The level of technical and tactical decision-making in a tennis game has a very important impact on the outcome of the game. How to discover the characteristics and rules of the game from a large amount of technical and tactical data, how to overcome the shortcomings of traditional statistical methods, and how to provide a scientific basis for correct decision-making are a top priority. Based on 5G and association analysis data mining theory, we established a data mining model for tennis technical offensive tactics and association rules and conducted specific case studies. It can calculate the maximization and distribution rate of certain technologies, also distinguish between the athlete’s gain and loss rate and the spatial position on the track, and use artificial statistical methods to cause errors and subjective participation. This solution provides objective and scientific decision support for this problem and is used in the decision-making of the landing point in tennis match technology and tactics. Experimental simulation shows that the data mining technology analysis system used for regional tennis matches is more concise, efficient, and accurate than traditional movie analysis methods.

Programming terminal high-low collaborative intercepting strategy scientifically and constructing assistant decision-making model with self-determination and intellectualization is onekey problem to enhance operational efficiency. Assistant decision-making model has been constructed after analysis on collaborative intercepting principle; then Improved Clonal Selection Algorithm Optimizing Neural Network (ICLONALG-NN) is designed to solve the terminal anti-missile collaborative intercepting assistant decision-making model through introducing crossover operator to increase population diversity, introducing modified combination operator to make use of the information before crossover and mutation, introducing population update operator into traditional CLONALG to optimize Neural Network parameters. Experimental simulation confirms the superiority and practicability of the assistant decision-making model solved by ICLONALG-NN.

An experimental simulation is described as a method for measuring and training decision-making by groups under complex conditions and intergroup competition. The method employs a simulation-game including selection of goals, relevance of strategy, risk-taking, consistency, competition, and other potential components. Similarities to a previously described simulation as well as the additional dimensions of the adapted simulation-game are discussed.

Multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) is an important part of modern decision-making science. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) is a popular model to deal with the issue of MADM for its flexible and effective advantages. However, The traditional Fuzzy AHP with some limitations does not consider the preference (attitude) of decision makers (DMs). In addition, some ideas of combining Ordered Weighted Average (OWA) and Fuzzy AHP don’t investigated the MADM well. Some programs are only applicable to a few examples, and more general cases do not result in effective decision making. Considering these shortcomings, an OWA-Fuzzy AHP decision model using OWA weights and Fuzzy AHP is proposed in this paper. Our contribution is that the proposed method can handle situations where the degree of fuzzy synthesis is not intersected. Moreover, the loss of information can be reduced in the process of applying the proposed method, so that the decision result is more reasonable than the previous methods. Several examples and comparative experimental simulation are given to illustrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed model.
