 The problem of premature professional burnout among employees, including firefighters is of scientific and practical significance. The article describes the nature and types of professional stress, as well as activities of the Training Center of the Federal Fire Service in Chelyabinsk Region. It aims to identify guidelines in the normative labor functions of rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and firefighters for training programs to prepare fire service employees for stressful activities. To achieve this goal, labor functions of rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and firefighters were analyzed; training programs developed by the Training Center of the Federal Fire Service in Chelyabinsk region were assessed. The methods of comparative analysis and conversation with experts were used to identify pedagogical aspects of labor functions of fire service employees associated with their willingness to work under stress. The article established a relationship between the training programs and the development of readiness to perform labor functions under stress. The condition required for the training program to be efficient was determined. It involves attracting the psychological service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations to hold methodical meetings and seminars. The positive result of this training is an adequate response to stress factors. The research results may be used by teachers of training centers and universities and methodologists.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the activities of social pedagogues in schools. The importance to find new forms of work to improve pedagogical skills, strengthen stress resilience, organize and provide emotional and social support to all participants in the educational process. Under such conditions, the requirements for the quality of advanced training courses for social educators, their scientific basis and practical significance increase. The purpose of the article is to present the curriculum of advanced training courses to overcome the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic in the activities of social educators of educational institutions. This program is based on a study of current psychological and pedagogical problems and inquiries of employees of the psychological service of the education system of Ukraine, for which the following methods were used: review of scientific publications and information sources on the research topic, online survey of employees of the psychological service of the education system of Ukraine. interviews with social educators and practical psychologists of eight regions of Ukraine to identify issues related to the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. The article presents the results of scientific research on the development of the curriculum, which consists of organizational, scientific-theoretical and practical modules. The program is undergoing experimental testing and will be recommended for use in the activities of postgraduate pedagogical education. A necessary precondition for the courses implemetation is not only the provision of students with the Internet and hardware, but also the teacher’s willingness to choose different organizational models and teaching strategies, according to opportunities, needs and challenges (increase or decrease offline or online components, expand independent work of students). Organizational and methodological features of the implementation of the curriculum by distance and mixed format of advanced training courses is the perspective for the further research.

The article is devoted to an empirical study of the socio-psychological aspects of the problem of emotional burnout and psychological stability of employees of penitentiary institutions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The relevance of studying the problem is due to the fact that the requirements for employees of the penal system have increased in connection with the spread of a new coronavirus infection and the workload on staff has increased due to the tightening of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for working conditions. The article reveals the difficulties faced by employees of the penitentiary system in their professional activities in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this empirical study is to establish the current level of emotional burnout and emotional stability of employees of the penitentiary system in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study of the emotional reactions of employees, indicators of anxiety and the level of emotional burnout of the personality are presented. It was found that the higher the status of the position held by the employees of the penitentiary system is, the greater is the significance of the symptoms of emotional burnout. Recommendations are offered for the psychological service and the commanding staff of the penal system in order to increase the indicators of the emotional stability of the penitentiary officers.

Автор рассматривает специфику кураторской деятельности в вузе ФСИН России, анализирует понятие «куратор взвода». В статье раскрываются принципы деятельности куратора, его функции и обязанности. Суть воспитательной работы с курсантами вузов ФСИН России заключается в применении конкретных мер со стороны кураторов взводов, сотрудников психологической службы, а также членов ветеранской организации, направленных на развитие личности курсанта в целях тщательного изучения его личных качеств, способностей, индивидуальных особенностей, интересов и потребностей. Кураторская деятельность является важным элементом педагогического воздействия. При соответствующем планировании и правильной организации взаимодействия кураторов взводов и обучающихся возможно преодолеть многие сложности, связанные с образовательным процессом и прочими проблемами, возникающими при обучении в ведомственном вузе. Кураторская деятельность является важной составляющей в профессиональном становлении обучающихся. Взаимодействие куратора взвода и курсантов наиболее эффективно осуществлять с первого курса. Куратор - это тот человек, который помогает первокурсникам пройти адаптацию к новым условиям, настроиться на эффективное выполнение служебных обязанностей, решить жилищно-бытовые вопросы, создать позитивный настрой в коллективе. Куратор также делится собственным опытом и знаниями, приобщает к традициям вуза, помогает формировать морально-нравственные установки обучающихся и гуманное мировоззрение. The author examines the specifics of curator activities in the departmental higher educational institution of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia as well as analyzes the concept of «platoon curator». The article reveals the principles of the curator's activities, his functions and responsibilities. The essence of educational work with cadets of higher educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia is the application of specific measures by the curators of platoons, employees of the psychological service, as well as members of the veteran organization, aimed at developing the personality of the cadet in order to thoroughly study his personal qualities, abilities, individual characteristics, interests and needs. Curatorial activity is an important element of pedagogical influence. With proper planning and proper organization of the interaction between the curators of platoons and students, it is possible to overcome many difficulties associated with the educational process and other problems that arise during training at a departmental university. Curatorial activity is an important component in the professional development of students. The interaction between the platoon supervisor and the cadets is most effective from the first year. A curator is the person who helps freshmen to adapt to new conditions, tune in to effective performance of official duties, solve housing and everyday issues, and create a positive attitude in the team. The curator also shares his own experience and knowledge, introduces to the traditions of the university, helps to form the moral and ethical attitudes of students and a humane worldview.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, humanity has faced an additional threat, namely the spread of unnecessary, unreliable and harmful information, which is called infodemia. It has become one of the greatest challenges of our time therefore the heads of state, world organizations and owners of social media have stepped up to fight it. In our opinion, pedagogical workers, in particular employees of the psychological service of the education system, should join the educational and preventive work. Every user of social networks becomes a newsmaker with only an account and access to the Internet. And because students are active users of social media, the share of their participation in the dissemination and creation of false information is significant. This publication proposes a system of starting practical psychologists and social educators of educational institutions in the relevant refresher courses, which will allow them to conduct quality practical work with students and their parents. The content of training should take into account the components of the nutrient medium for information viruses, the fight against pandemic fakes, the system of forming sensational news, the features of hate speech, the formation of news literacy and others. It is also necessary to train specialists, and later each student, to recognize false, partially reliable and manipulative information. Since the main spreader of information viruses is humans, training should apply to everyone. Keywords. The article examines the results of the study of the socio-psychological consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, which are felt by participants in the educational process, conducted as part of the research «Overcoming the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in the psychological service of education.» The rating list of social and psychological problems of the participants of the educational process, which are formed by the participants of the online focused interview from Chernivtsi region, is presented. An anonymous online survey of teachers has identified four main features that create a high level of personal anxiety and worsen the state of mental health, and hence the quality of professional teaching: fear of infection; difficulties with the organization of time in terms of distance learning; inability to perform professional tasks in full; emotional exhaustion. The consequences of the pandemic, quarantine, COVID-19 disease on the emotional burnout of teachers are analyzed. The article specifies the tasks of professional activity of specialists of the psychological service of the education system to overcome the consequences of the pandemic. Strategies strategies and means of psychological assistance to pedagogical workers, parents, students are offered for the purpose of prevention of emotional burnout and overcoming of psych emotional exhaustion after illness in the conditions of distance learning: practical-orientation strategy of preservation of mental health, formation of skills of psych hygiene; practical and constructive strategy of achieving emotional balance and mastering new trajectories of emotional response; personality-facilitative as an emotional support of the teacher in the personal-professional transformation to online learning, self-development. The problem of violence against children has always existed and will probably exist. Today, its consequences, such as the death of children from starvation, during bombing and and shooting, murder during domestic quarrel are widespread. There are also forms of violence, such as sale of children, lebworks, economic exploitation, prostitution, neglect of needs and interests etc. Closure of educational institutions, distance learning through COVID-19 has radically changed the form of psychological support for students. Forced isolation has exacerbated the already difficult problem of violence. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the problem of prevention of violence among students during quarantine; to determine the algorithm of work of a practical psychologist on prevention of violence among students during the quarantine period; propose measures to prevent domestic violence. A study was conducted during November 2020 by conducting group focus interviews with teachers of educational institutions on the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim was to determine the impact of the pandemic and quarantine measures on the implementation of the educational process in general and its participants in particular. The poll was anonymous. The Coverage of respondents – 3209 people. The level is all-Ukrainian. The algorithm of actions of pedagogical workers in case of revealing signs or facts that may indicate the commission of violence against a child at work and the algorithm of a practical psychologist for the prevention of violence among students during quarantine are determined. Activities with teachers, students and parents on the prevention of domestic violence are proposed. Introduction. The relevance of the problem is due to the theoretical and practical significance of the study of the specifics of creative thinking in adolescence. Objective. To identify the psychological characteristics of creative thinking in younger and older adolescents. Materials and Methods. Theoretical and empirical methods were used in the research. As a diagnostic tool, a modified version of the Gilford technique and a shortened version of the Torrence creativity test are used. Results. Four levels of creative thinking development were identified and described: average, below average, above average, high. The characteristic feature of the development of creative thinking of older adolescents is the uneven development of its main indicators. When comparing the data obtained in younger and older adolescents, there is some lag in the first indicators such as fluency and flexibility of thinking. Nonverbal creative thinking is better developed in the group of older teenagers due to better detailing of answers and ideas. In General, the indicators of flexibility of thinking are lower than the indicators of fluency in both samples. The study determined the nature of the relationship between creativity and the level of intelligence of the subjects. For this purpose, the coefficient of rank correlation rs Spearman was used. Discussion and Conclusions. Adolescence is a special period in the development of thinking in ontogenesis, since it is in the middle classes that children first begin trading to study systematic courses in a number of disciplines where, unlike primary school, truly scientific concepts are presented. Based on these concepts, students develop ways of their actions to solve the relevant problems. This circumstance radically changes their thinking. The results can be used in the process of organizing the educational process with students in the study of disciplines of the psychological cycle, in the activities of the psychological service of universities, as well as school psychologists.

This article highlights the topic of the motivational sphere of young servicemen. Motivation is a complex psychological phenomenon that provides opportunities for the development of a personality, its training and ensures its mental health. Motivation diagnostics is an important component of psychological service in military organizations. The manifestation of negative motivation can be an important indicator of maladaptation. Diagnostics of motivation among young officers showed that they have higher values of positive motivation compared to civilians. The indicators of male and female officers were compared. The analysis did not identify statistically significant differences between the indicators of male and female officers.
