Electronic learning or online learning is a part of recent education which is dramatically used in universities all over the world. As well as the use and integration of e-learning is at the crucial stage in all developing countries. It is the most significant part of education that enhances and improves the educational system. This paper is to examine the hindrances that influence e-learning in Nigerian university system. In order to have an inclusive research, a case study research was performed in Evangel University, Akaeze, southeast of Nigeria. The paper demonstrates similar hindrances on country side. This research is a blend of questionnaires and interviews, the questionnaires was distributed to lecturers and an interview was conducted with management and information technology unit. Research had shown the use of e-learning in university education which has influenced effectively and efficiently the education system and that the University education in Nigeria is at the crucial stage of e-learning. Hence, some of the hindrances are avoiding unbeaten integration of e-learning. The aim of this research is to unravel the barriers that impede the integration of e-learning in universities in Nigeria. Nevertheless, e-learning has modified the teaching and learning approach but integration is faced with many challenges in Nigerian University.

Two main building Kalimantan Institute of Technology was established on an area of 3500 m2 on October 6, 2014 which serves as the infrastructure for teaching and learning activities of students. The rapid increase in the number of students each year results in an increase in the number of buildings as facilities for teaching and learning. This is the background for the development of the Kalimantan Institute of Technology area by adding five more lecture buildings to support teaching and learning activities for 3500 students. The expansion area for five more lecture buildings is currently under construction in the area of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The function of the land area has been change due to building construction resulted in an increase in runoff discharge. This condition certainly affects the region if not handled properly. Increased runoff discharge will affect inundation or flooding in the area if it is not equipped with a drainage system as needed. This research is one alternative solution given. This research is in the form of a study on the implementation of a drainage master plan that aims to obtain drainage dimensions such as drainage width, drainage length and drainage depth by observing runoff due to rainwater using the concept of environmentally friendly drainage. The research obtained from the dimensions of tertiary canals with dimensions of 0.10-0.30 meters, secondary channels 0.30-0.45 meters and primary channels 0.35-0.70 meters with the discharge area of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences ITK is 1.18 m3/ sec.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of motivation on the result cognitive learning of the model TGT assisted YuGiOh Card. The population in this study were students of class VII semester 1 with the number of 16 students at MTs Baitul Amin Bali. The type of research design used was pre-experimental design with a one-shot case study. The study used 2 (two) variables examined in this study, namely motivation and result cognitive learning. The method used in data collection in this research is questionnaire (questionnaire), documentation and test. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression. Based on the motivation data obtained using themodel TGT assisted by the YuGiOh card in this study, it shows that students who are in the very good motivation category are 62.5% and good categories are 37.5%. Data on students' resultcognitive learning from post-test results can be categorized very well by 6%, both by 31%, enough by 44% and less by 19%. The influence of motivation on result cognitive learning using the model TGT assisted YuGiOh card is 27.2% while the remaining 72.8% is influenced by learning readiness, social support and learning facilities. The results showed that learning motivation had a positive effect on result cognitive learning in science learning using the model TGT assisted by YuGiOh card.

These research movements were designed to provide elements regarded as specific indicators in which to base the construction of future actions for continued education. Referring to the contemporary academic production within educational area and national guidelines for undergraduate courses, a questionnaire with open and closed questions was designed and applied using content analysis as an interpretive technique of descriptive answers. Analyses carried out revealed approximations and withdrawals between the subjects' views on the virtues and weaknesses belonging to respective initial education courses, as well as specificities of working conditions and  professional profile of each teacher who has the potential to guide albeit in partially the desired planning. Keywords: Teacher education. The paper is a case study which gives a summary of the experience in disseminating information through an institutional repository at the Automotive Research Association of India, Pune. The paper has proven to cover different aspects of Knowledge Management (KM) and discusses more about Institutional Repository in Knowledge Management perspective. In this paper, we emphasize the need for deploying and share our experience in creating a state-of-art Institutional Repository using the DSpace software. The method of developing the IR, which includes, the installation, defining the communities and collections, content development and management are illustrated. The paper also illustrates the library services and mode of information dissemination to its users by engaging with knowledge management. It also discusses the proposed initiative of incorporating the library database from LibSys and linking the e-Modules from Learning Management System (LMS) to the institutional repository for the benefit of user community at ARAI.
