<p class="2M-body">Korean casino market is currently in a new turning point and plans to expand more casinos in addition to the 17 casinos and talks about development of the tourism industry through massive investment of foreign capital. Casino market is such a sensitive issue in our country and except for Kang-won Land, all casinos are exclusively for foreigners. However, foreign capital has announced plans to invest substantial capital in terms of allowing locals to enter casino as well. Under these circumstances, Kang-won Land Casino is strongly claiming that allowing locals to casino is illegal under the law, but certain regions confront that amending the law on the investment is necessary for economic growth to attract more casinos. In this study, we grasp the current situation and its development of casino in Korea and set a direction for the future development of casino</p>

China is the largest antibiotic producer, producing a large amount of antibiotic bacterial residues classified to hazard wastes in 2008. It is urgent to find suitable techniques to dispose antibiotic bacterial residues for pharmaceutical enterprises. In this paper, the characteristics of antibiotic bacterial residues are discussed and the current situation and treatment and disposal techniques are summarized, including the technology of composting, incineration, feed stuff, landfill and energy regeneration and so on. In the last, the future development trend of dealing with antibiotic bacterial residues is prospected.

<p>The study is to examine the contemporary trends of the Taiwanese economic involvement in<br />Africa and includes both Taiwanese and Chinese policy toward Africa. Emerging countries<br />are standing side by side in so-called “South-South” cooperation, and are taking advantage of<br />the decreasing image of Western nations following the economic crisis. We are challenging<br />the biased opinion portrayed by the Western press, which is negative toward Asian<br />involvement in African states, and that states the investors (China and Taiwan) are only<br />gaining from their investments. The ambitions on the continent are far from innocent, and<br />nations, such as China are looking to fulfill their demands for natural resources. We intend to<br />emphasize on whether the Chinese presence in Africa is purely resource-based, or if this<br />cooperation is bearing fruit in the future development of African states. The originality of this<br />study lies in its focus on a triangular (China, Taiwan, and Africa) view point of economic<br />interactions and implications because it includes Taiwanese economic involvement in African<br />markets. We hope that these findings, based on sources other than controversial Western<br />articles enable the reader to obtain a better understanding of the current situation, and form<br />their own opinion.</p>

Computer programming has been a science for approximately 50 years. It this time there havebeen two major paradigm shifts that have taken place. The first was from “spaghetti code” to structured programs. The second paradigm shift is from procedural programs to object oriented programs. The change in paradigm involves a change in the way in which a problem is approached, can be solved, as well as a difference in the language that is used. The languages that were chosen to be studied, are COBOL and Java. These programming languages were identified as key languages, and the languages that software development are the most reliant on. COBOL, the procedural language for existing business systems, and Java the object oriented language, the most likely to be used for future development. To complete this study, both languages were studied in detail. The similarities and differences between the programming languages are discussed. Some key issues that a COBOL programmer has to keep in mind when moving to Java were identified.

Data held in information systems is modelled using a variety of languages, where the choice of language may be decided by functional concerns as well as non-technical concerns. This chapter focuses on data modelling languages, and the challenges faced in mapping schemas in one data modelling language into another data modelling language. We review the ER, relational and UML modelling languages (the later being representative of object oriented programming languages), highlighting aspects of each modelling language that are not representable in the others. We describe how a nested hypergraph data model may be used as an underlying representation of data models, and hence present the differences between the modelling languages in a more precise manner. Finally, we propose a platform for the future building of an automated procedure for translating schemas from one modelling language to another.

The current situation of nano-sized powder materials in China was introduced especially the status of commercial production and the progress of manufacture process and technology. The current production process and reaction conditions for some nano-sized powders were also introduced, and the existent problems were discussed. The future development of nano-sized powder materials in China was prospected.

Testing is an important phase of quality control in Software development. Software testing is necessary to produce highly reliable systems. The use of a model to describe the behavior of a system is a proven and major advantage to test. In this paper, we focus on model-based testing. The term model- based testing refers to test case derivation from a model representing software behavior. We discuss model-based approach to automatic testing of object oriented software which is carried out at the time of software development. We review the reported research result in this area and also discuss recent trends. Finally, we close with a discussion of where model-based testing fits in the present and future of software engineering.

Based on lines of technological system evolution in TRIZ, the seminar analyzed the current situation of the stereo garage development, summarized the evolutionary lines, mapped out the potential evolution diagram of stereo garage combining with improved evolutionary potential diagram, and concluded evolutionary potential in automation, spheroidality, intellectualization, standardization and multi-systematic. Based on the above, a new model for conceptual design of the stereo garage was raised. The success of the design and trial production of new stereo garage indicated the feasibility of application of technical system evolution law in predicting the future development of product.
