The paper is based on the content analysis of the College Anthem. The College anthem is a composition written by Elsie E. Nwoko reflecting core value of the College of Education, Agbor. The text of the college anthem is very significant in that the text is an intricate musicality woven into the fabric of the existence of the College of Education and the tenet of institution. Without the existence of the College of Education Agbor, there would be no composition known as the College Anthem. The paper followed the descriptive and empirical approach in realizing set objective by juxtaposing the College Anthem vis-a-vis the College of Education, Agbor in relation to sustainable development. The paper concludes that since music can be used as an advertising agent, and the College exists for capacity/capital development of Nigeria citizens, the Music Department as a unit of the College of Education, Agbor should be assisted and encouraged in all ramification to run the music programme effectively in order to contribute to the sustainable development of Nigeria via each empowered graduates from the music programme. The design of enotourist routes represents an opportunity for the sustainable development of rural territories. This qualitative study was structured in three parts to reach a cohesion model representing the academic literature, visitors, and winemakers. This research focused on the region of La Axarquía in Málaga (Spain) because of its wine and tourist tradition. In relation to the methodology, this study used content analysis techniques for the analysis of both the relevant literature and the questionnaires completed by all the winemakers of the territory, 60 tourists who visited the wineries, and the 10 most representative agents linked to the tourist development of this region. The findings provided a model with the elements to be taken into account in the creation of a wine route or itinerary in any destination of the world. The application of this model will contribute to the creation of new tourist policies that can move towards efficient progress of the region.

Family policy involves a combination of policies enacted to address various family problems and improve the sustainable development of families. Evaluating family policy by considering policy instruments is conducive to optimizing policy allocation and promoting this sustainable development. This study constructs a two-dimensional analysis framework of policy instruments and policy themes and employs content analysis to conduct a quantitative analysis of 112 family policy texts issued by the Chinese government. The results show that the policy instruments used in China are not effective. The study also shows that environmental policy instruments are most frequently used, but the internal structure is unbalanced; supply-side policy instruments are moderately used; and the use of demand-side policy instruments is obviously limited. Policy themes focus excessively on “safeguard measures” and pay less attention to “parental welfare and protection”. Overall, China’s family policy is still in its infancy, as it focuses mainly on assistance and remains incomplete. Therefore, the parties responsible for the formulation of family policy should adjust and optimize the combinations of policy instruments that are employed are required to consider “general welfare”, and promote the two-dimensional integration of policy instruments and policy themes.

In 2015, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, together with seventeen goals that are collectively called the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study examined the effects of non-financial microfinance services on human capital development of clients and discusses its implications on the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. The case is drawn from Sinapi Aba Trust (SAT), which is a microfinance institution of Ghana. Primary data were collected from 361 clients in seven districts of the Ashanti Region, Ghana. The results of the ordinary least square (OLS) regression showed that non-financial services offered by SAT had positive significance on human capital development of the clients. This finding shows how additional services from microfinance institution could help clients to maximise the value of loans offered to support income-generating economic activities. For clients, the study also draws attention to the need for them to take non-financial services offered by microfinance institutions seriously to improve on their own human capital development in the context of the SDGs.

Solvers’ wide and continuous participation is imperative for the sustainable development of online crowdsourcing platforms (OCPs). Prior studies have deeply investigated what and how solvers’ motives and demographics, task attributes, requester attributes, and platform designs influence solvers’ participation. However, to our knowledge, few studies concentrated on what these OCPs do for solvers in practices that are concerned with solvers and thus influence their decision to participate. To fill this gap, this study conducted a content analysis of 25 typical OCPs focusing on problem-solving contests to identify service measures that they presented for solvers. Consequently, 14 major service measures that are related to contest management, solver management, and requester management were identified. Thereafter, we discussed the roles of these service measures in solvers’ participation. They are activating solvers to participate, providing solvers opportunities to participate, and supporting solvers to participate. Our analysis, on the one hand, presents a comprehensive list of service measures for solvers distributed on these OCPs separately and on the other hand aids the OCPs to improve their solver service and for solvers to compare and analyze their preferred OCPs as a reference.

Traditional researches on tourism carrying capacity usually concentrate on a maximum number of visitors which tourism development should not exceed. This approach to the management of tourism carrying capacity has met with limited success in practice. Taking Tianjin Binhai Tourism Area for example, this thesis explores the practical application of the theory of tourism carrying capacity. Firstly this thesis introduces the main theory of tourism carrying capacity, and analyzes the status quo of Binhai Tourism Area. Then based on in-depth interviews and content analysis, this thesis explores the main impact factors of the management of tourism carrying capacity. Finally, the author puts forward the tactics of the sustainable development of Binhai Tourism Area. This research attempts to make a breakthrough from a more application-oriented perspective, in the hope that some operable ideas might be utilized in practice.
