An introduction to configuration software as the developing platform, using the embedded system technology and wireless communication are combined to establish the remote monitoring system. A branch station of monitoring with DSP as the core acquires, processes and displays real-time data by means of a remote communication of trinity, sending results which have been dealt with to the monitoring center so that users can timely and accurately understand conditions of water requirement in farmlands.

In an embedded system, a large amount of high real-time data processing is required. A TrueFFS method on the embedded VxWorks system is put forward to improve the data access speed and saving storage space of the embedded system. In this paper, the TrueFFS structure is analyzed, its establishing process is realized based on VxWorks. As an embedded operating system's main storage medium to build the TrueFFS, flash can improve system access speed and facilitate the upgrade of follow-up procedures.

Abstract To address the issue that many devices are connected to the cloud during the manufacturing process, which causes severe delays in analyzing massive manufacturing data in the cloud, an FPGA-based architecture of cloud edge collaboration is proposed. In this architecture, manufacturing equipment is connected to the cloud through an FPGA-based embedded edge node. The device data obtained by the edge node is processed by the FPGA module and the embedded system module according to the time-sensitivity. Considering the limited computing power of a single edge node, to realize cloud-edge collaborative computing, a communication-oriented task model and a computing model for edge nodes are designed. The task model learns cloud to edge and edge-edge communication, and the task model realizes the function of migrating computing tasks to other nodes. The edge node system’s design is realized based on the communication-oriented task model and the computing model for edge nodes. The cloud edge collaboration method is researched and explored based on this system. A series of comparative experiments, comparing the time delay of the FPGA module and embedded system module processing the same data, the framework’s usability and data processing ability can be verified.

Based To solve the problem of incomplete monitoring information,single function and low extensibility of public bus monitoring system,a remote digital monitoring system of public bus based on embedded platform is designed. Bus stop announcer,CAN controller,satisfaction evaluator and other vehicle electronic equipment are integrated into vehicle terminal,which collect,transmit and feedback real time data such as the location of bus,bus station information,running state parameters,satisfaction and vehicle scheduling information. The remote monitoring center receives the data and generates the visualizations webpage at the same time. Bus remote monitoring system is established,and the operation efficiency and security of public bus is improved.After large amounts of running and tests,result of the test indicates the monitoring data received from this system is reliable and stabilized.

This study concerns the development of an embedded system with low computational resources and low power consumption. It uses the NXP LPC2106 with ARM7 processor architecture, for acquiring, processing and classifying images. This embedded system is design to detect and recognize traffic signs. Taking into account the processor capabilities and the desired features for the embedded system, a set of algorithms was developed that require low computational resources and memory. These features were accomplished using a modified Freeman Method in conjunction with a new algorithm "ear pull" proposed in this work. Each of these algorithms was tested with static images, using code developed for MATLAB and for the CMUcam3. The road environment was simulated and experimental tests were performed to measure traffic signs recognition rate on real environment. The technical limitations imposed by the embedded system led to an increased complexity of the project, however the final results provide a recognition rate of 77% on road tests. Thus, the embedded system features overcome the initial expectations and highlight the potentialities of both algorithms that were developed.

The previous measuring methods have the disadvantages of big workload, inaccuracy, high expenses and so on. A set of remote monitoring system that monitors soil moisture is developed by configuration software. This system makes online monitoring soil moisture, dynamic display of real-time data, historical data query and remote access come true. The test results in Haikou show that the system not only meets the requirements of monitoring soil moisture, but also is featured with good stability, accurate data and data sharing. It can be applied in many fields when changing the necessary sensors. The system is scalable and low-cost.

Smart Home is an emerging interdisciplinary subject, which has already enjoyed flourish development all over the world and has become the mainstream of the development of the construction industry in the 21st century. In this paper, through the design of smart home which mainly uses embedded microcontroller design, this vast world of smart home is introduced to everyone, so that they can pay more attention to smart home. Design the embedded system which takes ARM as the core through the model of host - subsystem, through RS485 bus management and control of the control terminal, and process, automatic control and regulation is conducted. The three subsystems of home security, appliance control, family MRs are also used to design home by use of embedded system. The design of smart home control system can make family life more comfortable and convenient, more economic and security, and take a firm step in order to meet the demands of people of safety, comfort, convenience as well as confirm to the green environmental protection.

In order to make train monitoring easier, a embedded handheld device is designed to replace the dump box of LKJ2000 in this paper. The establishment of ARM-Linux development platform, code transplantation and embedded database development technology of QT and SQLite are introduced and Data acquisition, data dump, data analysis and printing are realized in the embedded system. The wireless remote communication is performed with GPRS module. The experiment results show that data acquisition and management become convenient and real-time with the embedded database and GPRS technology

The embedded remote monitoring system is based on embedded technology, video coding technology and network transmission technology as the core of the new video surveillance system, it in real-time monitoring system, network, miniaturization, etc than traditional remote monitoring system has outstanding advantages. The embedded server is responsible for the data from field devices and video images, and real-time and reliable transmission to the remote client browser. User through a PC browser login system, can get equipment real-time data and video image, also can control the equipment, so as to realize remote monitoring. This paper designed and implemented a embedded remote monitoring system based on B/S structure, is of important engineering value.

This study aims to create a control system that can turn on / turn off the water pump by simply pressing a button on the smartphone and monitoring how much electricity was used which will later be converted into cost value in rupiahs. This system is able to further regulate the use of water pumps, such as restrictions on daily use, restrictions on use at certain hours, and pumps can be set to automatically shut down after a few moments of use. This system consists of three main components, namely an embedded system, a website-based mobile application, and a web server. The embedded system consists of Wemos D1, ACS712 current sensor, and relay. From the tests conducted the system can turn on the water pump with an average response time of 2 seconds and the results of monitoring conducted have an average error value of 13.63%.

In view of the problem about off-line monitoring lagging and the high cost of cable transfer with present traditional petrochemical enterprise, this article provides remote monitoring system design and implementation of the heating furnace based on the Zigbee wireless transmission technology. Specifically, configuration software can realized real-time monitoring of furnace combustion condition by sending detected smoke real-time data which goes through flue gas analyzer to Siemens PLC, and transferring it to the industrial computer by Zigbee wireless transmission technology. Simulation result shows that the system has well real-time performance and low power consumption advantages which can complete effective monitoring in the wireless environment of furnace combustion state.
