In this paper, cathode material nickel hydroxide powder of MH-Ni battery was prepared through the method of micro emulsion deepfreeze deposition with the system of Tween-80/n-C4H9OH/c-C6H12/NiSO4 solution. By measurement of the maximum content of water of different micro-emulsion system, optimum system was determined. The effect of temprature, concentration and amount of nickel sulfate solution to the particle size of the sample powder was also discussed. The structural morphology of the sample powder were analyzed and measured by XRD, SAED, SEM, TEM and particle size distribution of the sample was also analyzed. The results showed that the sample was amorphous nano-sized particles, and the size distribution was wide.

Objective: The aim of this study was to develop transferosome vesicles for the transdermal drug delivery of lynestrenol. Methods: The lynestrenol transferosome vesicle was made by encapsulating the drug in a variation of phosphatidylcholine and Tween 80 by the thinlayerhydration method. The resulting transferosome vesicles were modified with a time variation of 30, 60, 90, and 120 min, and sonication variationswere paused and not paused. Particle size evaluation, polydispersity (PDI), and entrapment efficiency (%EE) were carried out on the variation ofsonication time. Results: The evaluation results showed that sonication without pauses showed better %EE and particle size than sonication with pauses andincreasing concentration of Tween 80 (edge activator). The %EE increased, and particle size decreased with increasing sonication time; PDI of vesicleswas heterogeneous with increasing sonication time. The %EE in formulas F1 and F2 after 120 min was 73.06% and 76.06% (paused) and 80.40% and82.97% (without paused). The particle size of formula F1 and F2 after 120 min 575.4 nm and 471.6 nm (paused) and 524.1 nm and 434.7 nm (withoutpaused). The PDI formulas of F1 and F2 after 120 min were 0.69 and 0.763 (paused) and 0.84 and 0.59 (without paused). Conclusion: Based on the results of the transferosome vesicle characteristics, it was shown that the optimal vesicle composition for packaginglynestrenol was vesicles that were composed of phosphatidylcholine and Tween 80 without pauses and could potentially be used as a transdermaldrug delivery system.

WO3 nano-powder was prepared by CTAB/n-buoh/octane/H2O micro emulsion system, Na2WO4 and hydrochloric acid as raw material. And the structure, size and topography of WO3 nano-powder were characterized with X-ray diffractometer, transmissive electron microscopy. The result showed:calcination temperatures and different reactant types affect WO3 characteristics evidently; In moisture content 8%, calcining temperature 400°C conditions, small particle size、distribution uniform and spherical shape WO3 nano powder with micro emulsion method is prepared.

Research on micro emulsion formulation of combination of virgin coconut oil (VCO) and rice bran oil (RBO) as a hair growth promoter has been done. The purpose of this study was to formulate and produce the best formula that is physically stable and optimally promoting the hair growth by varying the content of VCO and RBO in the form of micro emulsions. These dosage formulations were prepared in three formulas using 45% tween 80 as surfactants and 20% glycerin as co surfactant i.e.: F,I containing a combination of VCO and RBO 1:1; FII (1:2) and FIII (2:1). Physical evaluation of the preparation was carried out for 8 weeks of storage which included organoleptic examination, pH, homogeneity, density, globule particle size, phase freeze thaw, and rabbit hair growth activity test for 18 days. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that the FI, FII and FIII micro emulsion formulations were physically stable for 8 weeks of storage with a pH ranging from 6.7 to 7.0, density of 1.085-1.088 g/mL, average globul particle size of FI (34.6 nm ), FII (54 nm) and FIII (68.8 nm). The best formulas is FIII for hair growth length of 1.26 cm for 18 days.

The hydrolysis product was prepared by added-seed thermal hydrolysis method with industrial titanyl sulfate solution. The influences of some factors (such as preheating temperature, sodium hydroxide concentration and activity of seeds) on the particle size and particle size distribution (PSD) of hydrolysis product were studied. The product was characterized by particle size analyzer and filtering property test. The results showed that all these factors had great impacts on PSD of product and its filtering property, the narrowest coefficient of variation (C.V.) was 43.0% and the fewest filtering time was 311s. The optimal conditions were as follows: preheating temperature was 90°C; NaOH concentration was 8.0-8.5%; activity of crystal seeds was 100-140 mL.
