Method of network plan in project construction has been widely used, it complies with the requirements of the engineering construction management, organization and management is especially suitable for the construction of the project. At present our country network plan technology in engineering project theory and level with the foreign equivalent, but in the application of project management, especially the lag compared the supervision and control in implementing plan, tracking and adjustment, basically still stay on the preparation of the plan. This paper analyzes the present situation of the application of network technology in construction management, puts forward the ways and methods to improve the application of network planning technology.

The construction schedule control of construction project is within the prescribed period of time to develop a scientific and reasonable plan, and when executed timely check construction progress, the knowledge of construction progress, and then analyzed the construction plan, timely correcting and deal with the deviation, and take effective solutions to promote the project smoothly.Construction engineering plays an important role in economic development, so it can guarantee the quality of construction.This paper analyzes the management of construction engineering construction progress control and control methods of construction engineering project, the aiming at the influence factors of construction engineering construction progress, the control and management measures are put forward for reference.

However, the construction industry has experienced the transformation of China’s economic system from planned economy to market economy, and traditional management in construction engineering enterprises. The model has been unable to adapt to the new situation of the development of the construction industry, but it has limited the development of the enterprise to a certain extent. As an important part of enterprise management, engineering project construction management needs to realize the innovation of management mode to adapt to the current development situation. The implementation of landscaping projects plays an important role in the process of urbanization in the process of ecological transition, that is, through the natural and ecological attributes of gardens, the city is beautified to truly achieve the coordinated development of man and nature, to meet the people’s growing living needs and lay a solid foundation for the implementation of the national sustainable development strategy. The role of construction management in the process of landscaping is to analyze and solve the problems arising in the process of project promotion to ensure the continuity and integrity of project construction. However, in terms of the existing construction management effects, due to the influence of project planning, organization and management, and personnel, construction management cannot be fully implemented in the construction of greening projects, resulting in quality and efficiency problems. For this, it is necessary to build a more comprehensive construction management system, combine the development attributes of the project, create a comprehensive three-dimensional development management pattern, and improve the construction quality of landscaping projects. Based on this, the construction management of landscaping engineering is discussed.

During the long engineering project construction period, involving a combination of human, financial and material, and that different works, every link and each phase is mostly high altitude, open, crossover operation, which hide safety risks and result in high probability of safety accidents, so these characteristics determine the importance of safe and civilized production. Therefore, the influence factors of engineering construction safety are worth studying. In this paper, through extensive reading literature and information, making contrast and analyzing, researching and other methods, finishing the preliminary indicators of construction safety influencing factors, after conducting questionnaire survey, ultimately identified 19 indicators of factors and based on these indicators draw SEM model by AMOS software. The results by AMOS show that the model can effectively describe the relationship between the influence factors of which affecting construction safety, and provide strong evidence for improving the engineering and construction management.
