The purpose of the research is to increase the effectiveness of information and measurement and control systems of vibration testing equipment by introducing automated processing of experimental data allowing to extract with the required accuracy resonant bursts in the investigated amplitude-frequency characteristic section of the developed sample of a technical tool. To achieve this goal, a new method for processing experimental data by linear functions of variable length has been developed. The proposed method is based on the elements of the classical least squares method used to construct single approximating linear functions. The proposed method for processing experimental data differs from the known ones in that the number of linear approximating functions and their lengths vary depending on the required accuracy of approximation. The authors developed a mechanism for the formation of a sequence of linear functions on the considered segment, taking into account the given accuracy of approximation. The proposed mechanism is implemented in the form of algorithms, the description of which is presented in the work. Practical significance of the application of the developed method consists in reducing the processing time of the experimental data and obtaining the information necessary for the development engineers to provide a given level of strength and stability to external vibrational influences of the developed technical tools.

A scheme for measurement and control system on grain situation is presented in this paper. This system is mainly composed of sensor network, measurement and control extension, communication host and host computer. Measurement and control extension centres on microcontroller C8051 to accomplish the measurement of grain temperature and humidity in granary. Instruction is transferred to measurement and control extension by communication host, at the same time, transferring the data measured by extension to host computer. Host computer achieves the regimentation of whole system by applying PC. Compared with traditional ones, this measurement system is much more simple, low-cost, efficient and responsive, with profoundly immediate significance and wide prospect.

Introduces a STC89C51 microcontroller core with the speed of measurement and control system, the system can control the motor starts and stops, either manually or automatically adjust the duty cycle to control the motor speed is set by the Hall sensor data, for motor speed is measured to calculate and display the current motor speed in real time on the LCD. The system is made in the actual measurement with good results, as the research engine performance provides an important reference, so that the entire digital measurement speed system can be widely used, there is a strong practicality.

This paper develops a digital measurement and control technology of grey predictor-based inverse hyperbolic sliding function for solar PV inverters. The advantage of inverse hyperbolic sliding function (IHSF) is very low sensitivity to system uncertainties. However, when a large parameter variation or a sudden external load interference is applied, the steady-state errors still occur in the IHSF controlled solar PV inverter and incur high total harmonic distortion (THD), even deteriorate control accuracy. To eliminate steady-state errors, a grey predictor is used for the prediction of voltage THD. Once a high voltage THD of the solar PV inverter output is detected and then measured by grey predictor, the tracking error of the IHSF controlled system will gradually decrease to zero, thus achieving zero steady-state errors. With the proposed measurement and control technology, a digital closed-loop solar PV inverter system will yield high-quality AC output voltage with low THD and fast dynamic response even under highly nonlinear loading. Experimental results for the solar PV inverter are performed in support of the proposed technology.

To enhance the power of the engine and improve the emissions performance, The Intake air temperature signal , knock signal, throttle signal and power supply voltage signal were used as the correction references for the ignition advance angle. According to the parameter characteristics, the schemes of the measurement and control were proposed. The sensors were selected and corresponding parameters were determined. And then parameters of signal processing circuits designed, so that determined the moment of ignition. The experiment proved that the electronic ignition system designed in this paper, can meet the expected demand.
