Modern educational technology is widely used in college, modern educational technology application develop from simple slideshows, projection to the multimedia and network teaching, long-range education teaching, ect. The application of multimedia and network technology have positive significance in the teaching reform of cultivating student's quality , and skill training, and the creative thinking ability . Modern multimedia educational technology university plays an important role in promoting the level of teaching work and improving the quality of the education. The process of education and teaching which implements the mathematics education teaching through the application of modern educational technology curriculum, can improve math courses and teaching quality effectively. This paper explores the truth than using the modern education technology to improve education quality of teaching mathematics course. To realize mathematics teaching from the optimization, and extensive mathematics curriculum multimedia teaching, and explore the new mathematics curriculum teaching network technology actively, this paper discussed the application of multimedia technology to improve education in modern mathematics curriculum teaching quality.

Cooperative learning is a modern teaching strategy in which team work and cooperation become the most important activities of the entire teaching process. The quality of interaction between students and teacher, as main participants in teaching process, is important for successful application of cooperative learning. Beside faster and longer lasting knowledge acquiring, cooperative learning develops critical and creative thinking, communication and social skills and it strengthens self-confidence. Modern methods of teaching mathematics focus on didactical principle of conscious activity above other principles. This means students are major, active factors of mathematics teaching, and not only they participate in the process of teaching, but they also participate in the selection of methods of teaching. This enhances their motivation for work during classes. This means, what is learned through cooperative learning is better used in new situations, knowledge transfer is greater and new knowledge is acquired easier and lasts longer. Specific and abstract contents of mathematics lead to different ways of applying cooperative learning in this subject. That is why we chose this subject, i.e. to explore and point out the possibilities and ways of applying cooperative learning in mathematics.

The quality of education is an important issue in the world of education, because by looking at the quality of education can be a reflection of the success of education that is carried out. If the quality of education is good, it can be said that in the implementation of good education, likewise if the quality of education is low, then it can be assumed that in the implementation of education there are serious problems. Therefore this paper was appointed to inspire education observers to pay more attention in maintaining and overseeing the quality of education so that the output or graduates can be relied upon. This article review method uses qualitative. While presenting data using descriptive analysis and designed using a central approach by looking for literature that discusses the quality of education and education technology. The results of this study are the relevance or relationship between educational technology and the quality of education, because the quality of education with regard to everything that achieves the achievement of quality education both in terms of student achievement, teaching quality, and school performance can be achieved well through an educational technology approach. That is because with educational technology involving people who have an important role in the educational problem, it is then regulated by standardized procedures and the next stage is organized for analysis and finding solutions to solve them

The examination of teaching quality in mathematics in relation to student learning outcomes has become increasingly important following the research reports indicating that early mathematics teaching and learning experiences are critical contributors to students’ learning and later achievement in mathematics and other content areas. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the quality of early mathematics instruction and students’ mathematics learning outcomes in 73 Pre-K to 3rd grade classrooms in an urban public schools system. The results suggested that the quality mathematics instruction varies across observed classrooms but mostly mediocre. Limited but significant associations between instructional quality and mathematics achievement were also documented at the classroom level. More specifically, there was a positive significant interaction between quality of mathematics teaching and students’ mathematics achievement at the end of the school year in classrooms where ratings of the instructional quality was identified as “high,” after controlling for students’ pre-test scores and gender.

Multimedia technology as a means for effective teaching, can effectively stimulate the students' information that teachers want to pass and strengthen the students' interest in mathematics through the visual form, diversification, enrichment. At the same time, it can reduce the teachers hand-painted, transcription, such as time, increase classroom information density, improve the students' logical ability and imagination, achieving the goal of improving the quality of mathematics teaching, thus has high practical significance. This paper survey the background and related theory, the characteristics of multimedia technology in understanding, focusing on analyzing advantage and the necessity of its application in mathematics teaching, and the application effects of the study.
