The internet is taking component in a developing feature in every non-public and professional activity. The real-time, delay sensitive and mission-essential purposes, community availability requirement is beforehand for internet carrier providers (ICPs). The loop-loose criterion (LLC) approach has been extensively deployed through numerous ICPs for handling the best network component failure state of affairs in fantastic internet through. The achievement of LLC lies in its inherent simplicity; however, this comes at the rate of letting certain failure. To reap complete failure safety with LLC without incurring significant extra, a singular link protection scheme, hybrid hyperlink protocol (HLP), to reap failure routing. In contrast with in advance schemes, HLP guarantees tall network in a greater surroundings pleasant way. HLP is carried out in stages. Initial level substances a surroundings pleasant LLC primarily based totally on (MNP-e). The complexity of the set of rules is decrease than that of Dijkstra’s set of rules and might gift similar to network availability with LCC (Loop-loose criterion). Moment level substances backup direction safety based on MNP-e, the area totally a minimum type of need to be protected, to fulfill the network requirement. We don't forget those algorithms in a massive spread of associated, real and actual, and the effects display that HLP can achieve lofty network without introducing apparent.

The article presents the research on personal qualities and characteristics of rescuers manifesting signs of professional estrangement. In extreme and extraordinary conditions, in particular, during fires and natural disasters, the requirements for certain personal characteristics of rescuers are significantly increased. That is, professional activity in special conditions significantly affects such professionals: on the one hand, personal development is promoted, and on the other hand, personal qualities can be deformed, therefore, it is necessary to determine specialists whose psychological characteristics do not corresponds the requirements of their work, or to re-allocate them for workplaces with taking into account their individual psychological peculiarities. The obtained results suggest that personal qualities of rescuers identifying themselves with their profession and rescuers with signs of professional estrangement are significantly different. Professionals with a high level of professional identification are characterized as decent and courteous in relations at work and out-of-work. They usually respond adequately to criticism or remarks, and behave on the base of their own emotions and ambitions at conflict situations. Specialists manifesting professional estrangement are often characterized as depressed individuals, dissatisfied with their position or the state of affairs at their work; so they often show ineffectiveness, indecision, and inconsistency in their actions during assignment implementations. Such specialists are characterized by their colleagues as conflict, irresponsible, stubborn and undisciplined people. They can respond inadequately on criticisms or comments. In general, the professional work for them is too difficult and leads to excessive mental stress, rapid fatigue, a feeling of impotence and exhaustion.

Maritime transportation has a pivotal role in the foreign trade and hence, the world’s economic growth. It augments the realization of “Maritime Silk Road” strategy. However, the catastrophic nature of the maritime accidents has posed a serious threat to life, property, and environment. Maritime transportation safety is a complex system and is prone to human, equipment, and environment-based risks. In the existing literature, the risk assessment studies aimed at the analysis of maritime traffic safety usually consider the state of system as two ultimate states—one is the normal state and the other is the complete failure state. In contrast to the conventional approaches, this study incorporates a multistate criterion for system state giving consideration to the near or partial failures also. A Markov Chain-based methodology was adopted to determine the variations in state system and define the instant at which a low probability incident transforms into a high-risk intolerable event. The analysis imparts critical time nodes that could be utilized to reduce the risk and evade accidents. This study holds practical vitality for the concerned departments to circumvent the potential dangers and devise systematic preemptive procedures before the accident takes place. The results of this study could be employed to augment safety and sustainability of maritime traffic and decrease the associated pollution.

The article proves that knowledge of psychological and pedagogical bases of a professional career phenomenon allows to take into account the ascending and descending phases of development, critical periods of life, as well as to predict the influence of socio-economic and personal factors on the teacher's personality development. The purpose of the article is to conduct a psychological and pedagogical analysis of the phenomenon of a professional teacher's career in Ukraine. Consequently the study theoretically grounds the necessity to take into account the modern teacher work peculiarities, due to the specificity of the environment, the presence of constant contacts with people with different temperaments, the need to withstand emotional stability. Moreover the article also confirms that there are a number of issues regarding both the professional development of the teacher's personality and his / her career management. The author of the article notes that this state of affairs is caused by the lack of purposeful influence on the process of the teachers' professional career formation and development, which in turn leads to a decrease in the efficiency of using the educational institution resources. It is important to take into account the main tasks that a teacher performs within the educational process, namely to provide a clear structure of the educational process; to teach students with enthusiasm and passion; to have a positive mood; to use humour during the classes; to increase the interest of students in the lessons; interest in the life of students outside the educational establishment; treat students with respect. As a result the research proves the necessity to take into account psychological and pedagogical components while building a teacher's professional career, they are the level of motivation of professional activity; the ability to empathize; the level of aggression; the level of neuro-psychic stability; the level of emotional burnout; a professional and general erudition; a culture of behaviour; a range of interests; a style of communication; an observance of rights and responsibilities, etc.

My response to Fey’s article (1985; reprinted 1992, this issue) focuses on the confusion caused by the application of simplistic phonological definitions and models to the assessment and treatment of children with speech delays. In addition to having no explanatory adequacy, such definitions/models lead either to assessment and treatment procedures that are similarly focused or to procedures that have no clear logical ties to the models with which they supposedly are linked. Narrowly focused models and definitions also usually include no mention of speech production processes. Bemoaning this state of affairs, I attempt to show why it is important for clinicians to embrace broad-based models of phonological disorders that have some explanatory value. Such models are consistent with assessment procedures that are comprehensive in nature and treatment procedures that focus on linguistic, as well as motoric, aspects of speech.

Background: The aim of this study is to report our results in main stem vein closure using the bipolar radiofrequency induced thermotherapy (RFITT) system and the 1064nm Nd:Yag laser. Patients and methods: 44 incompetent main stem veins (37 great saphenous veins, one lesser saphenous vein, and 6 anterior accessory saphenous veins) in 29 patients were treated using RFITT. 53 incompetent main stem veins (45 great saphenous veins, 4 lesser saphenous veins, and 4 anterior accessory saphenous veins) in 43 patients were treated endovenously with 1064 nm Nd:Yag laser. All patients underwent postoperative duplex scanning within a month after procedure, as well as a short interview regarding postoperative discomfort. Results: In main stem veins treated with RFITT, the success rate within the first month was 86,4 % (38 out of 44 veins). Complete failure rate was 13,6 % (6 out of 44 veins). In 53 main stem veins treated by 1064 nm Nd:Yag laser, the success rate was 100 %, consisting of 98,1 % complete success (52/53 veins), and 1,9 % partial success (1/53 veins). None of the patients treated with RFITT experienced postoperative adverse effects, whereas 13/43 (30,2 %) patients treated with laser had to use oral analgesics after the treatment, and 21/43 (48,8 %) patients reported transient skin changes, such as bruising or skin redness. Conclusions: RFITT system was fairly efficient in the short term for closure of main trunk veins, whereas longer term results are still scarce. Postoperative side effects of RFITT were minimal. 1064nm Nd:Yag laser, according to short term results, proved to be very effective for main stem vein closure. Postoperative side effects related to 1064 nm Nd:Yag endovenous laser treatment proved to be minor, transient, and acceptable.
