodation capacity for new energy is calculated based on the above-mentioned method, which provides a theoretical basis for the grid to accommodate new energy and planning and construction of new energy.
