To this end, we rely on the categories of the ethics of alterity and dialogue as foundations for the creation and re-creation of political and pedagogical practices with a view to opening up possible paths for the constitution of a teacher available to the other and to the collective (school and society), as well as the emergence of an education based on cooperation and ultimately contributing to the building of a community civilization.  The perception is that the implementation of what is suggested is essential for a libertarian teacher training. Keywords: Teacher Training. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to provide a panoramic and systematic view of 10 Sustainable Campus Network (SCN) universities’ internal entities in charge of the sustainability effort – such as offices, committees, units, programs, or other, showing how some institutions have gained increasing deployment and momentum. However, their appearance and growth pathways have had significant disparities. Design/methodology/approach Global and local agendas have had a strong influence on Chilean higher education institutions. A relevant signal has been the creation of the SCN, formed by 21 Chilean universities, whose vision is to help shape a fair and environmentally healthy civilization contributing from the higher education realm. This work adopts a survey design methodological approach. It describes the following resulting components obtained from the aggregated data: (a) emergence processes and environments, (b) governance models and operational mechanisms, (c) networks and collaboration, and (d) final products generated, for sustainability governing entities within universities in Chile. Findings The main findings indicate that at the institutional level, the Cleaner Production Agreement for higher education institutions and the creation of the SCN have been key drivers in the formalization of several entities leading the sustainability efforts within Chilean universities. Also, regarding the degree of commitment to sustainability, the most active internal stakeholder corresponds to students. Originality/value The present work represents a pioneering effort in the Chilean context to identify and systematize the challenges, organizational structures, and key accomplishments of sustainability governing entities in higher education nationwide.

The paper addresses the results of research in the field of creation of new "green" technologies and their economic validity. The authors argue that the trend of the remote territories’ development should become the basis of the effectiveness of introduction of these technologies. Economic disproportions in the development of such territories have led to the creation of technologies that allow using local resources. As a result of the research, a model for the development of the depressed areas through the creation of effective growth points using the opportunities of small and medium entrepreneurship has been elaborated.

After more than 30 years of development, the designing, constructing, and programming of educational robots is still enjoying increasing popularity in formal, non-formal, and informal educational settings. Although building instructions and required technical components are easily available and accessible, the realization of own teaching projects is a special challenge and is subject to decisive influences. This includes the content-related training of teachers as well as their attitudes and ways of thinking and acting. Therefore, the first section of this chapter spans an arc from the didactic concept of the extracurricular project technikcamps related to robotics. The experiences gained from it and the consequences for teacher training to the philosophical roots of technical education follows. In connection with this, the main part deals with the technological basics of creating educational robots in general. It leads from manufacturing single parts through the creation of a support structure and automation to the application of the engineering design process.

Using Italian and Albanian archive sources, this essay analyses the effectiveness of Italian policy in Albania, during the years of its union with Italy (1939–1943), in the creation of a model Fascist state and in the generation of support for Italy among the Albanian population. Through the creation of party and state structures similar to those in Italy, Fascism intended to give voice to Albanian Nationalist demands, but Italian policy was undermined by a basic defect which helped to cool any initial enthusiasm: the loss of all semblance of Albanian independence and the exploitation of local resources to the benefit of the Italians alone. The Italy-Greece conflict cast a shadow on the Fascist fighting ability which not even the creation of ‘Great Albania’ (thanks to the help of the Germans) removed. As Italy's military fortunes changed for the worse, they were forced to address a growing resistance until the tragic conclusion of 8th September 1943 and the end of the occupation.

Apart from the indisputable importance of SMEs to the national economy, they also provide social and economic benefits for regions they operate in. In this context, the rural areas seem to be interesting because currently there can be seen a reappraisal and emphasizing of their importance. Between 2015 and 2016 there were carried out surveys in two different regions (Hodonín and Holešov) in order to define the role of SMEs in rural areas. The aim of these surveys was to determine how the particular players of the regional development subjectively perceive the role of SMEs in rural areas, particularly how is the role subjectively perceived by SMEs themselves and also by local representatives in the given regions and how SMEs perceive doing business in such regions. The analysis of survey results together with the analysis of secondary data on the important characteristics of these two regions provided the basis for comparison of subjective perception of SMEs; economic and social benefits in these two different regions. According to our findings the role of SMEs in rural areas in the Czech Republic is determined by the creation of competitive environment, the deepening of ties between apprentices and practice, the use of local resources, the increase in rural area attractiveness, the financial benefits for municipalities, the creation of vacancies, the sustaining of positive relationships within the local community and the development of infrastructure.

This theoretical essay sought to debate the importance of the teacher's cultural repertoire in classroom performance, regardless of the segment in which he/she works. In order to exemplify the importance of this repertoire, the objective was to analyze the productions of two great renowned artists: the poet João Cabral de Melo Neto and the painter Joan Miró, discussing the artistic dialogue between them. Apparently, this research for teachers of Kindergarten and Elementary Education I hardly sees the itinerary to be followed for teacher training since, from the early grades, the child has contact with different artistic productions. Therefore, the teacher's gaze must be focused on a more complex and deeper knowledge of these analyses. The research includes that this itinerary is what offers relevant discoveries that will nourish the teaching repertoire, enabling the creation of situations that lead the child to knowledge of the world and an openness to the sensitive.
