MCGS could provide most drivers for any commonly used peripherals and it also need users to develop drive components based on their own demands because of the variety of its equipment.In order to meet the monitoring requirements of general users, this paper chooses the 51 series microcontroller general script driver which has widely used in system development. This paper designs the motor control and shaft temperature detection application system using MCGS and 51 single chip microcomputer, and this system get the satisfactory result of monitoring in the industry. Based on this, the script driver with validity and generality.

The NC Teaching Plotter is designed for the practice teaching needs of NC machining, In order to improve current existing practice teaching environment of "many student, less equipment". It explains the NC concept with concise way and demonstrates NC thought by the intuitive operation.In this paper, the design of NC teaching plotter makes interpolation motion between pen and table based on NC program in accordance with the requirement made by user, to draw the graphics by moving the magnet control brush painting through the single chip digital control and the two stepper motor control X, Y two axes feed. The NC teaching plotter which demonstrates more clearly and directly the numerical control idea has high practical value for teaching practice.

According to the current requirements of bending fatigue test for flexible electronics, a bending fatigue machine based on SCM (single chip Microcomputer) has been designed. using stepper motor driving screw nut body as loading mechanism, improve the accuracy of the structure effectively by gaps eliminator, and achieve the requirement of precision control by using fraction driving technology in the motor control. Photoelectric counter and electrical signals detection circuit have also been designed to achieve unattended function. This design plays an important role in the following testing process.

In order to improve the traditional single-chip microcomputer practice teaching, this paper presents a simulation experiment of the stepper motor control using both of assembly code and C language at Proteus and Keil C51 platform. With the advantages and facility of Proteus, students can reduce the time and costs of development. The teaching practice shows that application of Proteus in experiment teaching is good for improving the efficiency of experimental teaching and the effectiveness of teaching, increasing students’ abilities and awareness of innovation.

Based on platinum resistance as temperature medium, according to the measurement precision requirements during geothermal testing process, optimize the circuit design and segmented curve fitting were used, discussed the feasibility of realize high precision temperature detection. Combined with high precision temperature measurement circuit, through the single chip microcomputer control, segmented curve fitting the temperature sampling value, get the corresponding D-t curve, and compensate the nonlinear relationship of platinum resistance in the practical work, to achieve the purpose of accurate measurement of the temperature.

A solar mobile power based on single chip microcomputer (SCM) is proposed in this paper, which has the functions of charge control, power management, communication, voltage\current\temperature detection and protection. This paper takes wireless sensor as its research object, conducting experimental research in the charging\discharging character of the solar mobile power and the accuracy of its residual capacity prediction algorithm. The results show that the maximum error of the current is 4.8% during the constant current charging process, while the maximum error of the voltage is 0.05% during the constant voltage charging process. Besides, the discharging character and residual capacity prediction accuracy can also guarantee the quality of power supply.

The robot control by PC through the wireless communication between the PC and the single-chip microcomputer not only expands the functions of the PC, but also creates more functions of the indoor service robot. Therefore utilization of the wireless communication between the PC and the robot can make full use of resources and improve the efficiency. The hardware of the indoor service robot includes the hardware of the robot control system and the hardware of the PC monitor system. The software of the indoor service robot consists of the software of the PC control software and the single-chip microcomputer control software. Therefore, the robot can autonomously walk along the track or walk under the manual control even when the robot is a long distance away.
