The paper deals with the pre-project analysis questions in the construction of heating systems in Orthodox churches, the basic requirements for heating systems in the temples, a brief comparative analysis of the options for the construction of heating systems. We propose estimates for the construction of heating systems using economic criteria and comfort criteria that are the basis for the final solutions.

The article presents the research in the design of a uniform medical suit and methods of implementing ergonomic requirements in the process of solving problems. The authors have chosen special uniforms for surgeons as an object of study and analysis. As a result of comparative analysis, it is noted that currently, the assortment does not meet consumer needs since many manufacturers do not attach much importance to the ergonomic requirements. The current domestic standards and regulatory and technical documents also do not always take into account the specialization and working conditions of a specialist. In the course of targeted research, the whole range of issues related to the pre-project analysis of the situation was resolved, the sequence of development of the design solution was indicated. The authors have given specific practical recommendations for the preparation of design documentation for a new model of a women's surgical blouse. The developed design documentation can serve as an information source when launching new models into industrial production since it is designed to meet the requirements for the ergonomics of surgeons.

Представлены результаты анализа содержания монооксида углерода, бензола, 1,3-бутадиена в газовой фазе аэрозоля (ГФА) образцов нагреваемых табачных палочек (стики) для электрических систем нагревания табака, пяти марок коммерческих сигарет, контрольной сигареты 3R4F с помощью тестирования на курительной машине в стандартном режиме прокуривания ISO и интенсивном ISO Intense. Установлено значительное снижение содержания монооксида углерода, бензола и 1,3-бутадиена в аэрозоле образцов стиков по режиму ISO Intense и ISO. Количество образующегося монооксида углерода в ГФА образцов стиков составляет 2% от его содержания в ГФА образца контрольных сигарет 3R4F, что подтверждает отсутствие процессов термического разложения (пиролиза) табака. Определено, что в ГФА образцов стиков содержится значительно меньше вредных и потенциально опасных соединений. Установлено снижение содержания бензола и 1,3-бутадиена более чем на 99% по сравнению с контрольным образцом 3R4F и пятью образцами популярных в России марок сигарет. The results of the analysis of the content of carbon monoxide, benzene, 1,3-butadiene in the aerosol gas phase (AGPh) of heated tobacco sticks for electric tobacco heating systems, five brands of commercial cigarettes, 3R4F control cigarette using testing on a Smoking machine in standard ISO smoking mode and ISO Intense are presented. A significant decrease in the content of carbon monoxide, benzene and 1,3-butadiene in stick aerosols according to the ISO Intense and ISO modes was found. The amount of carbon monoxide produced in the effluent AGPh is 2% of its content in the AGPh of 3R4F control cigarettes, which confirms the absence of thermal decomposition (pyrolysis) of tobacco. It was determined that the AGPh of verses contains significantly fewer harmful and potentially dangerous compounds. A decrease in the content of benzene and 1,3-butadiene was found by more than 99% compared to the control sample of 3R4F cigarettes and five brands of cigarettes popular in Russia.

Kajian terhadap bangunan suci yang berfungsi sebagai tempat pendidikan agama masa lalu yang sering disebut dengan mandala kadewaguruan jarang disentuh oleh peneliti. Candi Gunung Kawi Tampaksiring sebagai salah satu bangunan suci keagamaan masa lalu telah memberikan petunjuk bahwa kemungkinan tempat ini difungsikan juga sebagai ruang belajar-mengajar. Untuk itu studi ini ingin menelusuri bukti-bukti yang memperkuat dugaan tersebut dan ingin menjelaskan kehidupan masyarakat pendukungnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan langsung ke lapangan (observasi) dan studi pustaka. Analisis data yaitu mengunakan analisis kualitatif, kontekstual, dan komparatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Candi Gunung Kawi Tampaksiring merupakan sebuah bangunan suci yang berstatus sebagai mandala kadewaguruan. Hal ini buktikan dengan beberapa variabel yakni tempat yang luas, ditemukan berbagai tinggalan arkeologi keagamaan, ditemukan gerabah, dan diberitakan dalam prasasti. Kehidupan yang dilakukan oleh kaum ṛṣidan pertapa menunjukkan aktivitas yang kompleks yakni memenuhi kebutuhan sosial yang berkenaan dengan kegiatan estafet pendidikan agama, memenuhi kebutuhan religius yang senantiasa mengadakan berbagai upacara keagamaan, dan memenuhi kebutuhan hidup yang berkaitan dengan makanan dan minuman. The study of sacred buildings that served as religious education sites in the past or often called as rarely carried out by researchers. Gunung Kawi Temple Tampaksiring as one of the sacred religious buildings in the past has given hints of the possibility of this place used as learning and teaching space. For this reason, this study aims to find out the evidence that reinforce the assumption and to explain the life of the supporting community. Data was collected through observations and literature reviews. The data was analyzed by using qualitative, contextual and comparative analysis. The results of this study show that Gunung Kawi Temple is a sacred building with a Mandala Kadewaguruan status. It is proven by evidences such as, i.e. its wide place, variety of religious remains findings, ceramics findings, and inscription reports. The life of the rṣi dan hermits showed complex activities meeting social needs related to learning and teaching,fulfilling religious needs by conducting various ceremonies as well as fulfilling the needs life related to foods and drinks.

Low-temperature radiant heating systems can be considered as suitable candidates for the refurbishment of old heating systems. These systems are proven to save energy, however, their drawback is their impact on the creation of radiant temperature asymmetry and local thermal discomfort, especially in old buildings where the temperatures of surfaces (for example external walls with a low level of insulation and large windows) are low. This study aims to evaluate the potential application of low-temperature radiant ceiling heating systems (28–38 °C) in old and energy-renovated buildings, based on subjective experiments and thermal comfort criteria such as thermal sensation, comfort, satisfaction, and sensation asymmetry votes. Later, in the Discussion section, the guideline for the radiant temperature asymmetry for the warm ceiling presented in ASHRAE Standard-55 is corrected for relatively low air temperatures and different surface temperatures corresponding to “about neutral” conditions for winter clothing. Findings of this research show that the radiant ceiling heating system operating at low temperatures (33–38 °C) can provide fairly neutral thermal sensation and satisfactory comfort at the majority of body-parts, if the building envelope satisfies advanced building energy-efficiency regulations. Additionally, the experimental analyses imply that limitation of 5% suggested by ASHRAE-55 for the percentage of dissatisfied occupants feeling uncomfortable due to overhead radiation can be elevated to 10%.

This paper discusses the use of modern and effective heating systems, using fossil fuels and renewable energy sources on the example of a comparative analysis of a gas boiler and heat pump for a single-family building. The aim of the work was to conduct a comparative analysis of heating systems in terms of energy, economy and ecology. The concepts of heating systems based on a gas boiler and a heat pump are proposed. An economic analysis based on the LCC and ecological method was carried out, related to the equivalent emission, in order to compare the degree of environmental nuisance of the proposed heat sources. For the building in question, a more advantageous solution was the use of a system based on a condensing gas boiler. The economic analysis shows that in the assumed life cycle (20 years), the total cost for a heating system based on a gas boiler is lower than in the case of a heat pump by 11%. Also, the initial costs in this variant are lower by nearly half compared to the heat pump system. Environmental analyzes have shown lower annual emissions of pollutants and a 6-fold lower equivalent emission for a gas-fired heating system.
