Based on GPRS network remote monitoring system which uses its two-way transmission performance, can easily monitor various electrical equipments and get information. Compare with the past remote monitoring systems, the system has the advantage of flexible networking, convenient, wide range of data transmission, high reliability, fast response time, and has great significance and value of research in CNC machine tool system with upgrade GPRS in the mobile communication networks, data services expand and data transfer capabilities.

As it is impossible to conduct real-time monitoring on slope condition of highways, a remote monitoring system has been specially designed. Making use of GPRS technology, Labview and solar power, the system has realized nobody monitor on slope anchor system, automatic collection of slope pressure and displacement data. It enjoys advantages such as high-accuracy, real-time monitoring and high-reliability. Among existing effective monitoring ways, massive man-power is needed for on-field work, but real-time monitoring is still left to be achieved.

Abstract This paper studies the design scheme of a substation remote monitoring system based on GPRS, and gives the solution about poor real-time and imperfect function of centralized substation monitoring system. The working principle diagram of the measurement and control device is introduced in detail, and the modules of analog acquisition and switching input are designed. The substation remote monitoring software based on GPRS communication is developed to realize the remote real-time monitoring of electrical and switching parameters and other functions, such as data query, fault early warning and energy efficiency analysis. The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of real-time, multi-function and high reliability. It is of great significance to implement defensive maintenance, improve power supply quality, save energy and reduce consumption.

The article shows an approach to the synthesis of monitoring systems for CNC machines. Describes the main Web components and libraries used to collect technological data and display it for various users of CNC machines. The article demonstrates the practical results of the synthesis of the monitoring system for the CNC “AxiOMA Control” with the ability to select the parameters displayed on the Web page for the operator and adjuster of the CNC machine.

In recent years, the rapid development of industrial computer technology has provided the foundation for manufacturing automation and informatization. Intelligent Flexible Manufacturing Cell is being integrated with more complicated additional functions to realize the cooperation among CNC machines or between CNC machine and robot. How to detect the systems status rapidly and timely becomes one of the most concerned problems. This paper proposes a remote monitoring system for Intelligent Flexible Manufacturing Cell, designs the remote monitoring platform, determines the communication systems network structure, and establishes the database and software of monitoring system. The result shows that the system obtains a good result in practical application.

This paper aimed at NC system’s high-speed, high-accuracy, high reliability requirements. The condition monitoring, faint information extraction and fault diagnosis technology are researched of complex CNC system. Elaborated to develop a common interface and achieved the seamless interaction of CNC system and reconfigurable embedded monitoring unit basis. A machine tool monitoring diagnostic verification platform with on-machine monitoring and intelligent maintenance features of CNC system is constructed based on the internet. Integration achieved the CNC machine tools’ status remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, and detailed analysis of the key technologies for the components of the system. Through effectively integration of the computer technology, weak signal extraction technology, fault diagnosis or other technologies to enhance the automation, networking and intelligent level of the complex CNC system.

To the inconvenience problem of laying the cable, a new remote monitoring system for power based on wireless communication is designed. The overall structure of system is put forward to bring the design method of the remote terminal unit which is the key of monitoring system. Adopting the commercial wireless serial data transfer radio to realize the wireless communication between center RTU or computer and remote field RTU. According to design the multiple control modes (including: remote manual control, remote automatic control, and local control) to introduce the application of system and indicate that it is satisfied to monitor remote field power in the aerospace experiment tasks.

The requirements of CNC machine tools for the feed servo system could generally be summarized as high precision, well stability, fast response, wide range of speed regulation, high torque at low speed and so on. The PID controller of feed servo-system based on intelligent fuzzy control was presented based on traditional PID controller. The main feature of this arithmetic was to change parameters in different degrees according to time-varying working conditions, specially this arithmetic could change its domain intelligently according to different conditions and cooperated with a stable controller in case of system crash so that adaptivity and reliability of the feed servo-system were improved, also this feature made application field of the feed servo-system wider.

To solve some problems about the substation bus voltage monitoring, a remote monitoring system based on MCU and GPRS module is designed in this paper. The system consists of data acquisition terminals, communication networks and monitoring PC. STC12C5608AD is used as the control core of the data collection terminal, which extends power modules, data acquisition modules, wireless transmission modules in order to realize the data acquisition, processing and transmission. GPRS is adopted in the communications network to realize the voltage information remote wireless transmission. Configuration software ForceControl6.0 is used in PC to realize remote monitoring. The system is tested in a lab environment, and running well.

This system collect data from sensors which installed in oil duct by microprocessor, transmit the data to GPRS module, and send it out to the remote monitoring center by GPRS network. This system has the advantages of data wireless long-distance transmission, real-time, high reliability
