Family laws are an essence in  settling on and resolving all issues in any country and in this regard tangling disputes between spouses and issues of divorce and Khula are brought forth the courts so that these matters and issues can be resolve and sort out neutrally and fairly. The  court procedure has grave importance  for the finest  resolution of such sort of  issues and cases. Sometime, the matters and cases , which are brought forth the courts , turn into the worst situation and become more complicated than before due to an inadequate and  derisory procedure, Thus, judicial procedure related to the Divorce and Khula is  an immense perceptive and a sensitive matter. Moreover, the  amendments to the Muslim Family Laws of 2001 in actual  were aimed at dealing familial cases and matters promptly, resolve  all those familial cases which women have to confront, as well as to ensure the  protection of  their rights.  Under the sub- Section 4 of section 10 of the family court Act, October,  2005,  the people have been facilitated  by reducing to bare bones the procedure of  Divorce and Khula. According to the legal connoisseurs , the divorce rate has increased after these facilitating amendments and the situation is that the courts are sharing out  the divorce degrees like sweetmeats. While sometime, under such law the grievance of the  oppressed woman  comes forth. In such familial cases,  laws as well as  the procedure of the court proceedings is also a very delicate issue in which the rate of the divorce and Khula can significantly be reduced by doing some effective  changes and reforms. However, in this research paper , the analyses of the court procedure , regarding the issues of divorce and khula would be presented on.

This research article focuses on the theme of violence and its representation by the characters of the novel “This Savage Song” by Victoria Schwab. How violence is transmitted through genes to next generations and to what extent socio- psycho factors are involved in it, has also been discussed. Similarly, in what manner violent events and deeds by the parents affect the psychology of children and how it inculcates aggressive behaviour in their minds has been studied. What role is played by the parents in grooming the personality of children and ultimately their decisions to choose the right or wrong way has been argued. In the light of the theory of Judith Harris, this research paper highlights all the phenomena involved: How the social hierarchy controls the behaviour. In addition, the aggressive approach of the people in their lives has been analyzed in the light of the study of second theorist Thomas W Blume. As the novel is a unique representation of supernatural characters, the monsters, which are the products of some cruel deeds, this research paper brings out different dimensions of human sufferings with respect to these supernatural beings. Moreover, the researcher also discusses that, in what manner the curse of violence creates an inevitable vicious cycle of cruel monsters that makes the life of the characters turbulent and miserable.

Our world has numerous cultures. It represents the nation’s way of life and the values they have. It is the typical of every nation to try its best to protect its culture and colure other nations in its own culture. Due to such intentions there is always a war between these nations to ruin the culture of another and to make its culture prominent everywhere, however the world doesn’t allow another culture to enter in, by force. It needs that the ruler culture must have high values to admit others to follow it. If we have an analytical study of various cultures, we can find that there were many cultures that tried to dominate the entire world but due to many faults in them, they were not accepted by human being. It was only Islamic culture that was accepted whole heartedly by all. Because it was the first culture that brought prosperity to the people. It gave them recognition and strengthened them. The following research paper consists of introduction of Culture, its history, after that I have focused on Islamic Culture, its prominent features and its impact and blessing on humanity.

Actually, basic needs postulates securing of the elementary conditions of existence to every human being. Despite of the practical and theoretical importance of the subject the greatest irony is non- availability of any universal preliminary definition of the concept of basic needs. Moreover, this becomes the reason for unpredictability of various political programmes aiming at providing basic needs to the people. The shift is necessary for development of this or any other conception. No labour reforms could be made in history till labours were treated as objects. Its only after they were started being treating as subjects, labour unions were allowed to represent themselves in strategy formulations that labour reforms could become a reality. One way of putting powers to work is to use them to ground (at least some) modal truths. One might hold that truths of possibility are true because of the powers of objects. For instance, that it is possible that one more person be in this room is true because of the ambulatory powers of the people in the adjoining rooms. That it is possible that Slow Steve run a fifteen-minute mile is true because of the locomotive powers that Steve has (perhaps along with other powers, such as his respiratory powers). Call the family of stronger or weaker views which hold that possibility claims are true because of powers the ‘Powers Accounts of Possibility,’ or ‘Powers Accounts’ for short. Call a proponent of a Powers Account a ‘Powers Accountant.’ In this paper I present nine objections to Powers Accounts of Possibility and show how a Powers Accountant can respond to them. I begin by providing an exceedingly strong Powers Account and offering three objections to it. The objections will prove useful for forming a more moderate Powers Account. I then subject the more moderate Powers Account to six further objections. In the end, I vindicate a Powers Account of Possibility against all nine objections.
