Abstract Risk of corporate social responsibility (CSR) refers to the possibility and consequences of the potential lack of CSR, which will cause damage and loss to society and enterprises. Hence, scientific evaluation of CSR risk is conducive to enterprises to take timely risk response measures and reduce potential risk factors. In order to fully reflect the CSR risk, a comprehensive risk evaluation index system is established from four dimensions of corporate stakeholders, law, environment and charity. In addition, hesitant fuzzy language is used to describe the CSR risk information, so as to reflect the uncertainty in the process of risk judgment. Considering the complexity of the CSR concept and the possible discreteness of risk results, the hesitant fuzzy language-cloud model is established to evaluate CSR risk level. Finally, utilizing China Huaneng Group as a case to apply the CSR risk evaluation model, it is found that the overall CSR risk level of Huaneng is relatively low. Through further comparative and hierarchical analysis, it is found that the CSR risk of community stakeholders is relatively high, and the CSR risk of legal, environmental and charitable is relatively balanced.

With the rapid development of the economy, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is receiving increasing attention from companies themselves, but also increasing attention from society as a whole. How to reasonably evaluate the performance of CSR is a current research hotspot. Existing corporate-social-responsibility evaluation methods mostly focus on the static evaluation of enterprises in the industry, and do not take the time factor into account, which cannot reflect the performance of long-term CSR. On this basis, this article proposes a time-based entropy method that can evaluate long-term changes in CSR. Studies have shown that the completion of CSR in a static state does not necessarily reflect the dynamic and increasing trend of CSR in the long term. Therefore, the assessment of CSR should consider both the static and dynamic aspects of a company. In addition, the research provides the focus of different types of forestry enterprises in fulfilling CSR in the long term, and provides a clearer information path for the standard identification and normative constraints of different types of forestry enterprises CSR.

Abstract Background: In the context of China’s aging population, comprehensive medical care, convenient diagnosis, comprehensive medical care and elderly care services are increasingly needed. But China's medical care and elderly care service system is still immature. This study aims to build a performance evaluation index/criteria system for the combination of medical care and elderly care services and present an empirical approach to assess them. Methods: A two-stage DEA approach is taken: 1) establish a performance evaluation index system for the combination of medical care and elderly care services, 2) adopt a two-stage DEA to evaluate the performance of 30 pension institutions in China, and 3) Determine and identify important criteria to improve the efficiency of pension institutions. Results: The results show that the two-stage DEA accounted for a relatively high affiance of medical and nursing care services, but resource allocation still needs to be further optimized. Institutions with ineffective DEA need to reduce the five factors of operations, management, fixed assets, technology and services in the input dimension. In the output dimension, the service evaluation effect and safety management effect need to be improved. The performance of combined old-age care and medical care in old-age institutions can be improved in terms of investment in fixed assets, methods of capital subsidies, supervision and management, as well as standardized operations. Conclusions: This study establish a performance evaluation index system for the combination of medical care and elderly care services and present a two-stage DEA empirical approach to evaluate the performance of 30 pension institutions in China, which provides the method supports for decision-makers and researchers in performing evaluation of pension institutions in China, outlines the suggestions in improving them.

This study was performed to assess participant perception towards the implementation of ScienceXplorer. A self-completion questionnaire had been designed with a series of Likert scale questions that organized to gather participants’ perceptions of participating ScienceXplorer. The questionnaire had been designed using Kirk Patrick Evaluation Model. There were 148 participants from three primary schools took part in this study. In this scope of study, ScienceXplorer participants rated very high in terms of reflection, knowledge and skill, changes in behaviour and aspiration.
