As the increasing population is much concerned about beauty, so several cosmetic products are also increasing in the market. Switrais not only a pathological but also a very serious sociological problem. It can be compared with vitiligo in contemporary science having a prevalence of 0.25% in India. In Ayurveda, it is explained along with kustha roga1, but it is not explained under Mahakustha & kshudrakustha. In a conventional system of medicine, there is no perfect aetiology and treatment for vitiligo. But in Ayurveda, many lines of treatment are explained like shodhana & shamanaas. As it may be autoimmune & heredity also takes a long time to treat, so the patient needs more patience for treatment. After 10 months of treatment with proper follow up this case shows up to 90% cure of switra through Ayurveda that too only with Shamana Aushadha. This article on suicide prevention and prevention is a case study involving relatives of people who died by suicide. This study aimed to evaluate suicide prevention and prevention strategies. A qualitative approach combined with an interview content analysis applied to 2 people (+18 years old) was used. The interviews were conducted at the participants' homes after being contacted and a free and informed consent form was presented. The results of this research lead us to conclude that after the death of a relative by suicide there are many marks between indignations, couplings, anguish and suffering for the disappearance of the loved one. We also realized that, due to lack of financial conditions, the problems related to grief are managed among family members through a circle of conversations and self-help, which can lead survivors to experience experiences of pain and grief for a long time. To this end, it is suggested to promote psychological care services for bereaved relatives to prevent cases of complicated grief and contagious suicide. To this end, health centers must create cooperation links with legal entities tracking cases of death by suicide for proper follow-up.

Nasa Pratinaha is one among the 31 Nasa Roga in which nasal obstruction is the main symptom. It is a commonly encountered disease in clinical practice. This disease occurs due to aggravation of Udan Vata, enveloped with Kapha, thereby causing obstruction in nose. In contemporary science this disease can be co-related with many disorders like turbinate hypertrophy, deviated nasal septum, nasal polyp, tumours, allergic rhinitis and others; among which deviated nasal septum is a common cause. Deviated Nasal Septum can be treated with surgical and medical methods. The medical and surgical managements have their own limitations, merits, and demerits like synechiae formation, rhinitis sicca, severe bleeding, septal perforation, septal heamatoma, septal abscess etc. In Ayurvedic classics the treatment for Nasa Pratinaha is Snehapana, Nasya, Dhoompana etc. The best prescribed in Nasya Pratinaha for Nasya is Bala Taila, the same oil is also recommended for Nasa Pichu. Thus, this study was carried out with the objective of to evaluate the effectiveness of Bala Taila Nasya and Nasa Pichu in the management of Deviated Nasal Septum Nasal Septum. A case report of 43-year-old female who presented with complaints of frequent nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, discomfort in nose, and headache; was diagnosed with Deviated Nasal Septum. The patient was treated with Bala Taila nasya and Nasa Pichu with the same oil. Hence Bala Taila administered as Nasya and Nasa Pichu was significant in controlling the symptoms of Nasa Pratinaha (Deviated Nasal septum) without recurrence in the follow up period.

This case report describes the positive outcome of a therapeutic intervention that integrated an intensive, residential component with follow-up telepractice for a 21 year old male who stutters. This therapy utilized an eclectic approach to intensive therapy in conjunction with a 12-month follow-up via video telepractice. The results indicated that the client benefited from the program as demonstrated by a reduction in percent stuttered syllables, a reduction in stuttering severity, and a change in attitudes and feelings related to stuttering and speaking.

Paranasal mucoceles are a type of cysts that evolve slowly and are asymptomatic; this poses a difficulty in diagnosing the patient because the symptoms can go unnoticed. The mucocele evolves unpredictably. On the one hand, it can become infected turning into pyoceles and on the other hand, it can invade important regions such as the orbital, cranial or genian regions, creating facial asymmetry. This is a retrospective case study of 37 patients diagnosed with sinus mucoceles, followed up by clinical examination and paraclinical tests such as CT and MRI scans. The biochemical components of the liquid from within the mucocele were analyzed and the following criteria were recorded: NaCl-, Cl-, Na+ and cholesterine as well as cellular components such as mastocytes, macrophages, hematocytes and leucocytes. In all cases, the treatment option was surgery with favorable post-operative and follow-up evaluation. The mucoceles that appeared post-operatively (maxillary and ethmoid sinuses) evolved more rapidly than the mucoceles that were induced byan external injury. Longer follow-up of operated patients permitted a more timely diagnosis of recurrences.
