The future of an effective climate regime, post-2012, depends on three nations—China, India, and the United States of America. While a deadlock persists when it comes to the question of accepting binding international legal obligations for targeted reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, all three countries favor action to address climate change. Nationally, each country is exploring a range of policy and legislative options to retard carbon emissions, especially by promoting alternative energy options and energy efficiency.

Sichuan Province faces several development challenges including those linked to climate change. Energy usage in Sichuan Province, for example, is already constrained because of a range of development challenges (energy availability; access; affordability of alternative energy sources; and a range of health impacts, including air pollution). There calls for a transition to a low carbon energy options. Although the major obstacles preventing people from discontinuing domestic traditional biomass fuels or coal combustion are poverty, the ready availability and social acceptability of energy options cannot be underrated. This paper therefore highlights some of the persistent challenges associated with sustainable energy transitions in Sichuan Province. We aim to explore how renewable and low-carbon energies can maintain sustainable rural energy development and partially replace fossil fuels development in rural areas of Sichuan Province and thereby serve as mitigation options is a possible future transition towards a low-carbon system relying on renewable and low-carbon energies.

Ecoethos da Amazônia is a simulation game that explores the symbology of the five elements (Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Care) by the use of tridimensional models. The set  consisted of a circular space with four stations, each representing one of the four natural elements. The players must solvethe  challengespresented to them in each station. The Water pollution station deals with waste and water supply; the Air station brings questions about greenhouse gas emission, carbon sequestration, and land use; the Earth station presents questions focused on biodiversity, relief, and water resources; the Fire station alternative energy options are explored, always considering the biodiversity, the physical-geographical, the social and the economic characterization of the environment. The  aim of this study was to evaluate players’ experience and understanding of the concepts explored during the activity. The theoretical approach was based on the Gamer User Experience Evaluation and the Bloom Taxonomy. Participated in this study 168 students (6º to9º grades) of public schools. Some pre-established categories were considered for the analysis: opinion about the experience, game layout, difficulties handling parts, feelings triggered, understanding the representation of the parts, playfulness, and potential in changing behavior. Ecoethos da Amazônia was considered a game that teaches, entertains and enables responsible interaction. The game  engages the participant’s attention and the situations presented were challenging buteasy to understand. The results showed that the game experience can promote environmental responsibility while pointing out the potential of the game to raise awareness, inform and reflect on social and environmental issues.

Renewable energy sources are replacing other energy sources to minimize the cost of due to the conventional sources of energy. Solar and wind are readily available sources which will minimize the cost of electricity if implemented properly. Considering the weather and other relevant advantages, solar energy is a favorable option for a particular site. But it is extremely difficult for the implementation of the suggested renewable energy in a site which already has specific resources and existing infrastructure to replace. Several factors should be counted in for the selection and implementation of appropriate renewable source for fulfilling the demand. As a possible energy option, on-grid infrastructure is selected looking at its low necessity of development and hardware cost. This paper aims to impart the detailed designs of alternative energy options that will offset the annual irrigation costs of the Rainbow Youth Golf Education Program in Klamath County. Using simulator, a practical modeling of the system is performed to look at the cost associated with each case. After selecting a combination with the minimum cost, it is shown that the model decreases the irrigation cost compared to previous year. Other technological implications are also evaluated. Finally, worst case scenario is modeled using the simulator to show that even in the bad weather, the site’s energy supply model serves well both electrically and economically.

As a result of rapid financial development and natural disasters, energy efficiency research, and high-quality electricity alternative energy options, as well as efficient electricity sources. In particular, the use of green energy sources has become a hot issue; As a result, distributed electricity supply in the micro grid is the basis for the achievement of the vital objectives of successfully providing the customer with currency and stability. The article proposes a hybrid metaheuristic approach based on the Eagle strategy Technique (ES) and Particular Swarm Optimizing (PSO) Technology, which will minimize low-voltage running costs from a renewable energy source such as an electricity generator, solar panels, wind generators, micro turbines and fuel cells. The cost optimization problem is set up as a nonlinearly constrained problem. In order to maximize distributed generation, a mathematical problem must be solved. The proposed hybrid solution is evaluated on low-voltage micro grids, and its optimal performance is compared to that of other hybrid approaches and variety of other metaheuristic techniques

The research aims to study AL Anbar climate potentials from solar radiation, winds and possibility of investing them in the fields of renewable energies as one of the most common source of energy and least cost and more suitable for the production of electric energy, to achieve this goal, follow the analytical method to show the amount of Solar radiation reaching and win speed in the study area, and to know the energy values. mathematical equations related to calculation the amount of solar radiation or wind speed have been adopted and converted in to electrical energy. The research aims to study AL Anbar climate potentials From solar radiation , winds and possibility of investing them in the fields of foreknowable energies as one of the most common sources of energy and least cost and more suitable for the production of electric energy, In addition to edifying the appropriate places to set up renewable energy projects and the most prominent advantages and factors affecting them the research relied on analog zing the data of three climate stations AL – Ramadi – Haditha, AL – Qaim and it is distributed throughout AL Anbar province and represents the entire nature of the prevailing climate in them and with a time span from 1981 – 2014. In AL – Qaim and AL Ramadi, stations and from 1970 – 2014 in Haditha station in light of the information of the governmental department related.
