The purpose of this research is to verify the impact of corporate social responsibility and managerial ownership towards the firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. The independent variables used are corporate social responsibility and managerial ownership. The dependent variable used is firm value. The intervening variable used is profitability. The population in the research is mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method with a sample of 22 companies for 3 years so that the total sample is 66. This research analysis method using descriptive statistics, classic assumption test which includes normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and multicollinearity test. Multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing which includes the coefficient determination test, F statistical test, t statistical test, and path analysis. The result of this research indicates that corporate social responsibility does not affect firm value. Managerial ownership and profitability have a significant positive effect on firm value. Corporate social responsibility and managerial ownership do not affect profitability. Then corporate social responsibility with profitability as intervening variable significant negative effect on firm value. Managerial ownership with profitability as an intervening variable does not affect firm value.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility and financial performance on firm value with managerial ownership as an intermediary variable. Corporate social responsibility and financial performance are used as independent variables. Meanwhile, firm value is used as the dependent variable. Managerial ownership is used as a moderating variable in this study. Manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2018 period are the population in this study. Purposive sampling method is a sampling method used in this study by producing 27 companies with 2 observations to produce a sample of 54. Multiple linear regression and moderation regression analysis are the analytical methods used in this study. This research shows that corporate social responsibility and financial performance have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Managerial ownership has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Then corporate social responsibility and financial performance with managerial ownership as the moderating variable have a positive and significant effect on firm value.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan pada nilai perusahaan dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel perantara. Corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan digunakan sebagai variable Independen. Sedangkan nilai perusahaan digunakan sebagai variable dependen. Kepemilikan manajerial yang digunakan sebagai variabel moderating dalam penelitian ini. Perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2017-2018 merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode purposive sampling merupakan metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menghasilkan sebanyak 27 perusahaan dengan pengamatan selama 2 sehingga menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 54. Regresi linier berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemudian corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel moderating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze and test the effect of profitability, leverage, and managerial ownership on firm value with the moderating variable, namely Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The population used in this study is all manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the last three years, namely 2017-2019. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The results of this study explain that profitability and leverage do not have an effect on firm value, while managerial ownership has a negative effect on firm value. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is able to moderate the effect of profitability and managerial ownership on firm value, while Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is unable to moderate the effect of leverage on firm value.

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure and good corporate governance mechanisms on firm value. Elements of the good corporate governance mechanism are proxied into audit committees, independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership. The tests were carried out on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the more companies increase the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, the impact on increasing the value of the company. Maximizing the function of the audit committee, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership can increase firm value. However, maximizing the function of independent commissioners has no effect on increasing firm value. Keywords : Corporate social responsibility; Good corporate governance; Firm Value.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of leverage and managerial ownership on firm value by disclosing corporate social responsibility as a moderating factor. This research was conducted on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The research sample was selected using the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique and obtained 13 mining companies, so the number of observations in the study was 65 observations over 5 years. Data analysis techniques used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the study, it shows that disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable weakens the influence of leverage on firm value, disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable that strengthens the effect of managerial ownership on firm value. <p><em>This study aims to measure and analyze corporate social responsibility and profitability of the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples which are companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 55 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method through www.idx.com. Testing is done using multiple regression analysis. The analytical tool used to measure hypotheses is SPSS 24. The results of this study are (1) CSR that is positive for the value of the company. (2) Positive profitability towards the value of the company. (3) Profitability moderates the positive influence of CSR on firm value.</em></p>

The company's goal is to implement CSR to have a positive impact on the environment and society as a sense of social responsibility to the environment around the company. Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will also increase the value of the company. The value of a company will increase if the company pays attention to the economic, social and environmental or environmental dimensions that exist around the company. This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure on company value in consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study were consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018 totaling 53 companies. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method with a sample of 15 companies. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a coefficient of 2169,806 and a significance of 0,000

This study aims to prove the influence of corporate social responsibility, investment decisions and managerial ownership on value of the company. Theories used in this research are agency theory and signal theory. This research was done on all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that corporate social responsibility and managerial ownership have no influence on value of the company, while investment decisions have a positive influence on value of the company. Few suggestions for the further research are adjust research periods, use other criteria of sample, use other indicators such as funding decisions, company size, other corporate governance indicators, or use other methods to measure value of the company.

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, profitability and leverage on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2020. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study amounted to 181 companies and after going through the purposive sampling method, the number of samples used in this study became 30 companies for 4 years with a total of 120 samples. The type of data used in this research is quantitative by using online document collection techniques in the form of annual reports that have been officially published by the IDX in 2017-2020. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability, and Leverage had a significant effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study is to prove empirically the effect of disclosure of corporate social responsibility and profitability on the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique to obtain a total sample of 15 companies, so the number of observations with a study period of 3 years was 45 observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. After analyzing the data, the results obtained from CSR disclosure did not affect the value of the company and found a positive relationship between profitability and firm value. The objective of this research is to determine the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure to firm value with media attention as mediating variable. In this research media attention is proxied with a website, while firm value is measured using the Tobin’s q ratio. The population in this research are manufacturing companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. This research refers to Li et al. (2016) & Putra et al. (2017) research  which shows that the performance of Corporate Social Responsibility is positively related to firm value. The difference between this research and previous research is the use of 144 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016 as a research sample. Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure measured using performance indicators from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 4.1.Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method with criteria the companies that publish information related to Corporate Social Responsibility in the year of 2016 at annual report and at the company's official website. The sample of research that meets the criteria are 87 samples. Type of data used in this research is secondary data that obtained through official www.idx.co.ic. The data were analyzed by using path analysis with the SPSS 20 application. The results showed that the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure had an effect on the firm value. Meanwhile, media attention is not able to mediate the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on firm value
