The excavation and exploitation of Fossil energy caused great pollution to the natural environment. Exploitation and utilization caused by environmental pollution, scarcity gave birth to the continuous development of new energy markets, the development of photovoltaic industry in China has achieved certain results, but compared to some developed countries, is still much room for development. Unsound domestic policies, immature technology, the PV industry in China is still very high dependence on the international market, is still at the low end of the international photovoltaic industry chain, in the face of increasingly fierce competition within the industry, China's PV industry is still facing series of challenges. SWOT model, with the analytic hierarchy process method, quantitative analysis of the environment for the development of the PV industry in China, from the perspective of the weight of the analytical development of photovoltaic industry characteristics and the situation facing the sustainable development for China's PV industry to provide a reference basis.

Environmental education is one of the main tools for solving the problems of environmental management and environmental protection. In all highly developed countries, there is a tendency to develop technologies that contribute to reducing the harmful effects of human activities on the environment. The sustainable development of society and the economy in the face of growing demands for natural resources involves the careful treatment and transmission to future generations of clean air, genetic biodiversity and soil fertility. This can be achieved through the development of high-tech technologies based on environmental principles ,which largely depends on the quality of environmental education not only for specialists in the field of environmental management, but also for all people. We hold the view that environmental education has a great impact on the ability and skills of people to make decisions in accordance with environmental norms and standards. In order for environmental education to become an effective part of universal education, it is necessary first of all that every teacher has a competence in the field of ecology.

The main purpose of this paper was to apply the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) approach to explore key factors influencing the sustainable development of a green energy industry in Taiwan. Based on the literature and experts' opinions, a hierarchical structure with five assessment aspects and fifteen development factors was first constructed, and a FAHP algorithm model was then proposed. Finally, based on the AHP experts' questionnaires, we used the FAHP approach to evaluate the key factors. The results showed the following. (1) “Technology” is the most important aspect influencing sustainable development of green energy industry in Taiwan. (2) In order of relative importance, the top six key factors influencing sustainable development of green energy industry in Taiwan are “establishment of key technological capabilities,” “degree of integration of relevant laws and regulations,” “establishment of an industry chain,” “key raw materials and production equipment,” “protection of intellectual property,” and “preferential purchase price rates and various subsidies,” respectively.

Engery-saving buildings are not always high-cost, the construction needs to consider not only the cost of construction, but also the consumption cost in use. We adopt new energy conservation materials and remarkable management mode to reduce the cost of energy-saving building, and fight to get the most benefit with the least investment, in order to master sovereignty in the fierce competition of energy-saving construction market, and to promote the sustainable development of energy-saving building.

Abstract The contribution is focused on the area of the design of Slovak industrial enterprise managers' competency model. The main objective of the contribution is a methodology proposal of the Slovak industrial enterprise employees' competency model utilising the Analytic Hierarchy Process method within the Sustainable Development context. Methodology was developed on the basis of the theoretical backgrounds analysis and the actual state of designing a competency model in the industrial enterprises analysis.

With the increasing attention to ecological environmental protection and the rapid consumption of global energy resources, the new energy vehicle industry is attracting more and more attention from all over the world, and the vehicle power battery has ushered in the stage of mass scrapping. China's power battery recycling industry is in the primary stage of development. In order to analyze the impact of relevant industrial policies on the development of the industry chain, this paper describes the development status of the power battery recycling industry by drawing the panorama of the industry chain of power battery recycling. At last, the industrial policy of power battery recycling was evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively by analytic hierarchy process, and on this basis, some policy suggestions to promote the development of industrial chain were put forward.

In this paper, the indexes that are used to assess the influence of road construction on Inner Mongolia grassland have been proposed based on the environment protection perspective. The Analytic hierarchy process was employed to evaluate the importance of different indexes regarding to influence. These indexes would be used to provide information for decision making about road construction in order to achieve the sustainable development of grassland.

Focusing on the road-railway level-crossings of the urban, basing on the attribute mathematics methods, the access safety influence factors of the railway level-crossings are analyzed. Basing on the analytic hierarchy process method, the assessment indexes, which impair the level-crossings system safety status, are set. Firstly, the attribute measurements of every single-index are calculated by mean of the construction of attribute measurement functions. Secondly, according to the similarity function theory, the similarity weights of the influence factors are defined, so as to assess the multi-indexes measurements objectively. Finally, make use of the confidence criterion to recognize the level-crossing system safety. Taking one of the railway level-crossings in Dalian as an example, the assessment results show that the attribute recognition result would not be affected by the index weight, namely, the weight values of the assessing indexes are considered as the same. The study shows that the method is feasible, reliable and easy for the synthetic safety assessment of the urban railway level-crossings safety
