Based upon the "pressure-state-response" concept frame model, an index system including three project layer indicators had been established for the evaluation of local land eco-security. The project layers were selected as land ecological pressure, land ecological status and land ecological response. 17 indicators had been adopted to describe the status of the criteria layers. The index weight was determined by analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method. Then the value of local land eco-security can be obtained by composite index method. During the analyses, Changsha area including 5 districts and 4 counties was taken as an example. The results show that the land eco-security value in the area in 2010 is among 0.5419~0.6876. It has been found that there exists a certain gap between the main urban area and counties, and the status of land eco-security in each county is generally better than that in the main urban area.

Based on actual measurement data in Da Ping as the samples,according to the experience, and ends with calculate every factors weight and height prediction of the water conducted zone by Matlab using the combination entropy-weight method and analytic hierarchy process. this paper introduces a comprehensive prediction model consisting of analytic hierarchy process and combination entropy-weight method. The method,overcoming weights imbalance,gives the evaluation result better than does the single analytic hierarchy process, it is a new valid method for scientific forecast on water conducted zone.

The implementation of green mining (GM) can improve the quality of economic growth. Based on uncertainty measurement theory (UMT), we aim to develop a reasonable method of green mining (GM) evaluation for building material (BM) mines via comparative analysis. At first, establish UMT evaluating model for GM. The linear uncertainty (LU) measurement function was employed to solve single indicator measure values. Then, based on the entropy weight method (EWM), the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and a method that couples AHP and EWM (EWM-AHP), and the weights of the evaluating indicator were determined. At last, based on UMT, a total of 6 coupled methods are developed to evaluate the GM grades. The GM grades of two building material mines in China were evaluated by applying the 6 methods. Future suggestions were given to the enterprises to improve the GM grades. According to the actual situations of GM in the two building material (BM) mines, it can be speculated that UMT-EWM-AHP-CDRT is the most reasonable method. The reasonable method can not only evaluate the GM grades for BM but also provide guidance to the development of GM for BM.

In order to improve the rationality and fairness of Teachers’ “Double-qualified” Ability, the article establishes an evaluation model based on 14 evaluation indexes of teachers’ “double-qualified” ability. it adopts Delphi - entropy weight method to weight the evaluation index, and then combines TOPSIS method to evaluate the evaluation object. In the evaluation of TOPSIS method, the traditional TOPSIS weight method was improved, and the entropy weight-delphi method was used to determine the index weight, which was a combination of subjective and objective, making the evaluation system more objective, scientific and reasonable.It not only avoids the subjectivity of decision makers and limitations, but also eliminates the phenomenon of indexes in common impact assessment results and finally applies it to a university teacher “Double division and triple energy” evaluation system, to provide theoretical basis and feasibility analysis for the “double type” teachers team construction. In order to evaluate coaches, this paper established the model of comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Firstly, I establish the hierarchical structure of the system; Secondly, for researching the influence of time line horizon in analysis, I divided coaches into several groups by their career time and calculated the weights of indicators of each group using entropy weight method; Finally, calculate the weight between the criteria layer and objective layer. Female coach data is difficult to find, so I select 100 college basketball male coach data. Put the data into model and get a score. The score showed the final result which can give us a sort of reasonable coach list. This model can reduce the influence of different time periods for evaluation of the coach.

Since January 1,2016, China has implemented the Two-child policy. The Two-child policy is contrast to the One-child policy which has been implemented for nearly 30 years by Chinese government. Since this Two-child policy is a basic national policy of China, its purpose is to determine a reasonable rate of population development. Whether the two-child policy can really achieve the desired effect. This article will discuss statistical methods and social realities.Firstly, author uses the entropy weight with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method. Eighteen indicators affecting the population were set up to establish an initial evaluation matrix according to the actual situation and determine the accurate weight of each indicator.Secondly, the author makes predictions on China’s future population. In order to make sure the accuracy of the forecast, author makes second forecast of the modified value to reduce the noise caused by the entropy weight method. And the author discusses which method is suit for this question.Finally, author analyzes this situation.

In this paper, the Market-oriented Operations Strategy of CCHP are analysed, from the perspective of construction mode, operating mode and charging mode. On this basis, a three-dimensional indexes system is established, and combining the entropy weight method with Analytic Hierarchy Process as a comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the different market-oriented strategies of CCHP. Finally, the empirical analysis of the commercial building in southwest China shows that the market-oriented strategy of CCHP can bring more benefits to market participants when it has high applicability and great practical value.

In order to avoid accidents and improve the level of laboratory safety management in universities, a laboratory safety assessment method based on entropy weight method, analytic hierarchy process and unascertained measure theory is put forward. The laboratory safety assessment index system is established by selecting eight assessment indexes such as hazardous chemicals management, instrument and equipment management and personal protective equipment management; The comprehensive weight of the assessment index is determined by combining the combination weighting method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight method (EW). According to the principle of maximum membership degree, the safety grade of university laboratory is determined, and compared with the actual results. This work indicated that this innovated method can reasonably evaluate the current situation of laboratory safety, and it can provide a reference for strengthening laboratory safety management.

The debris flow is one of the geological hazards; its occurrence is complex, fuzzy, and random. And it is affected by many indices; a new multi-index assessment method is proposed to analyze the risk level of debris flow based on the entropy weight-normal cloud model in Banshanmen gully. The index weight is calculated by using the entropy weight method. Then, the certainty degree of each index belonging to the corresponding cloud is obtained by using the cloud model. The final risk level of debris flow is determined according to the synthetic certainty degree. The conclusions are drawn that the method is feasible and accurate rate of risk estimation for debris flow is very high, so a new method and thoughts for the risk assessment of debris flow can be provided in the future.

In the context of the energy revolution, integrated energy services have ushered in a period of opportunities for rapid development. To assess the demand of users of integrated energy services, we establish indexes of demand of integrated energy service users. We got the assessment model based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight method. The proposed assessment model is tested on 50 users, and K-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster users. The characteristics of the service requirements of each type are analysed.

Relatively independent evaluation parameters are selected from many parameters through pedigree clustering.Learning the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and entropy weight method can determine the weight, and at the same time to understand the error of the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and entropy weight method is large, so the combination of the subjective and objective weight obtained by the two methods, using the improved entropy weight-ahp method to determine the weight. The improved weight calculation method has a clear hierarchical structure, which not only considers the influence of subjective and objective factors, but also makes full use of the weight information in the hierarchical structure. Considering the uncertainty of information, gray relation is adopted to deal with the data, so as to make maintenance rules.
