Bird environment in different airfield is quite different, which results the causes of bird strike have significant differences. It should be based on the actual bird environment information and analysis results in different airfield, to develop practical prevention measures for bird strike. Through the investigations of bird situations in Zhengzhou airfield, combining with regularity and characteristics of the previous bird strike events, the five factors evaluation model of bird strike risk is initially built. Evaluation system for bird risk is built based on the principle of entropy method empowered. Based on the evaluation model of bird strike risk, the risk values and integrated risk values (IRV) of different bird species can be calculated in Zhengzhou airfield. The airfield birds are classified with the difference of bird strike risk according to the IRV. Specifically preventive proposals and measures are put forward based on bird strike risk classification for the different bird species. The results show that bird species of highest risk account for more than 20%, and higher risk more than 26%. Countermeasures of bird strike prevention are proposed with the results of risk classification. First it should be taken preventive measures, which focus on 7 bird species of IRV≥0.4. Second it should be paid attention to the prevention of 9 bird species on 0.3≤IRV<0.4.

To improve accuracy of safety state evaluation results for ancient timber buildings and to know the real state of the building, a safety grade evaluation model of ancient timber buildings is established based on attribute mathematic theory. From the perspective of macro, micro, qualitative, and quantitative, 22 factors may adversely affect the safety state of ancient timber building are considered in this model. First, evaluation system is established, and evaluation indexes are selected based on former study, seismic damage data, and Chinese current code about ancient timber buildings. In the evaluation system, whole building is divided into four parts, which are wood frame, enclosing wall, foundation, and plinth. Different parts contain different components. Every component has its own evaluation indexes. Second, based on the AHP and entropy method, the comprehensive empowering method is used to determine the weights of the indexes. Third, the attribute recognition model is established to identify the safety grade of components or units. Fourth, based on the evaluation results of components, safety grade of units is identified. Then, safety degree of the entire building is determined by the minimum safety grade of units. At last, the model is applied to the “Liben hall” in village Siping, Zhejiang province, China, and the assessment results are consistent with the results of damage identification.

With the increasingly salient social influence of virtual practice, personalized lifelong learning concept could be realized through network platform. The new learning environment and platform generate the new evaluation system and model. The working experience and features of network learning of the meteorological technical personnel determine the difference between network evaluation model and the traditional summative evaluation system.. The nonlinearity between input vector and output vector also determines the neural network learning evaluation model orientation. The training and simulation show that the network learning evaluation achieves its best effect when the hidden node is 4.

In this paper, some tactics are considered in Xinjiang tourism industrial belt based on performance evaluation. First, we applied the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to establish an evaluation system for Xinjiang tourism development in four dimensions: tourism performance, resource utilization, basic supporting capacity, and market attention. Second, the performance of tourism development in 14 Prefectures was evaluated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in 2018. Third, because the Prefectures were divided into four tourism industrial belts, a discussion was conducted to identify and understand the difference among them and their corresponding influence on regional tourism development using the Theil index and Entropy method. The result shows that (1) In all dimensions, the differences within each industrial belt were greater than those between industrial belts. (2) The tourism industrial belts displayed a differentiation phenomenon, in the dimension of significant difference being distinct for different belts. Finally (3), it is found that the resource utilization of all belts is significantly different.

Aiming at the problems of large evaluation error and low accuracy of determining the key degree of evaluation indicators in the existing evaluation of labor legal effectiveness, this paper designs a labor legal effectiveness evaluation algorithm for affirmative action against gender discrimination. Firstly, using hits degree, the degree of gender discrimination, and social influence, enterprise practice and government supervision and management are determined as the evaluation indexes of labor legal effectiveness in this paper, and on this basis, the labor legal effectiveness evaluation system against gender discrimination is designed. Then, the judgment matrix of the evaluation index of labor legal effectiveness against gender discrimination is constructed. After normalization, the weight of the evaluation index is calculated by entropy method, which lays a foundation for subsequent research. Finally, the tree enhanced Bayesian network is used to classify the labor legal effectiveness evaluation indicators, and the correlation between the indicators is determined through the Spearman rank correlation coefficient. Finally, the labor legal effectiveness evaluation model against gender discrimination is designed through the clustering algorithm, and the labor legal effectiveness evaluation indicators against gender discrimination are input to complete the effective evaluation. The experimental results show that the error of the evaluation algorithm is small, and the accuracy of determining the key degree of the evaluation index is high.

The lack of adequate indicators in the research of digital economy may lead to the shortage of data support on decision making for governments. To solve this problem, first we establish a digital economy indicator evaluation system by dividing the digital economy into four types: “basic type”, “technology type”, “integration type” and “service type” and select 5 indicators for each type. On this basis, the weight of each indicator is calculated to find the deficiencies in the development of some digital economic fields by the improved entropy method. By drawing on the empowerment idea of Analytic Hierarchy Process, the improved entropy method firstly compares the difference coefficient of indicators in pairs and maps the comparison results to the scales 1–9. Then, the judgment matrix is constructed based on the information entropy, which can solve as much as possible the problem that the difference among the weight of each indicator is too large in traditional entropy method. The results indicate that: the development of digital economy in Guangdong Province was relatively balanced from 2015 to 2018 and will be better in the future while the development of rural e-commerce in Guangdong Province is relatively backward, and there is an obvious digital gap between urban and rural areas. Next we extract two new variables respectively to replace the 20 indicators we select through principal component analysis and factor analysis methods in multivariate statistical analysis, which can retain the original information to the greatest extent and provide convenience for further research in the future. Finally, we and provide constructive comments of digital economy in Guangdong Province from 2015 to 2018.

In this paper, a study of freeway traffic rules, respectively, from the traffic flow and road safety performance provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of a more rational road rules. First, we set up an appraisal system of the traffic flow which describes the flow from the average speed, the traffic density, the overtaking rate. And we calculate them separately. Meanwhile, by fitting, we can obtain the relationship between the traffic flow and the overtaking ratio. Then, an evaluation system of the safety is established which is based on the IHSDM (the evaluation model for highway safety). We can use it to get the conclusion that when the difference between the speeds of running vehicles is greater, the corresponding accident rate is higher. And the rate has a direct response to the road safety performance. Also, we combine the overtaking model to explore the safety performance in different road rules. Finally, in the case of different traffic rules, we can get a comprehensive of the model.

In the College, performance evaluation system is directly related to the harmonious development of the school. Taking into account the factors in the evaluation system is fuzzy, so this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. But the model is too subjective, so this paper combines neural network and data envelopment analysis method, which ensures that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable and scientific, and good school development and teacher self-interest. The performance assessment process, not only enables the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also fair and reasonably reflect the achievements of teachers, while this method is easy to use, wide application, and can be well applied in practice.

With the rapid development of the economy, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is receiving increasing attention from companies themselves, but also increasing attention from society as a whole. How to reasonably evaluate the performance of CSR is a current research hotspot. Existing corporate-social-responsibility evaluation methods mostly focus on the static evaluation of enterprises in the industry, and do not take the time factor into account, which cannot reflect the performance of long-term CSR. On this basis, this article proposes a time-based entropy method that can evaluate long-term changes in CSR. Studies have shown that the completion of CSR in a static state does not necessarily reflect the dynamic and increasing trend of CSR in the long term. Therefore, the assessment of CSR should consider both the static and dynamic aspects of a company. In addition, the research provides the focus of different types of forestry enterprises in fulfilling CSR in the long term, and provides a clearer information path for the standard identification and normative constraints of different types of forestry enterprises CSR.

Clearcuts are one of the results of forest management. The aim of this study was to assess the effect of clearcuts on bird communities in a managed forest in Western Poland. I applied the method of point transect counts. 20 points were located near clearcuts (less than 100 m from the nearest clearcut) and 25 points in the forest interior. In total, 36 bird species were recorded. On average, I found 9.20 bird species at points located near clearcuts and 6.72 species at points situated in the forest interior, and the difference was significant. The cumulative number of bird species for a given number of sampling points in the vicinity of clearcuts was higher than in the forest interior. The obtained results indicate that in managed, even-aged forests the generation of clearcuts can lead to an increase in local bird species richness.
