On PID control and fuzzy control in permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMLSM) there is some shortage. Control for linear motor characteristics of vulnerable parameter perturbation is proposed based on fuzzy self-optimizing control algorithm to reduce the dependence on the model. GA algorithm using the parameters of fuzzy algorithm self-optimizing tuning, the motor can be reduced to some extent the impact of changes in their model, and improve the control effect. Finally, Matlab simulation of the PMLSM traditional PID speed control with fuzzy parameters self-optimizing speed control comparison, the results show that the fuzzy parameters self-optimizing control is better than traditional PID control.

Firstly, according to the topology of conventional chopper cascade speed system to analyze the transient process of main loop during of contactor operation when device failure. Because the contactor action requires a longer time, Equipment is vulnerable to the impact of high voltage, high current during the contactor action, and cause damage to power electronic devices. For contactors drawbacks, the main circuit topology with electronic-protection circuit is designed. Then analyze transient process of chopper cascade speed control system with electronic-protection circuit under high-voltage power failure conditions. Finally, simulation model of chopper cascade speed control system with electronic-protection circuit is built respectively in Matlab. Simulation results show that electronic-protection circuits effectively solve the problem of high-voltage power failure under active inverter structure and inverter subversion.

In view of the present situation of scheelite smelting technology in China, we analyze the existing equipment and process problems,put forward the technique of mechanical enhancement of scheelite and alkali autoclave decomposition method combining with the temperature, the temperature of reaction kettle as the main object of control, the fuzzy control and PID control combined to design a two-dimensional fuzzy controller, through the MATLAB simulation results show that, the control effect, safety and feasibility of good.

In order to make the speed adjustment system of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor more stable and make the convergence performance of the speed control system better, a speed regulator based on the terminal sliding mode algorithm is proposed. In addition, the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor will also be affected by temperature changes during its operation. Aiming to enhance the adaptability of linear motors to parameter changes, a terminal sliding mode speed control idea based on adaptive parameter identification is proposed. The Popov stability theory and the mathematical model of linear motor are used to construct a parameter identification system. The identification flux parameters are used as the control algorithm of the terminal sliding mode speed regulator and the update matching of speed regulator flux parameters and motor system parameters are realized. Through the above algorithm, the performance of the entire speed control system is improved. The results of simulation experiments can illustrate the effectiveness of this control method and its effect on improving the control performance.

Soft-Starter is a new equipment and it is used to control Squirrel-Cage Induction Motors because of its pefect control effect, compared with the traditional Start method. This paper analysis the superiority of Voltage Ramp and current limit control algorithm.The MATLAB simulation result base on 4.7KW Motor shown that the soft-starter can be used to Reduce the start voltage, limit start Current and Reduce the impact on power. Correctness and validity of algorithms is verified by simulation results.

PID controller has already been applied widely, but it is difficult to meet the requirement of both static and dynamic performance, which makes PID running without efficiency. Through programming transition process, the paper designs the rationality of given signals in the whole process and introduces an auxiliary application of differential signals, which can realize the control goal in programming control process and make the control key change from confirming the transition of system model to estimating the constant time of system roughly, and the control effect has been improved evidently. By analyzing MATLAB simulation, the paper verifies that the algorithm is reasonable and prevalent.
