In view of the traditional low mechanization,degree of automation and lack of humanization etc, a n-ew intelligent and efficient pesticide spraying machine can be created to add pesticide to cotton.Completed parametric design of the device's virtual prototype by SolidWorks,and we apply virtual prototyping technologyto key parts to go on dynamics simulation analysis,to verify the reasonableness of this mechanism design and correctness of the function to achieve.

Since the open lab cannot improve the students’ practical ability in a good manner, and the full-featured laboratory equipment has a high cost, this paper thus designs a students’ innovative DIY training platform that quickly assists to model the KT board, in order to enhance the students’ practical skills and thinking abilities, and improve the quality of experiment teaching. The platform solves the existing DIY modeling’s issues of great difficulty in manual processing, low precision and long cycle. Based on the design platform of SolidWorks, this paper completes the parametric design of the device virtual prototype, adopts the virtual prototyping technology to make dynamics simulation analysis towards the critical parts, and verifies the rationality of this mechanism design and correctness of function implementation.

Based on the theory research and virtual prototype technology, the dynamics characteristics of drum washing machine vibration isolation system is studied and analyzed. According to the Lagrange method, the dynamics equations and motion differential equations of drum washing machine vibration isolation system is established. Through the establishment of rigid parameterized virtual prototype model of the vibration system, dynamics simulation analysis is accomplished based on ADAMS, the kinematics characteristics and mechanical characteristics are obtained.

Based on theoretical calculation, virtual prototype technology and the method of finite element analysis, the fully mechanized hydraulic support is designed and simulated. Firstly, the four-link mechanism of hydraulic support mechanical model and mathematical model are established, the demission is confirmed by design calculation of structure. Secondly, through the establishment of rigid parameterized virtual prototype model of the system, dynamics simulation analysis and research is finished based on ADAMS on the mechanical properties. Finally, based on FEA, the modal calculation of key components is completed by using ANSYS.

According to the basic principle of the shearer’s travelling mechanism to build the virtual prototype based on UG and ADAMS, and then carry out kinematics simulation of this virtual prototype .The error of angular velocity of every level transmission between virtual prototype and theoretic values . The results can be taken as the guideline for future structural design and dynamic simulation analysis.

The structural character of breech mechanism is studied and analyzed in order that the virtual prototype model is the best. By the CAD software Pro/Engineer the XX breech mechanism virtual prototype is built. At first, the 3D modeling of the XX Breech Mechanism is generated with the parametric design and virtual assembling, and experiment platform of virtual prototype including all kinds of conditions is set up. At last, the quantitative analysis is performed on the above experiment platform, the experiment resulting is accord with specification data by and large, which validates that the designed breech mechanism virtual prototype is proper and appropriate.

Based on MSC.ADAMS, the virtual prototype of two design schemes is built in the timing belt of LED placement machine, and simulation analysis of two design schemes of timing belt module is made. Simulation results show that, the timing belt model in the motor-middle-driven design is better than the motor-side-driven model in the synchronization performance. Based on the method, the performance of timing belt can be obtained before the prototype manufacturing, and the result can guide the timing belt design in LED placement machine.

Based on the combination of the virtual prototype technology and dynamics simulation analysis software ADAMS of mechanical system, parameterized model ZL50 wheel loader equipment is established. According to the characteristics of the loading operation of equipment, with 18 parameters of the hinge point of inversion six-bar linkage as design variables, with loading operation performance index as the objective function, considering the structure and avoiding movement interference for constraint condition, multi-objective optimization design for the virtual prototype model of articulated point position is calculated.

This paper presents an automatic separating and lifting mechanism with intermittent motion and the incomplete gear mechanism parameter design, and at same time the paper conducts the dynamics analysis by using vector closed equation analysis method. And its structural parameters optimization design is also done based on MATLAB. a parametric model is builded using SolidWorks and the virtual prototype model of four-bar mechanism is established in RecurDyn. Then the data exchange is done in dynamics analysis software RecurDyn, and the dynamics simulation of virtual prototype model is conducted and verified, which will get a better trajectory and achieve the design target. Through the mechanism design the automatic separation and upgrading process will be stable and reliable ,which has some promotional value.

On the basis of the tricycle rigid virtual prototyping model ,flexible body virtual prototyping model with dynamic characteristics was constructed via the addition of tricycle parts mass, inertial characteristics, elasticity of elastic damping components and conditions about damping, road and tyres. With the driver control model joined the virtual prototype of the tricycle and real-time feedback and regulation operated on tricycle snaking phenomenon, then driving conditions of the actual tricycle on the road was accurately simulated. As the simulation results suggested, the tricycle rigid virtual prototyping model could be applied to acceleration performance, braking performance, vehicle riding comfort and other simulation analysis, therefore, ideas were provided in further development of design manufacturing technology.

A new type of pastry slicer which could alter pastry thickness expediently was designed by using SolidWorks and ADAMS. In the first place, the pastry slicer 3D model was established by SolidWorks and imported into ADAMS by the nicer interface between SolidWorks and ADAMS. In the second place, the pastry slicer 3D model was simulated in ADAMS. The dynamics simulation result showed that the pastry slicer could fulfil the anticipative design requirements. The simulation analysis results could be regard as the design reference for the new type of pastry slicer, and the virtual prototype could be used to do a deeper analysis according to different requirements.
