During the long engineering project construction period, involving a combination of human, financial and material, and that different works, every link and each phase is mostly high altitude, open, crossover operation, which hide safety risks and result in high probability of safety accidents, so these characteristics determine the importance of safe and civilized production. Therefore, the influence factors of engineering construction safety are worth studying. In this paper, through extensive reading literature and information, making contrast and analyzing, researching and other methods, finishing the preliminary indicators of construction safety influencing factors, after conducting questionnaire survey, ultimately identified 19 indicators of factors and based on these indicators draw SEM model by AMOS software. The results by AMOS show that the model can effectively describe the relationship between the influence factors of which affecting construction safety, and provide strong evidence for improving the engineering and construction management.

It is imperative to strengthen the high-risk work system assessment and accidents prevention and control of hydropower construction hazards based on the identification of risk factors. Work system safety is a function of many factors, besides it is dynamic and complex. There may be relations and dependencies among the safety factors. Therefore, work system safety should be analyzed in a holistic manner. In this study, the accidents data analysis is used to identify the links among the factors, which are used as factor dominance relation in Analytic Network Process. Therefore, the influence factors of engineering construction safety are worthy of studying. Through extensive reading literature and information, making contrast and analyzing, researching and other methods, finishing the preliminary indicators of construction safety influencing factors, after conducting questionnaire survey, ultimately identified 19 indicators of factors and based on these indicators draw SEM model by AMOS software. With the influencing factors, it gives assessment result through the variable assignment and the factors weight derived from SEM and ANP method.

Method of network plan in project construction has been widely used, it complies with the requirements of the engineering construction management, organization and management is especially suitable for the construction of the project. At present our country network plan technology in engineering project theory and level with the foreign equivalent, but in the application of project management, especially the lag compared the supervision and control in implementing plan, tracking and adjustment, basically still stay on the preparation of the plan. This paper analyzes the present situation of the application of network technology in construction management, puts forward the ways and methods to improve the application of network planning technology.

For many risk events in civil engineering construction have the property of “the connotation is explicit, the extension is vague”, the influencing factors of civil engineering construction safety accident are measured with the membership degree in fuzzy mathematics. The weight of indexes of various influencing factors is calculated with the method of analytic hierarchy process, thus a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for civil engineering safety accident is given, which is a new qualitative and quantitative solution method and makes it become possible for the early warning of civil engineering construction safety accident. In the end, it is demonstrated with an actual example for the availability of the model in the early warning.

The geological disaster prevention project is to bring the unstable and unsafe disaster bodies under control, so construction safety risk prevention of this kind of projects is of great importance. Project bid-section division is closely related to the degree of project dispersion, the frequency of monitoring visits and the project duration, and it will also have influence on project construction safety risk. According to the characteristics of geological disaster prevention projects, the paper makes a quantitative analysis of the factors that influence the construction safety. The proposed bid-section division programs are calculated and analyzed by using fuzzy entropy weight model of group decision-making, so as to determine the optimal bid-section division program based on safety risk prevention.

This paper is a study about the relationship among the factors that influence the new urban planning under the theory of “Smart Growth”. The author applied the “Smart Growth” in China domestic society and summarized key factors into five categories. Interpretation of Structure Model (“ISM”) is used to design a tailor made data model. The model established Adjacency Matrix and Reachable Matrix to define the key influence factors into seven classes, depicted the correlation structure and then revealed the inherent logic relation between the key factors. The ISM model diagram provided visualized view of the cause-effect relationship among the influence factors. It is used as a tool to identify the reasons and forecast impacts based on the diagram. This tool is helpful to the real business of new urban planning and contributes meaningful scientific research for “Smart Growth” theoretical development.

In order to get an accurate understanding of the sustainability of employees’ safety behavior capability, based on the safety behavior influencing factors, 15 influencing factors were identified from the five aspects of safety environment, individual's basic qualities, individual safety quality, individual's behavioral abilities and individual's awareness. Using the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) and interpretive structural model (ISM), while studying the relationship between the influencing factors, the paper also analyzes the impact of each index on the sustainability of the individual's safety behavior, finding out the key influencing factors and analyzing the comprehensive influence relations among the factors and constructing a multi-level hierarchical structure model, and finally finding a new way and method to improve the sustainability of the employees’ individual safety behaviors.
