On 11 March, the WHO confirmed coronavirus disease 2019 as a pandemic. The Director-General of the WHO called on governments to change its course by taking "urgent and aggressive action" (1). In terms of the number of deaths COVID-19 has caused 1.919.126 deaths, reported to WHO as of January 10, 2021.  (https://covid19.who.int). The COVID-19 pandemic has posed unprecedent challenges to healthcare worldwide, including neurosurgical units. Medical workers, pediatric neurosurgeons included, should be aware of safety measures and follow the recommendations of local healthcare organizations to prevent and control the disease (2). During the year 2020 the scientific community worked tirelessly in search of a solution to stop the COVID-19. Several scientific studies have been published analyzing the effects of different drugs on the stages of COVID-19. However, in an unprecedented way in history independent groups have produced different options for vaccines against coronavirus (3). The vaccination rollout comes with a mixed bag of emotions and hope. We cannot celebrate yet, but it is certainly a relief to start the year 2021 with the hope of COVID-19 control. A terrible disease that has been producing lethal effects and sequelae in different peoples around the world. COVID-19 has exposed vulnerabilities, magnified weaknesses, and exacerbated long-festering issues. We will continue to believe in science and overcome this terrible obstacle in our lives. It’s the light at the end of the tunnel. We’re not there yet, but it’s a big relief to know there can be an end to this pandemic.

The World Scientific Community has carried out several studies on the novel coronavirus, responsible for the current COVID-19 pandemic. This study aimed to verify the development level and research evolution on COVID-19, summarizing experts' main trends in the first half of 2020. The most cited articles focused on understanding the disease, addressing aspects of its transmission, viral activity period, symptoms, health complications, risk factors, and the estimate of new cases. These papers also focused on the treatment/prevention and management of COVID-19. Several drugs and alternative treatments have been investigated, such as the convalescent plasma transfusion and stem cell transplantation, while an efficient vaccine is developed. Prevention and control measures, such as social isolation and immediate case identification, were also investigated. Therefore, the main COVID-19 trends were identified and classified in disease, treatment/prevention, and pandemic management, contributing to scientific understanding and future studies.

The article explores an approach to ensuring widespread and constant web access for society, state, and the world scientific community to relevant, complete, reliable, and historical data on all the results of fulfilling its statutory tasks both for the NAS of Ukraine as a whole entity and for each of its subjects separately. The same data is proposed to be used to significantly improve the internal production activities of the Academy: automation of monitoring and control of performance indicators of each subject of the Academy, automation of the assessment and certification processes of their activities, automated generation, and analysis of any reporting data on this activity. The purpose of the article is to disseminate in the scientific society of Ukraine the original concept of the systemic digital transformation of the NAS of Ukraine, which, according to the authors, presupposes, first of all, the current registration of the official results of scientific, scientific and technical, scientific and organizational, coordination, innovative, scientific and pedagogical and other activities of the Academy as a whole and each of its subjects by all scientific and leading personnel of the Academy with the corresponding automatic publication of this data about results on the public portal www.nas.gov.ua and corporate Intranet portals with authorized access for internal production use. The means of results registration are based on corporate cloud services, access to which is carried out under the digitized current job statuses of an employee in the NAS of Ukraine, membership in collegial bodies, and statuses of work orders. The first stages in the practical implementation of the concept confirmed the effectiveness of the developed approach.

This article focuses on naturalism. It makes one terminological distinction: between methodological naturalism and ontological naturalism. The methodological naturalist assumes there is a fairly definite set of rules, maxims, or prescriptions at work in the “natural” sciences, such as physics, chemistry, and molecular biology, this constituting “scientific method.” There is no algorithm which tells one in all cases how to apply this method; nonetheless, there is a body of workers—the scientific community—who generally agree on whether the method is applied correctly or not. Whatever the method is, exactly—such virtues as simplicity, elegance, familiarity, scope, and fecundity appear in many accounts—it centrally involves an appeal to observation and experiment. Correct applications of the method have enormously increased our knowledge, understanding, and control of the world around us to an extent which would scarcely be imaginable to generations living prior to the age of modern science.

There is no particular medicine or vaccine to treat person suffering from dengue fever. Dengue viruses are transmitted by the bite of female Aedes (Ae) mosquitoes. Dengue fever viruses are mainly transmitted by Aedes which can be active in tropical or subtropical climates. Aedes Aegypti is the key step to avoid infection transmission to save millions of people in all over the world. A novel spillover coronavirus (nCoV), with its epicenter in Wuhan, China's People's Republic, has emerged as an international public health emergency. This began as an outbreak in December 2019, and till November eighth, 2020, there have been 8.5 million affirmed instances of novel Covid disease2019 (COVID-19) in India, with 1,26,611 deaths, resulting in an overall case fatality rate of 1.48 percent. Coronavirus clinical signs are fundamentally the same as those of other respiratory infections. In different parts of the world, the quantity of research center affirmed cases and related passings are rising consistently. The COVID- 19 is an arising pandemic-responsible viral infection. Coronavirus has influenced huge parts of the total populace, which has prompted a global general wellbeing crisis, setting all health associations on high attentive. This review sums up the overall landmass, virology, pathogenesis, the study of disease transmission, clinical introduction, determination, treatment, and control of COVID-19 with the reference to India.

The formation of external policy of any country aims at serving the state’s interests. For this matter, many countries seek their way through this by taking into account the potential prospects available to them. The fundamental subtleties and factors that influence a state’s choices of external policy include geographical location, history, security, culture, trade, political ideology, military might, et cetera. Countries often make external contacts based on some regulations and response to unfolding events. Thus, external policy to an extent pertains to the guiding principles outlined to be pursued through state values, decisions and actions taken by the states themselves and their attempt to develop, manage and control the external relations of national societies. In this regard, the Caucasian region has been an important factor in Turkey’s foreign policy. In vision of searching for the right Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) for a specific mission, there are multiple factors to be considered by the operator such as mission, endurance, type of payload and range of the telemetry and control. This research is focusing on extending control range of the UAS by using 4G-LTE network to enable beyond-line-of-sight flying for the commercial UAS. Major UAS such Global Hawk, Predator MQ-1 are able to fly thousands of kilometers by the use of satellite communication. However, the satellite communication annual license subscription can be very expensive. With this situation in mind, a new type of flight controller with 4G-LTE communication has been developed and tested. Throughout the research, blended-wing-body (BWB) Baseline B2S is used as the platform for technology demonstrator. Result from this analysis has proven that the proposed system is capable to control a UAS from as far as United Kingdom, with a latency less than 881 ms in average. The new added capability can potentially give the commercial UAS community a new horizon to be able to control their UAS from anywhere around the world with the availability of 4G-LTE connection
