In develoving national economy, property sector has an important role. This sector is as strategic as other sectors, such as agriculture, industry, trade, services, and others. Property with a focus in the field of housing and construction is one of the sectors absorbing large amounts of labor and the multiplier effect is quite long. Therefore, this sector has big effect to support the development of economy sectors. This research aims at testing and analyzing the effect of Fixed Assets Turnover, Quick Ratio, and Times Interest Earned on Return On Asset on sub-sector company of property and real estate registered on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 period. Data analyzing was done by Software SPSS 22. Method of data analysis used is descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination). The results of the study prove that each (partial) shows that Fixed Assets Turnover has no significant effect. Quick Ratio has no significant effect. Times Interest Earned has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, the variables Fixed Assets Turnover, Quick Ratio, and Times Interest Earned have a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets, with a coefficient of determination of 59.2%. The remaining 40.8% is the influence of the variables described outside in this study.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Current Ratio (CR), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) on Profitability with the Return On Assets (ROA) proxy on cigarette sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) quarterly in 2014-2019, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive verification with quantitative approaches. The sample in this study used purposive sampling. The statistical method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Current Ratio (CR), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) simultaneously had a significant effect on the Return on Assets (ROA) profitability. Partially Working Capital Turnover (WCT) has a significant negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA) profitability, Current Ratio (CR) has no effect on Return on Assets (ROA) Profitability, and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) has a significant positive effect on Return on Profitability Assets (ROA). The coefficient of determination obtained by 0.429 means that only 42.9% Profitability Return on Assets (ROA) is influenced by Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Current Ratio (CR), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) and the rest 57.1 % is influenced by other variables.

This research was conducted on Consumer Goods companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) for the period 2011 - 2017, aiming to examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Non debt tax shield (NDTS), Asset Growth (GROWTH) Company Size (Size) , and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously or partially to Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample used in this study amounted to 26 companies, a total of 182 data. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The software used for data processing is SPSS 22.0. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show the equation Ln_DAR = 2.119 - 0.041Ln_ROA + 0.091 Ln_NDTS + 0.0003 Ln_GROWTH - 0.030 Ln_SIZE - 0.565 Ln_CR + e with an F test of 103.468. The t-test value for the Return on Assets (ROA) variable is -2.529; the t-test value for the Non debt tax shield (NDTS) variable was 2,629; t test value for asset growth variable (GROWTH) is -0.014. t test value for variable firm size (Size) is -0.172; Current Ratio (CR) variable t test value of -21,437. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.739 or 73.9%, while the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other factors outside of this research model.

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing how the influence of times interest earned ratio, total asset turnover and working capital turnover on profitability both simultaneously and partially in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research approach, the type of research is associative or relationship and the nature of research is a causal relationship. The population in this study were all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Withdrawal of the study sample using purposive sampling technique, so that the research sample obtained as many as 90 observation observations. Data analysis method used in this study is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously times interest earned ratio, total asset turnover and working capital turnover have a significant effect on profitability. Partially, times interest earned ratio and total asset turnover have a significant effect on profitability while time working capital turnover has no effect on profitability. The test results of the coefficient of determination obtained by the value of R Square of 0.502, which means that the influence of times interest erned ratio, total asset turnover and working capital turnover on profitability in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 is 50.2%, while the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other factors.

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine whether or not the effect of operating expense and revenue financial performance on construction services companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2017. In this study, there are three variables, they are operational (X1), the revenues (X2), and ROA (Y). The research method that used is quantitative method. The samples used by researchers is the Return on Assets (ROA) of the construction services company's operating and revenue in the period 2015-2017. This study uses annual financial statements on construction services companies in the period 2015-2017. Kind of data are secondary, The data collection techniques by means of documentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS version 16.0. Hypothesis test is done by using F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. While classical assumption test used this research is normality test, auto correlation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The conclusion of this research is that the coefficient of determination operational and revenue affect Return on Assets (ROA) can be saw by R for 26 % and hile the the remaining 94% is influenced by other factors that not examined in this study. So simultaneous operational and revenue has no effect on ROA. Keywords : : operating expense, revenue , ROA (Return On Asset).

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio and Working Capital Turnoveron Return On Assets in plastic and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is all plastic and packaging company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange while the sample that meets the criteria for sampling observations carried out for seven years and as many as six yearsplastic and packaging company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research approach uses associative research.Data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. cand the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the independent variables in this study had a simultaneous effect on Return On Assets. While the partial test proves the Cuirrent Ratio variable has a significant effect on Return On Assets, while partially proves the Debt to Assets Ratio variable andWorking Capital Turnover does not have a positive effect on Return On Assets in plastic and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This study aims to determine whether the ongoing global pandemic affects the company's financial performance. This is evidenced by testing the effect of Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio on stock returns of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020. This study uses a quantitative approach method with multiple linear regression analysis method in partial (Test t) and in simultaneous (Test F) research variables. The sample is taken using a purposive sampling method, so that 35 data are obtained in the form of company financial report which is acquired from the official website www.idx.co.id. The secondary data analysis process in this study is assisted by using the STATA MP14 assistance program. The result shows that all the independent variables used, including the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets have an effect on the dependent variable, that is stock returns.  By the presence of this result on the study, it is hoped that the company's management can pay attention to various factors that can attract investors to invest in the company, so it will be able to provide optimal returns for investors and for investors will be able to choose and identify a company by analyzing its financial reports that have been published and also by analyzing external factors that can affect the company's performance before investing, in order to get optimal returns in the future

This study aims to determine the effect of interest rates, bond rate, and the maturity time of bond yields on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018. This type of research is in the form of associative and using a quantitative approach. The research population is property and real estate companies and sampling technique using purposive sampling. Based on the current criteria obtained, 13 companies and 38 bonds that became the research sample. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The partial test result shows that the variable interest rate and maturity time is positive and significant, while the variable rating bond is negative and significant. The simultaneous test result indicates that the variable of interest rate, bond rating, and maturity time influence simultaneously to the bond yield.

This research was conducted at companies engaged in the property, real estate & building construction sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.In this study using purposive sample method as a sampling method. The number of samples used was 6 companies with research data conducted from 2014 to 2018 so that 30 observational data were obtained. In testing the hypothesis in this study carried out in six ways, namely the regression model test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and test the coefficient of determination.From the results of this study it can be concluded that simultaneously all variables have a significant effect on firm value. The results of the regression analysis show an adjusted value of 0.486599, which means that the variation of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margi, Return on Equity and Earning per Share can explain 48.66% of the variation in firm value. While the remaining 51.34% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

In investing capital an investor needs a company's financial statements that will help in making investment decisions. This study aims to analyze and test the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets on dividend payout ratios in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach. There were 46 companies that were used as populations in this study and by using a purposive sampling technique 13 samples were also obtained. The data analysis testing method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the classic assumption test. The results of this study show that the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets have a simultaneous effect on dividend policy on property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2017 period with a Fcount value of 4.309> Ftable of 2, 87. Partially the debt to equity ratio, return on assets has no effect on dividend policy while the current ratio partially has a positive effect on dividend policy. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination show the Adjusted R2 value of 0.207, meaning that the variation in the variable dividend payout ratio can be explained by variations in the current ratio variable, debt to equity ratio and return on assets by 20.7% while the remaining 70.3%, is described by other variables outside research. This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.
