The hot-pressing technology for the poplar particle /waste rubber powder composites was studied using the poplar particle and waste rubber powder as raw materials. Effects of waste rubber powder content, hot-pressing time, hot-pressing temperature, resin content and board density were analyzed. The hot-pressing technology was better than molding technology. The optimal technological parameters of hot-pressing technology were obtained as board density0.8g/cm³, resin content3%, hot-pressing temperature160°C, hot-pressing time 7min , waste rubber powder content 30%. The testing results showed that the mechanical performances of the poplar particle /waste rubber powder composites made by the hot-pressing technology could achieve the Chinese National Standard for particle board.

The study of the mixing method, mixing time, waste rubber powder as the amount of waste rubber powder by resorcinol (R) and six methyl four amine (H) effect on the mechanical properties of waste rubber powder /NR blend modified. The results show that, with effect of blending method, mixing time and waste rubber powder content on mechanical properties of blend vulcanizate; through modification, can greatly improve the mechanical properties of waste rubber powder blend vulcanizates, as the modifier of resorcinol and six methyl four amine mass ratio was 1/0.5, glue the material mechanical properties are the best, the tensile strength is 17.03 MPa.

The hot-pressing technology of cement bamboo particleboard was studied by changing hot-pressing temperature, adhesive/bamboo ratio, board density and additives amount of NaHCO3. Then variance analysis and regressive analysis were conducted on technological parameters. The results indicated that the optimizing technology parameters of cement bamboo particleboard are hot-pressing temperature 130 , adhesive/bamboo ratio 2.8, additives amount of NaHCO310%, boardl density 1.2g/cm3.
