The problem is in determining the achievement of students by organizing the consultation between teachers. The purpose of this research is to assist the decision-making process of determining the achievement of students with SMART method implementation. The methods of collecting data are interviews, documentation, and observations. The method of system development used is the waterfall method by using the system design tools in the form of DFD and ERD. The software used in the creation of this application is Visual Studio and SQL server express. The results of this study are SMART ranking methods. The decision support process is more objective because it complies with predefined criteria.Decision Support System to Determine the Achievement of Students Using Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART)

The research was conducted at PT. Sinkona Indonesia Lestari is a manufacturing company engaged in the industry that produces quinine salt of quinine and its derivatives. The Company requires cash flow of financial statements information that is fast, precise, accurate and up to date for management decision making. Authors are interested with the title "Accounting Information System Design Method With Decision Support System (DSS”). Design studies using primary data and secondary data, system development methodology using output oriented methodology, process oriented methodology and the data oriented methodology. While the structure of system development used by the authors is Waterfall. Accounting information system design using a context diagram, data flow diagrams, system flowcharts, and Entity Relationship Diagram. With accounting information systems managers can improve the quality of decision making.

Decision support system for selecting color guard with VIKOR and Borda methods. It has been made as a tool to select color guard at the Sei Rampah High School. The criteria used in the decision support system for color guard selection are: height, weight, agility, stamina, and body language. Color guard selection activities are a routine activity every year, so GINADA marching band coach Sei Rampah hereby selects to select permanent members in the marching band. Decision Support System in an organization can be seen as important in supporting the smooth running of activities and achieving an organizational goal. SPK can come in various forms, ranging from simple forms of data processing to complex application forms, and can also be used to accelerate and improve the quality of the decision-making process in the organization.

This symposium addresses the characterization of human decision making within a complex environment for the purpose of developing improved decision support systems. All of the work presented in this symposium was conducted under a Navy research program entitled “Tactical Decision Making Under Stress” (TADMUS). The overall objective of the TADMUS program is to improve tactical decision making of anti-air warfare (AAW) crew members within the Aegis cruiser's combat information center (CIC) under conditions of stress and uncertainty. The unique aspect of this effort is that each presentation addresses decision making behavior, within a single domain, from a different perspective. The goal of each effort is to characterize some aspect of expert decision making performance within the AAW task environment, and to make recommendations for the resulting decision support system design based upon these characterizations. The result is a multi-faceted, human-centered approach to information organization and interface display design for a decision support system.

Clinical decision support system (CDSS) is promising in assisting physicians for improving decision-making process and facilitates healthcare services. In medicine, causality has become the main concern throughout healthcare and decision-making. Causality is necessary for understanding all structures ofscientific reasoning and for providing a coherent and sufficient explanation for any event. However, thereare lack of existing CDSS that provide causal reasoning for the presented outcomes or decisions. Theseare necessary for showing reliability of the outcomes, and helping the physicians in making properdecisions. In this study, an ontology-based CDSS model is developed based on several key concepts andfeatures of causality and graphical modeling techniques. For the evaluation process, the Pellet reasoneris used to evaluate the consistency of the developed ontology model. In addition, an evaluation toolknown as Ontology Pitfall Scanner is used for validating the ontology model through pitfalls detection. The developed ontology-based CDSS model has potentials to be applied in clinical practice and helpingthe physicians in decision-making process. Keywords: clinical decision support system, ontology, causality, causal reasoning, graphical modeling

The scholarship selection process of Politeknik Negeri Samarinda are constraints on the decision-making process. This is because there is no objective method to determine quickly and precisely. To assist in the determination of the set someone worthy scholarship in this study will be design DSS (Decision Support System) with model of Multi-Criteria Decision Making. The method used is the method Profile Matching. Profile Matching methods have been able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case meant that alternatives are eligible to receive scholarships based on the criteria specified. Research carried out by finding the weights for each sub-aspect, then carried ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, the best students will be considered by decisionmakersto get a scholarship.

SMEs in Indonesia are one of the economic drivers of the nation. Its presence and development shows a sizeable contribution to Gross Domestic Income (GDP) each year. With this background, the Indonesian government provides stimulants in the form of financial assistance for the special SMEs for beginner SMEs. The government is encouraging the growth of SMEs by providing assistance to SMEs. During this time the process of determining the provision of assistance is done manually so that it is less effective and efficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to make a decision support model for the Ministry of SMEs to provide financial assistance to SMEs. The research method uses AHP and Promethee. Based on the results and discussion produced a Decision Support System model to help the Ministry of SMEs provide financial assistance to SMEs. The conclusion of this study is the suitability of SME ministry staff with the resulting model in the form of ease in the decision making process of providing assistance to SMEs.

Decision Support System is a computerized system designed to increase effectiveness in decision making to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems so that the decision-making process can be of higher quality. One method of solving MADM problems is by using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative of all attributes. This study aims to design and create a system to determine which employees are entitled to receive bonuses, for that we need a decision support for giving employee bonuses decisions. In this study using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The system development model used is a waterfall. Waterfall has several stages, namely needs analysis, system design, writing program code, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. The results showed the benefits of the SAW method as a decision support system for determining employee bonuses based on the employee performance of PT. Mayatama Solusindo can assist administrators in determining employee bonuses quickly and effectively. So the bonus that employees get using the SAW method is the basic salary times the percentage of the ranking value.
