The article is devoted to the socio-psychological support and re-socialization of adolescents who are in conflict with the law. Effective conditions for social and psychological support and re-socialization of adolescents in the situation of the offense, according to the authors, is directly related to the response mechanisms of the state and society on juvenile delinquency. Therefore, this article focuses on the analysis of different ways to respond to juvenile delinquency in the Russian and foreign governmental systems. A separate section is devoted to the practice of restorative justice, which is implemented on the border of the legal, social, educational and psychological areas and is an important component of social and psychological support to the teenager in the situation of the offense and a valuable resource to support system and creating conditions for the re-socialization of juvenile offenders.

The article is devoted to the psychological aspects of holding mass sport events on the modern sport stadiums. On the basis of analyzing of the modern practice of organization and holding European and World football championships the psychological peculiarities of holding mass sport events on the modern mega stadiums are found. The article outlines the results of the empiric research of the psychological peculiarities of a person and the activity of stadium staff. The necessity of the psychological support system for organization and holding mass sport events is proved.

The article is devoted to the topical aspects of socio-psychological, organisational and managerial support of schoolchildren’s psychological well-being. The article presents the results of a study aimed at identifying and describing the forming and developing mechanisms of school organisational culture which provide children’s psychological well-being. The authors identify the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study, describe the mechanisms that can be used to ensure pupils’ psychological well-being. The study was conducted in educational institutions of Yaroslavl region. The experience of interdepartmental interaction to meet educational needs (where emotional and psychological comfort is important characteristic) is demonstrated. The article presents a range of actions aimed at involving parents in non-formal education, which helps to improve the emotional background in the pupils’ families. The revealed mechanisms to form and develop the organisational culture of educational organisations provide schoolchildren’s psychological well-being, as well as contribute to the improvement of psychological support system at school.

Changes in modern preschool education raise the question of the role and place of the teacher-psychologist in the preschool educational organization, of the place and significance of the psychological service as a whole in the system of preschool education. The article provides a brief overview of the historical background of the formation of the psychological education service; its general characteristic is given and the specifics of the psychological service in the preschool educational organization are highlighted. The concept of psychological support in the educational process is disclosed, as well as the currently existing models for organizing the activities of a teacher-psychologist in kindergarten are described. The article also highlights the main problems of the preschool psychological education service and outlines possible solutions.
