In this study, the effect of using computer games in an English teaching classof the 8th grade students in secondary school is investigated. A total of 112 8th grade students, 57 in the experimental group and 55 in the control group, participated in the study. Academic Achievement Tests prepared by Ministry of National Education, Measurement, Evaluation and Exam Services Department were used as pre-test and post-test. Eight of the games, which were prepared specifically for Grade 8 students, were used in the Experimental Information Network (EBA). Preliminary tests as covariant, final tests as dependent variables and applied to groups of teaching and traditional teaching were discussed as independent variables. According to the one-way covariance analysis (COVARIANCE) results, it was found that the game was more effective than traditional teaching and this effect was moderate. In addition, it was determined that 36% of the final test scores of the students learning the game were explained by the game.

As a important part of teaching, Traditional paper analysis algorithm is complicated and not comprehensive enough. This paper according to the indicators of education measurement and improves the traditional calculation models, the system assesses the perfect calculation model, The teacher also can get the true and fast reaction to students' knowledge and the quality of the paper. This method thereby provides a convincing basis for the improvement on the future teaching and increase the effectiveness in teaching

With the popularization of network technology, the computer technology is developing rapidly coupled with the emergence of virtual instrument technology. In this context, virtual experiment, an effective complement to the development of the traditional experimental method, has very broad spectrum of application in the field of education, measurement, and even other research areas. Thus, virtual experiment has become an important future development of experimental teaching. Based on analysis of the history and current status of the existing virtual laboratory at home and abroad, as well as the technologies used to accomplish a virtual experiment, this thesis makes a comprehensive study to analyze the construction of the virtual experiment system, including the basic theory of its establishment, the network environment, application classification, the specific tectonic model and technical methods and its development and applications.

To solve the problem of how to apply information technology in English education field, to realize the integration of information technology and courses and also to truly improve the study efficiency, the advanced technologies were combined with some education measurement theories and applied in computer-aided test field. In addition, a computer-aided autonomous learning system with adaptive feature was developed, which was a self-adaptive learning system of junior English. The results showed that, under the guidance of the classic test theory and the project response theory, the system was designed and developed on the basis of the “people-oriented” principle. With the increasing number of students wanting to practice, the system dynamically rewrote the relevant learning record parameters, and conducted a real-time record of the true level of ability of each different student in different knowledge points. In a word, practicing according to the actual situation, the learning system can help achieve a truly personalized learning, and meanwhile enhances the efficiency of learning.

The Questionnaire for the Assessment of Enjoyment in Physical Education (QUAEPE) is an instrument for the assessment of three specific facets (pleasure, flow, recovery) of students’ enjoyment in physical education. Based on a sample of 1,351 students, the aim of the present study was to examine measurement invariance across school tracks and relationships with students’ grades in physical education. Support for strict measurement invariance across school tracks was found. The three facets of enjoyment correlated highest with grades in physical education for students attaining school in the lowest ability track and lowest for students in the highest ability track. These results suggest that there may be distinct classroom practices in physical education for different school tracks, which have an impact on the relationship between performance and affect.

Lecturers as university educators have been main player and determinant of successful educational effort. Their roles are getting challenged when their role and productivity are highlighted. They face challenges which come from three sources, e.g., university standards; (2) education measurement; (3) issue of balancing government standards with institutional plan. However, there is a gap that lecturer’s efforts are rarely observed especially in college and universities. The purpose of this study is to determine whether programs that have been run by college have achieved the expected goals. This type of research is field research to observe college preparation and evaluation to measure their lecturers role in teaching and classroom interaction. Our study found that M E and lecturers active role can impact on the teaching productivity. We also found that lecturers understanding about government policy can improve college ability to develop their institutional plan. This study bring benefits for management auditors, institutional planner and educators to develop and improve their institutional plans. Keywords: monev, the active role of the lecturers, the lecturers 's interactive role in the class discussion, the productivity of the lecturers
